Terrible company. Completely unprofessional and lacks integrity. I was given a price for a job that I needed. We verbally agreed on "X" amount and a contract was sent over by their team. A couple of days later they voided the contract and up charged me 40%. No valid reasoning and no change in project scope. Unacceptable and Unprofessional. This company lacks integrity. read more

Talk to Mani initially who set me up with the appointment for next day service between 7-8am. Omid and his helper were on time at 7:30am to be exact and got right to work! These guys did an amazing job finishing up within 4 hours! When they were done they asked if I liked the positioning and adjusted it to my liking. All in all I was very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend them. If and when I have another similar project I'll definitely be giving them a call. Thanks again Mani, Omid, and his helper. read more

Service was great! Price was Way Too much for the small shed. I paid almost double what it should've cost. Would love to the service use again but not at the price quoted. Should've asked more questions like how much $ per hour versus flat fee. I did ask how long it would take but didn't get a response. I basically paid $125 per hour. Way too much. Took almost 3 and a half hours. read more

Amir and his partner were great rebuilding our 20 year old pergola that suffered severe termite damage. They removed the entire wood structure and rebuilt it to match the original design. It turned out just like it was when new. They were efficient, collaborative and left our backyard clean as though they were never there. I highly recommend them. read more

Look no further, this company will take care of all of your pergola and gazebo needs. We were truly amazed by how efficient they were in assembling our 12x14 PurpleLeaf Pergola and coming up with a reasonable solution for bolting it to our pavers. The got it completely done start to finish in 3 hours and the cost was reasonable. We would recommend them for any pergola / gazebo job. Their process for getting a quote, scheduling the time and sticking to their cost was really on point. Cannot say enough great things about this company. The photos tell it all. read more

I called BueFiks LLC, Mission Viejo, CA, to replace the canopy of my gazebo. One of the employees, Amir, did an insatisfactory job! The canopy has eight strips to assemble with Velcro. None of the Velcro straps were properly attached, and some even barely closed at the top and bottom, leaving the entire length open. When I also asked him to check the screws of the canopy's structure, he replied that everything was okay just by taking a glance at the small screws, except for one side, and reluctantly, he asked his colleague to go get a screw from the truck and fix it. Any handyman knows to check if a screw is secure, all you need to use is a manual or electric screwdriver to be sure! What he didn't do, his boss still thinks he is an excellent specialist. I doubt it! read more

Mixed feelings. They were late which OK and the actual person who came out to do the work did a solid job in the end but the owner or whoever answers the phone was crazy rude. Update: I only tried to do business with this place once so the owner's claims of "always needing a refund" are interesting. I also paid for the service that was received, of which there is a record of. As noted the actual service wasn't my issue - it was OK. My rating is due to his behavior including calling several times demanding I take down this review and reminding me they know where I live. read more

Amir and his partner did a great job building a large backyard gazebo and garden shed for me. They clearly know what they're doing and were able to put both together in about a half day. I only took them down one star for their finishing work. In the gazebo, the wind and bug screens at the top were buckled and not flush to the metal. The clasp for the door on the shed had actually been put on incorrectly. They fixed both when brought to their attention. Also, I was disappointed that they did not clean up around the base of the gazebo after they finished bolting it to a concrete pad. There were thick piles of concrete dust all around the base of the columns. A small thing, but a little sloppy I felt. That said, they did a good job building and their price was competitive. I would use them again. read more

I purchased a pretty complex Yardistry gazebo from Costco and discovered via online reviews that it was incredibly difficult to put together. I decided to Google companies that specialized in building these assuming they'd have more experience with such a frustrating product. The first company that popped up was BlueFiks. I did a quick search of their reviews and saw nothing but 5 stars. I was contacted them and within 5 minutes I booked a next day appointment for the install. Price quoted was very fair. The next day two very nice gentlemen arrived and put together the gazebo in about five hours. I had read about handymen taking up to two days to complete one of these Yardistry builds so I was impressed. Will absolutely be calling them for handy services in the future. read more

I put in a request on Wednesday to have my 10 × 12 yardistry gazebo in stalled. Within minutes I had a response from BlueFiks. We coordinated a date and time for installation for Sunday morning. The team of Varojon and Mamzy arrived on time and in less than 6 hours the gazebo was installed, all trash removed from the area and the area was left clean. They both were very professional and easy to work with. I will use them again should I have any other projects and will highly recommend them to others. read more
