From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. Their pricing was more than fair, their communication and scheduling were spot-on, and they arrived exactly on time. Both were extremely professional, personable, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. These guys are perfectionists. When they realized my soundbar was not going to mount the way they wanted for the best fit and optimal sound, they did not settle for "good enough." They actually went to Lowe's, picked up additional parts, and modified the setup so everything would fit correctly and perform the way it should. They stayed until everything was right, went well above and beyond what I expected, and the finished installation came out perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend Smart Combine. Robert and Brian are professional, reliable, meticulous, personable, and genuinely care about the quality of their work. I will absolutely use them again for anything I need in the future. Five stars without hesitation.

I had to go to work and sent a request to get some quotes. Bolt Blitz Electric responded to me within minutes, even that early in the morning, and prioritized driving all the way to the desert on short notice from Hollywood so my wife could have this behind her and back to watching the kids. Upon arrival, our entire system was inspected and they asked questions to best inform the course of action to resolve our concern. They provided an estimate and were transparent about where we could reduce the cost to us with a little leg work on our part, or leave the entire project to them to resolve. Communication was prompt and professional. We were educated about common problems, solutions, and what to do to maintain the system in the future. The costs were transparent. The work was thorough. The problem was resolved. At this time, my smoke detector system is restored. Have no complaints at all about our service received.

They found some wire underground that they decided to tap into for the job and proceeded to run conduit along my wood fence (it was supposed to be along the house and NOT from underground) which was not what we had discussed as the plan for that job. I voiced my concern about how it was done and they came back out and did the job as it was originally planned to do. The whole time the job was being worked on, my windows were open and I could hear the apprentice complaining about having to dig and how the dirt was hard (I get manual labor isn't for everyone, be professional at least) but they "corrected" the work and that was the last I called on them. Fast forward a few years and we have more work being done in our yard only to discover the wire they ran underground to one of the outlets not only was bare once it was in soil (I was under the impression it was run with conduit underground), but also only buried about 4-5" deep in most places. Although Joe has always been nice when he has been here doing work, his staff comes off lazy and incompetent and the work they completed was a HUGE safety hazard we were unaware of. I don't think I'd ever hire these guys again.
