I work for a major retailer and my CNC machine was too busy to make slatwall in-house. So we called Jeff at pacific panel for some sheets of simple slatwall. They quickly took my order and promised a delivery date one week later. Well ... that date came and went with NO follow up call. I called about the order and given the run around. Again a "New" promise date was given one week later. Well... that date came and went again with NO follow up call. After I had repeatedly called about my order Jeff acted like my business was a hindrance and was not appreciated. Bottom line- pacific panel has TERRIBLE service and in my case couldn't care less about the customer. GO ELSEWHERE. California closets would be a better option. (I intentionally waited a few months to see how my garage would hold up to our abuse before I left this review to see how the garage would hold up to everyday use!). From the initial quote, to 3D drawings, follow-ups, answering questions, confirming schedules, sending the flooring people, the cabinet people and then coming out again, I could not be any happier. My wife and I show off our garage to every visitor because the transportation alone is half the story. The other half is QUALITY! Found them on Craigslist so I wasn't optimistic but needed cabinets and their write-up was well written so I reached out... Emmerson got right back to me and stayed in-touch. We set up a time for him to come out and discuss the layout of the cabinets in our garage and he was collaborative with the design and helpful. He showed us several layouts and itemized pricing for each option. This clarity and extra work by showing us several options was a great touch. He was also on time to any and all meetings and got the estimates back superfast. He came out another time to confirm his measurements and a week later his team showed up on time to install. About 2 months ago we got our cabinets installed and it took me a bit of time to review just because I wanted to get everything organized and test out the weight, etc. Everything lives up to what they promised and more! The craftsmanship has surpassed my expectations. 2) Communication. They answer their phones, they call back when you leave a message and the details of their emails are over the top perfect! No matter how small the question or complex, they gave me the answers I needed. 3) Price. The best prices HANDS-DOWN from South of Los Angeles through Ventura, the best!
