    Rene was awesome. I texted him to set up an appointment and we met up next day. Rene gave me the best quote (I got 3 quotes prior to finding his business) and was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. His guys showed up and did all of my closets in one day. They cleaned when they finished the work and left everything looking amazing. I will definitely use his service again for any of my closet needs. You are in excellent hands with these guys!!! I found her prices to be very reasonable so we then set a date for the job. She arrived very promptly and we set to work. She is extremely organized and set aside areas for donation, trash and hauling. She was a great help in deciding which items should go to each area. The job actually took less time than we had anticipated and my garage is now very organized. She had also arranged for a hauling company to pick up the trash and they also arrived promptly. I was extremely happy with the service provided by Christine and would highly recommend her.

I had trouble keeping track of where I had things, and felt so disorganized and frustrated often. Every time I tried to declutter and get organized, I'd feel overwhelmed. So I figured it was time to call the professionals to help me organize. Christine and her associate Holly were so efficient, and they did exactly what I'd hoped, and more. I hired them for 4 hours and we got the downstairs orderly, with logical homes for each item. Since they finished early, they started working on the rooms and hallways upstairs. I'd say it's the best use of $480, because now I feel more level-headed, confident, and happy to say I live here. One day, I looked around and had enough! I started to research home organizers and read tons of reviews for different companies. I reached out to a couple but a call with Jenn sealed the deal. Jenn listened carefully to our needs, got an idea of what we needed, and walked me through her process. I really appreciated that she intended to come prepared with all of the organization tools she'd need, requesting measurements of my cabinets/storage spaces well in advance so she can shop for the perfect bins, etc for our spaces. She also gave me a quote and time estimate that was extremely reasonable. We decided on two days beforehand and in anticipation of all of the *stuff* we'd be clearing out, Jenn also organized a donation pickup that would come straight to our door! On the first day, Jenn arrived with her car full of storage bins. We walked her through the kitchen, showing her what items were used most frequently, how we cook, etc. Jenn was super thoughtful in the questions she'd ask to maximize the utility of our kitchen space. Throughout the day, Jenn would check in to ask about items to be thrown away, how often we use certain ingredients, etc. The end result was a beautifully organized kitchen space that was *functional*. Bonus - we could see our kitchen counters again!! The way she organized everything just made sense - she truly has a gift for this. I also wanted to note that I was working from home while Jenn was organizing in the kitchen and she was so respectful of our time and patient while I was held up on work calls. The second day went just as smoothly. We had a storage cabinet that was just an explosion of random items we couldn't find proper places for, and Jenn somehow found a way to find make sense of the mess!     Best money spent hiring Jenn!…read more Not only is she local, but she is full service and that's what I was looking for: shops for the proper containers that fits perfectly, and sets up donation drop off in addition to decluttering, reorganizing, and labeling. She is on time, comes prepared and listens (and remembers) my needs. Her solutions go above and beyond what I could do myself. The true value is the condition in which my space is in when she leaves my home each time: I don't feel weighed down by the clutter and everything has a home. I thought it would be a luxury to afford this service but I can't imagine having to do everything she did all alone with a 9 month old baby at home with me. I'm eternally grateful for her expertise, patience and compassion through the process!

Our agreement was that the kitchen, bathrooms and flooring be the priority-- she didn't have to clean the rest of the house. I had a busy day of errands, very excited to come home to a clean house but that definitely was not the case. Here's what I came home to in the kitchen alone: -Uncleaned microwave -Sink full of dirty dishes -3 full trashes, which included Burger King from Kat's team and the emptied trashes from the bathrooms. (I've never had a cleaner not take the trash out, especially their own trash!) -the counter completely clear and wiped down, only to find the appliances that were on them under the counter still dirty (blender base, toaster, and crockpot all dirty with old food stains) -smudges on the stainless steel fridge showing that it hadn't been cleaned. Our kitchen is small and it wasn't in terrible shape before they came. It really makes me wonder what they did?? Put dirty dishes in the sink, put dirty appliances under the counter, wipe the counters down and call it clean?? The bathrooms weren't as bad but they weren't cleaned well either. There was soap scum on the shower head still and dust on the vanity (we recently had it repaired so there's chalky dust in places). The floors were the only thing done well. When I texted Kat about the issues she said that they didn't load the dishwasher because there were already dishes in there. (Wouldn't it have been more appropriate to put away clean dishes than randomly putting appliances under the counter?? Why clear the counters but not the dishwasher?? Why not hand wash the dirty dishes??). She gave no response about the microwave or trashes. All she offered to do was return my $35 tip. I feel she should've refunded more for the shabby job but oh well, lesson learned- never trust cleaners to clean while you're not home and never send payment before inspecting the work. The 2 stars are for the good communication during scheduling and for arriving on time.

I had other professional organizers come over for a consultation and it was only five minutes tops, with a pricey consultation fee, and they didn't even have a plan which felt unsettling. But Allison made me feel cared for and showed me she can be trusted! She did way more than I ever expected. She takes all of your junk and donations for you in her pickup truck!!! That was a HUGE plus for me, I did not expect that! That was an enormous amount of relief for me so I my trash wasn't overfilled with all the junk I got rid of! I also mentioned to her that I was putting together my son's loft bed and that I was struggling, so she offered to come over and help me! She didn't even charge me for the hour she helped even though I insisted! You can't buy genuine kindness, so I really appreciated that! The garage is now a functional entertainment/playroom, I'm actually baking more than I ever did in my kitchen, and the kids are SO happy with their rooms. I feel like Allison gave me more than just "a clean house." She gave me time, purpose, and efficiency -- which are far more valuable than tidiness. She gave me a happy home! And being a mom of three little ones, it's easy to drown in the chaos and keep up with everything. But I went from feeling overwhelmed and stressed, to peaceful and relaxed. It was a tight timeframe, but Allison (who so lovingly remembered me) was able to squeeze me in to tackle the spaces 2 weeks later. After a whole day together of Allison presenting all the items that had been shoved into spaces and forgotten about, tossing things that were unneeded (dingy plastic tupperware and mugs galore), and having the best conversation, we were able to free up space in both areas and leave each area feeling intentional all while I was working from home the majority of the day. There was never a moment I felt like she was pushing me to donate or toss things and never once had I felt judged for wanting to cling onto the "just in case" items that I really felt were "just in case" trinkets. I'll probably be tossing them anyways... Allison is the type of small business owner that you'd want to continue working with and continue getting to know! She's the best in the business and her integrity shines through in her work. I can't wait to tackle more projects in the future with her!
