During the initial consultation, Marcelo provided me with a clear and detailed explanation of the installation process and assured me that the two installers he was sending would be experienced and accommodating...and he was right! On the day of the installation, Alberto & Kevin arrived on time and (to my surprise) completed the job that day. Alberto even made helpful suggestions for the placement of the bed and took the time to answer all of my questions. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional, with great attention to detail and a focus on ensuring that the bed was both secure and functional. On top of that they were so nice and extremely helpful. They even moved heavy furniture from one level of our house to another and cleaned everything up once they were finished. I even got a follow up call from Marcelo just to see how everything went. They were the best! Sandro and Ozzy were on time, they got straight to work- they wasted no time in transport and everything arrived perfectly in the same condition as when we began.
