They did a great job. Highly recommend them for assembly jobs. Communication was clear and honest.

I recently purchased two IKEA BRIMNES cabinets with glass doors (30 3/4" x 37 3/8") but only to realize they were too heavy (over 80 lbs each) to assemble on my own. I decided to hire a professional assembler again and opted to try a different company this time for comparison. [Quote and scheduling]: Assembly Masters do not list pricing information on their website. Customers must request a quote via the "GET A FREE QUOTE HERE" button on the website or by calling their contact number. I submitted my request online and received an initial quote of $119.00 (flat rate with no tax) for one cabinet. However, I clarified that my initial job request was assembling two IKEA BRIMNES cabinets and the representative apologized for the typo. Unlike few other assembly companies, Assembly Masters require (1) customers to provide their full address and phone number for order confirmation and (2) provide credit card information to secure the appointment. I later called their number where I spoke with Todd who was very friendly. He finalized my appointment and processed my credit payment payment over the phone. [Service terms and conditions]: Here are some key service terms and conditions to be aware of - * FREE street / validated or paid parking by customer; parking to be provided for Assembler * All boxes to be located in the desired area for assembly prior to arrival * Attaching Items to the wall is an optional service - added charge may apply * Moving items to another room after Assembly is not included * Empty boxes and debris are stacked neatly for disposal by customer * Assemblers do not haul trash/ boxes away after service is complete * Assemblers are NOT required to move existing furniture/ Items * Pictures/ Video of assembly are taken by Assembler for verification [Process]: The technician Alvaro arrived within 24 hours of my booking and within the 3-hour scheduled time window. He was friendly and well-prepared with his tools. Alvaro was able to complete the assembly of both IKEA BRIMNES cabinets in just over an hour. [Conclusion]: Assembly Masters provided a reasonable quote and completed the job efficiently. However, few areas could use improvement including (1) allowing customers to pay in cash or by credit card in person before the job begins rather than requiring payment over the phone, (2) listing clear service prices (or price range) on the website instead of requiring customers to request a quote, and (3) offering to haul away empty boxes instead of leaving them to the customer. Personally these are relatively minor issues, but another furniture assembly company I recently worked with managed to accomplish all three of these areas in addition to completing the assembly job. If these points are not dealbreakers, Assembly Masters is still a solid choice for anyone looking to save time assembling IKEA furniture. read more

I am sooooo happy I found Assembly Masters and saying these guys are masters is an understatement...they are wizards!! If I could give assembly masters more than five stars I would. Todd is the owner and is the nicest, most easy going , personable business owners I've ever dealt with. His employee, Alvaro, texts 30 mins before he arrives so it isn't a surprise when the window is between 1-4 and you wait all day long. They are such a professional team and company. Alvaro came to my boyfriend and my house and we needed a bed frame, dresser and tv stand to be put together. He finished in less than 2 hours. They really are the masters of any type of assembly, AND the creme del La creme is their pricing is more than fair. I highly highly recommend these guys for ANY AND ALL assembly. I can't say enough GREAT things about this company! read more

Thank you very much, Dmitrii. It was a good service. I recommend these guys. They are professional.

This company is great. I first used them several years ago to assemble a glider and an evercise bike. The scheduler, Todd, went out of his way to get me a quick appointment and was even able to re-schedule for an earlier date. Alvaro, who did the assembly, was perso nable and assembled two bedside tables in no time. read more

Good job assembling kitchen cabinets that was ordered by mum from a place that is not Ikea. So person knows how to assembly it. Also they had time to assembly other stuff that is from ikea. Person let me know that Ikea gave me extra same parts and I had to go to IKEA to ask for spare parts which Ikea gave me free of charge. Thank you for making assembling easier so I can focus on other needed tasks to be done. He did good job with the sturdy desks too. read more

This company did a great job. The man on the phone who scheduled the appointment-I keep forgetting his name, think it was Todd??-was professional, courteous, and efficient. I had to change the appointment time and he made the change without any problems. Their policy is to take your credit card info before doing the work, which made me a little uncomfortable, but they proved trustworthy. The technician who arrived to do the assembly, Alvaro O., was also great. He called a half an hour beforehand to let me know he was on the way and he arrived on time. He was friendly and did good work. For anyone who is not used to having strangers in your home for repairs or other work like this, he will make you feel comfortable to have him there and confident in his work. I definitely recommend this company for any product assembly and will use them again if I have another need. read more

BIG thanks to Vernon from Assembly Masters for his amazing work! He just assembled my new IKEA furnitures--Nordli storage bed with 6 drawers (!!!) and matching Nordli nightstands--in less than 3 hours! This is nothing short of a miracle. Getting the quote was easy (and it was very fair) and Todd called to confirm the appointment even with a short notice on a holiday weekend. Vernon showed up with a smile during the two hour window and even called 30 minute before arrival to give me a heads up. And after the furniture was assembled, he even took the boxes apart in small pieces so they were easy to dispose of. That extra attention to detail was a nice surprise! I did a fair amount of research and contacted a few vendors before hiring Assembly Masters. They are true professionals and I'd hire them for any furniture needs in the future! read more

I was thoroughly impressed with Assembly Masters and have used them twice so far. The first time, I needed a bedroom set put together. The technician showed up with knee pads, a rolling toolbox and a folding table strapped. He immediately got to work by setting up his table in the area and put the whole set together in less than 2 hours. He was courteous, professional and told me he had been doing this work for over 10 years. The proof was in the pudding. The set was beautifully done, without any damage. I called back again a month later when I needed a TV stand assembled . Same guy came and executed the job in the same way. This one took about an hour and was perfect. I even did a thorough inspection of every inch to make sure there weren't any scratches or damage (I'm very particular and expect perfection) . Once again, I had no complaints, only compliments. I'm so happy I found Assembly Masters. All the high ratings on Yelp are true and well deserved! read more

Assembly Masters is the way to go. They are pretty good at responding in a timely manner and their prices are hard to beat. I spoke to a number of other vendors and the price I got from here was, by far, the lowest. Alvaro came to set up my basketball hoop. He was quick, courteous, and very good with communicating. My hoop came with a damaged part, but he still kindly put the entire thing together at my request. People online were saying it takes up to 6 hours for two people to put the hoop together. Alvaro did it by himself in about an hour. Once I got the replacement piece a few weeks later, he returned to place the new part on at an additional, but reasonable, fee. I'm very happy with the entire experience. read more

I have to admit I was skeptical. Assembly Masters has that many reviews, and its rating is still 5 stars? That couldn't be right, could it? I'm glad I picked Assembly Masters to take care of my furniture assembly, and all of the 5 star reviews are spot on. From making the initial appointment online to confirming the date/time to having the technician come to do the work, this could not have been easier or more professional. Alvaro is nothing short of incredible - he kept a clean and organized work area, he assembled everything quickly and correctly, and he literally turned my house into a home in no time. He also took all Covid-19 precautions - mask, distancing, sanitizer, etc. It would have taken me weeks to do what he did, and even then I would never have done it as well. As soon as my remaining backordered furniture arrives, there's no question I'm using Assembly Masters again. 5 star businesses do exist. And Assembly Masters definitely deserves their rating. read more

Excellent company! I had a few pieces of Ikea furniture that I needed assembled! Alvaro did the job promptly & professionally. He also wore a mask which made me feel really safe. These guys are truly "Masters" of their craft. Tom is the utmost professional in explaining the service, coordinating the work, and reconfirming time and details. Excellent communication throughout. Alvaro was the guy on the ground, getting the work done in record time. We hired them to disassemble some cabinets and prepare for movers. Then, they reassembled in our new place. One of the cabinets, I disassembled myself before I got wise and called them for the rest. Turns out I went overboard in disassembling the cabinet. It took me a lot of time, and it was overkill. I highly recommend using Assembly Masters for both the disassembly and reassembly, as they know how to best compartmentalize the work in preparation for your movers. I remember the price quoted for the work was reasonable, but I wasn't so sure if it was a good deal or not. Trust me, do not skimp here. When all is said and done, for the time saved and the quality of work they do, you will be very pleased with the value delivered. read more

We had purchased a queen Murphy bed from Wayfair, and needed a professional to install it. I found out about Assembly Masters through Yelp. They offer a flat rate which is great. You have to give them a link to the exact item that you have purchased - they will carefully review the installation manual and provide a reasonable quote. Alvaro was our assembly person. He was simply awesome! He said that he has been in the business for 18-20 years which is not surprising given his skillset. Apparently, our Murphy bed was a newer model that needed more time to assemble. Alvaro worked nonstop without getting a break despite the fact that we kept offering him beverages, snacks, etc. He was very clean and meticulous. The walls of our hold house are not exactly flat with a right angle. So, he had to be super careful how to secure the bed so that it is stable and looks good. I strongly recommend Assembly Masters for any assembly service. read more

They're great! I've used Assembly Masters for years. They assemble all my IKEA furniture and even others. The assembler is always prompt and he does a GREAT job. He just assembled a bunch of complicated cabinets that came from a Swedish furniture company that has dissolved! He did a great job. And the prices are GREAT. I recently got a quote from an assembler that IKEA had recommended -- and they said it would be $1,100. Assembly Masters did it for $350! read more

Worth every penny! Thank you Alvaro for such a professional and quick service putting together our treadmill. This was a last minute call and they were able to help us next day. There is no way my husband and I would have been able to do what he did in 45 minutes. Alvaro arrived with a face mask (put it together with the mask in the warm room bless his heart), took it out of the box and put it together as if he's done it repeatedly. And that's what we needed for a piece like this someone that knows the machine and how to put it together without complications. He plugged it into the outlet with no worry like he knew it would automatically turn on. If you are in the market like many of us are right now in buying gym equipment that is sophisticated in putting together, this service is worth every penny. Thank you so much for your help with this. All I can say is "WOW". I have never seen anyone build something so effortlessly. Alavaro arrived on time, got right down to business and built my murphy bed and armoir in 3hrs! This was hands-down the best experience. Prompt, fair pricing, excellent service, attentive. He even inspected the items prior to building and showed me a slight imperfection on the item. I didn't want to waste time sending it back so I'll reach out to the company regarding that, but as far as my experience with Assembly Masters, I am a customer for life! Thank you! read more

Assembly Masters are fantastic at what they do! We had to have a 50 inch portable hoop assembled in our driveway. After getting several quotes, Assembly Masters was the most reasonably priced. They are great at communication through email and are also very friendly over the phone. They are also reliable, and show up in the time slot they commit to come. Lastly, they come prepared. Our assembly person came prepared and brought his own table and tools. The manual and instructions typically say that two people are needed for the job, however our guy single-handedly got the job done in an hour, which may have taken us three hours if we did it in our own. I was very impressed with this company and would definitely use them again next time for our assembly needs. Thank you! read more
