After two trips to Home Depot to get the tool needed to remove the old faucets, I realized these were not as easy as youtube led me to believe. I reached out to various plumbers as well as other construction and home repair companies and the results were pretty bad. Even with explanations and pictures I was told that it was $99 just for an estimate and up to $300 for each Faucet! Now not all of the companies replied this way but it was pretty astounding to me the cost. I then decided why not try a handyman and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. I contacted a few and All Set Handyman Repair and Installation responded right away. I sent photo's and was actually provided an estimate almost immediately, once I supplied some photos, where most plumbers I called wanted to "SEE" the bathroom. I then Scheduled an appointment and Jason showed up right on time. He was professional and courteous and verified the price once he made eyes on the sinks. He went to work and finished the job including clean up of the work area in no time. There were no additional "hidden charges" and we even discussed some future projects I need some help with. Overall it was the best call I made that week I would highly recommend All set Handyman for any project from sinks to ceiling fans and whatever else you need.

The first date I hired them for I had to reschedule because my shed didn't get delivered when it said it was supposed to be. I gave them 4 days noticed once it didn't arrive. So we rescheduled for the next week. Then, after hiring them to assemble a shed I bought from Lowe's they contacted me the day before installation and said that they didn't include the roofing. I really needed the shed built so I said ok even though I was also planning to have the roof done with it. Then later that same night (after 8pm) they texted me to let me know that not all of their guys could come out the next day to assemble and that he could still come out but that it would need to be done over 2 Saturdays. I have a disabled husband and dogs that make it difficult to have to have our yard unavailable for 2 Saturdays. So I said that I prefer they just come the next Saturday to be done in one day. He didn't give me a reason as to why his guys were unavailable either. So the next Saturday they come out at 7am as they had said. I had to wake up really early to make sure our dogs got time to use the yard which is difficult with my condition. They worked until 9am or so unwrapping the shed and laying out all the pieces and then ask to speak with me. The guy said that their coworker who has the nail gun was on vacation and that they couldn't do the job. What? You drove all the way out here, unwrap the crate and only now realize you don't have the proper tools? They said they tried to rent one from Home Depot but they were all gone. If that's the case you should buy a new one. When you say you are going to do a job then you should do it. Plus, it was forecast to rain in the next week so now all the wood was going to get wet. They already had canceled on me once and now they were canceling again? He said they could come out the next Saturday but at this point I wasn't confident they would. So I hired someone else who not only arrived and completed the project but was also willing to install the roofing. Canceling on me twice with less than 24 hours notice is unacceptable. Also, if you unwrap something and leave it out in the rain that is also unacceptable. Some of the wood was warped after and the new guy I hired had a difficult time with some of the pieces. I cannot recommend this company at all. My time is worth a lot and they wasted 2 weeks of it.

After just 2-3 texts, the owner came with 3 other guys scheduled for a Saturday at 6:30 AM. All of them showed up a bit earlier than that and they were out of my house by 10:45 AM. After reading that it could take a couple hours over the span of 3 days to assemble with 1-2 people, I was definitely surprised they got this done in so little time. One of the reasons I went with them is because it seems they've done so many of these models before (based on other reviewers' photos) so it was more reassuring for me to go with these guys. As you can see from my pictures, my gazebo turned out amazing. I even had an old torn up gazebo in place of that, and they were nice enough to help me tear it down. After the new gazebo was up, they cleaned up the backyard, organized the cardboard boxes for me to toss, and even placed my old gazebo to the side in a nice pile so it's easy for me to clean up after. JD Assembly is reliable, professional, and great to work with. Really glad I went with them!

But they are strategic ! BEWARE ! They will purposely SARAN WRAP FOR HOURS ! Unnecessary layers of Saran Wrap that took 2 hours for a one bedroom home ! When we unwrapped it was so thick and wrapped over 20xs. They purposely do this to run the clock. I've had movers before and they Sarah wrapped 3x at the most it didn't take hours to just Saran Wrap. They ripped us off and we ended up paying way more than estimate due to hours spent on Saran wrapping. I can not stress enough how long and how many times they Saran wrapped our stuff. Only small dining chairs and small entertainment center was going into the storage and you were informed of the TV, Couches, dresser & drawers and mattresses NOT going into storage but still Saran wrapped them excessively. We were not able to use regular adult scissors to cut through the Saran Wrap.
