Basically, all of our previous home renovation projects were done through contractors recommended by friends. This time, we found them through Yelp. From the beginning, the communication and estimates were very prompt, and the pricing was reasonable. The workmanship was meticulous, and the crew did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. The only downside was that the project was originally scheduled to start on Monday, and we had already moved everything out in preparation. However, the work did not actually begin until Wednesday. While delays like this are fairly common, it did have a small impact on our daily life and scheduling. My kitchen flooded while I was on vacation and after dehumidification I needed someone to help me install new tiles on the floor. Jaber remodeled my bathroom last year and it looked beautiful. However less than two years later, the drain pan is leaking and has caused a lot of damage. I have tried multiple times to get Jaber to come out to see the damage to be able to provide a remedy. They say they will come out but never show up. And they don't return phone calls.
