From the beginning Manuel was challenging to get ahold of (no responses on emails mostly). Work started a week later than we had agreed on and Initially the project was supposed to take 3 days - demo, install, finishing- and it was suggested that it could be done in one week. The project started September 25 2024 and was finally finished November 15, almost 2 months. During demo we had to ask them to stop because they did not tape off the space and spread huge amounts of dust throughout our house that we ended up needing to do lead and aesbestos testing to move forward (not to mention, I had to take a day off of work to clean up the mess created). We had to call and text and basically beg them to send people out to finish the work and we could tell we were a very low priority- mostly working Saturdays, canceling multiple times after committing to dates, unwilling to commit to days until a day or two in advance, etc. He pretended he would work around our schedule but if that was the case, this work would have NEVER been completed. I canceled plans 3 times during this process to make myself available to get this work done. After demo, I think they realized this job was more complicated than originally anticipated but instead of telling us that, Manuel just kept us guessing, unsure if the timeline had changed- he did not want to communicate specifics with us which we would have really appreciated and welcomed. We learned quickly that they were not particularly respectful of our space so we began taping up our own plastic space dividers to keep dust and fumes out of the rest of our living space. The workers were very nice and I believe the issue is with management rather than the workers themselves. In the end, the work is nice enough which is why I give 2 stars instead of 1. The finished work was absolutely not worth the headache and displacement we experienced to get it done. It was a truly painful experience. I have other cabinetry projects I would like to do but will absolutely not be hiring MJ Custom cabinetry again to do the work.

We had a remodel project in our front room which include replacing our fireplace and installing cabinets to flank it. As such, as our general contractor was tearing down the walls, he would find snags/issues. As such, the measurements changed so we understood the frustration of changing the plans and we apologize profusely. A week before the cabinets were to be install, we reach out to this cabinet maker to ensure that he was almost done and to share progress pictures. He was hesitant about sending us pictures but we force him to and to our surprised, he messed up our cabinet by adding extra doors when the size did not call for it. It looked really silly with four skinny cabinets doors on each side. From there, any good business man would corrected it for free since he never asked us about the doors nor gave us updates...once again, poor communication. But no, he wanted to charge us for his mistake! And it was not cheap! We had to eventually settle in the middle. Then the day he install our doors, we did not have the handle hardware to install on the doors (it was late by one day and out of our control) so he wanted to charge us more money to come back and install them. He also demanded to be paid in full even though he was not finished. So basically we got into a argument and he would not budge. Eventually we agree to pay some now and some later to which we did. However, he never came back to install them. He ghosted us. We did hold back $800 because I had a feeling he was going to do this. So long story short, beware of him. He has great pricing but is extremely difficult to work with.

After looking for months to find custom cabinets for my garage I found Pacific Panel. I was looking at Costco, Sam's Club, Sears, and everywhere online. I read several reviews that most people were somewhat happy because they got what they expected. Not happy because the quality usually isn't the greatest, the directions and installation are usually a night mare, and the hardware is typically junk. Don't waste anymore of your precious time. I have done the research for you. Not only are my cabinets absolutely awesome but the price was about the same and sometimes less than the other POS cabinets. Corey the owner of Pacific Panel held my hand through the entire process. The job was done to perfection, ontime, as quoted, and as expected. They not only came out ontime for the installation but they even cleaned up their mess when they were done. Thanks to Corey and Pacific Panel my garage is better than I could have possibly imagined. The price was affordable especially compared to other less flexible cabinet makers. I decided to let them do the installation and again the work they did was outstanding. I worked with Cory at Pacific Panel over the past couple of months. I was put in touch with him as I am opening a Nutrishop in the Boise, Idaho area and he handles all of the Nutrishop Accounts. He had plans drawn up for me quickly which was amazing. However, the most impressive part is that he had to change the plans 6-7 times due to different construction and permitting reasons. He did so quickly, efficiently, and with out a complaint. He also put in extra work to help me figure out ways we could save on the shipping all the way out to Boise, Idaho. I found Pacific Panel on Craiglist while planning my garage remodel, I had five estimates for cabinets. Emerson came out and was a real Pro, he made some recommendations and emailed me a very detailed drawing and estimate. After some changes and negotiations, we agreed on a price. Throughout the process Interium gave us excellent customer service: from drafting a design based on our ideas to being responsive for day-to-day questions, and ensuring everything was perfect post-install. For the post-install they created a "punch list" and quickly followed up to complete it. The only negative is that the construction of the vanity took longer than expected (~1 week longer). Needs a QC to make sure the quality of the paint is a "10" Took 3 tries to not have orange peel, thumb prints, different shades, so the bottom cabinets had to be completely redone. Now they look great and we love the finish. Please stay on top of the project and inspect each piece. I wish you the best in your project!

We booked a consultation with Luke and then it went great from there! First off, Luke is incredible. SUPER kind, super knowledgeable, and super honest. Our pantry isn't some fancy huge space. It's super duper small and we just wanted to make the most of it. Luke helped us so much with his suggestions and recommendations on the build. We had a set limit in mind and the quote came out lower than expected! That was so great we had to say on the spot, AND we added more shelves because we had wiggle room.
