Dealt with Cory for ordering my cabinets. These cabinets are pure quality. I love the full length aluminum door handles make doors look so nice. They are solid cabinets with nice hardware. I ordered 16' of cabinets and workbench and the value was much better then any other quotes i got. His cabinets hang on the wall. I chose to mount myself to save money. They delivered cabinets and took time to explain how to assemble. The cabinets come fully assembled except doors and door hinges so its easier to hang. I just used 3" wood screws and a washer and mounted to studs. Hung them 7" off floor using one guy to prop up while i drilled. Recommend a floor jack for anyone reading this. Got 3 bids and pacific panel was the most competitive. I worked with Cory and he came out and measured the garage. He listened to my wants and needs and he provided me with options. I also elected to get the flooring done with epoxy. When my cabinets were ready in a few weeks we scheduled the flooring and the cabinet install . Mike and Alex came out early to prep the floor. They were friendly and explained me he process of what they were doing. They were done by 5 pm and I was impress with the quality. Was I glad I didn't try to do this myself as it would have taken me a month just to prep the garage floor. Two day later the cabinet crew arrived in time. Chuck and Adam were the guys that installed my cabinets. Again I can't say enough on how friendly they were. I asked a lot of questions and they took their time providing me the answers. They installed the cabinets fairly fast but they did it with precision and professionalism. I usually do not write reviews but this one is easy. I was looking for a custom cabinet builder to finish off my garage with and found Pacific Panel. First call I made was incredible. Genuine interest was taken to my project, In fact they came to my house in Murrieta to give a first hand look of what I had and work with me on this project. We set up a date and time to measure and discuss what I wanted. I have a large 8 car Garage and needed lots of storage and a work area to work on projects. I am a retired Fireman and like things clean and in order and was looking for a company to fill the bill. Cory showed up to take measurements and make suggestions on how things would look. I was so impressed with his professional attention to detail and knowledge of his product, he even brought a sample of a small cabinet showing the hardware and all details of how the cabinets would look. After about an hour we were done taking measurements and sketches of my garage. I then realized that I needed many cabinets to fill my garage with. Cory and his assistant then gave me a ballpark figure to do the job and wanted to return to his shop to finalize the numbers. I wanted to further make my decision by going to his facility to make my final decision. Couple days later my wife and I went to the shop and were given a tour of the manufacturing area...to my surprise this is a large facility with state of the art machines and materials. . Both my wife and I were impressed at the manufacturing facility. We made a deposit that day and was told in a week that the project would be installed at my home...as promised the cabinets and installers showed up a week later. These guys were extremely good at what they were doing and took extra measures not to scratch or damage my new epoxy floor and newly painted walls. It took two days and three people to install and adjust all the cabinets. The quality of the cabinet and the work to install them was perfect. I feel that the price that I paid was fair and the results were well worth it. Every time I go into my garage I am so impressed with the finished results. The sales person that I spoke with was Joey, he answered all of my questions and even gave me a few suggestions. I live a couple of hours from their facility, so all cabinet plans were done via text or phone conversation. After it was clear that Joey understood my vision I decided to move forward on the project with pacific panel. Joey always responded to text or calls in a very timely maner. I ended up having pacific panel do the installation as well and the guy's that came out for the install, were on time very friendly and true professionals. After getting 3 quotes (private builder, Closet World and Pacific Panel), Pacific Panel had the lowest price while also having excellent quality cabinets. Within a week and a half, they were ready to install my cabinets. Cory and his team of installers had a great plan on how to install cabinets. You can tell they have experience installing cabinets. Their friendly attitude made the installation process fun and enjoyable. After living 2 years in our new house, our garage was feeling neglected and a bit messy. Being a car guy, i wanted a nice garage cabinet setup to store away all the things I've accumulated through the years and free up some space to do maintenance on my cars. I wanted cabinets that looked a bit modern and sleek to complement the new house. I went to Ikea but the cabinets weren't wide enough and things added up pretty quickly when I tried to piece together the system I wanted. I then went online to research and found a couple of local businesses but their cabinets looked same old same old. I finally decided to look on craiglists and found Pacific Panel. I saw their garage cabinet system and immediately was impressed by the aluminum door pulls that they use in all of their stuff because it not only makes it look great but everything is flushed. No tacky door pulls or knobs that sticks out like most of the cabinets I saw on the internet. I called Pacific Panel and talked to Cory and Emerson. Cory came out and measure the layout and gave a quotation the following day. He was courteous and friendly throughout the process. I ordered the cabinets and it was ready in about 3 weeks because they were swamped with other orders. I ordered about 22 feet of cabinets and the pricing for just the cabinets was very competitive as compare to other quotes that I received. Since I was doing the installation my self I saved quite a lot of $$$. My advice is if you are very handy around the house, install the cabinets yourself, otherwise looking back, I would have gladly paid the money to have them install it as it took me a week plus the weekend to complete the project since I work full time and have twins to deal with. I then went to the showroom in Irwindale to check out all the garage cabinet options. I ordered the cabinets and a few weeks later they were installed. Don't do business with them! If there was a 0 star, that's what I'd put for this place. Matt was the person I dealt with and he seemed pleasant when we first negotiated what we needed done. He was going to custom make counters for our business. On the day he said they will be delivered, he never called me or anything. I called and he said he will get back to me. It took him ONE WEEK to get back to me and said they will be delivered. When I received them, not only were the measurements COMPLETELY off from what we provided him, one of the 3 units was broken. We told him to take it back and fix it. A week later, I have yet to hear from him so I called the owner John (I believe). Left a voice message about all the above issues. An hour later I get a call from Matt screaming profanities in my ear asking why I left such a message. I told him the truth and he didn't really have anything to say back at me. I finally received my last counter and it's even higher than the other two! We wish we could have canceled everything, but this was the only place we knew that can do that kind of work. So if you're looking for custom counters...please do not waste your time here. read more

I love my cabinets!!! Awesome custom cabinets at a great price. I almost bought off the shelf cabinets from home depot until calling Pacific Panel, and I am glad I called them. Now I have custom made cabinets with a custom look for about the same price of generic store bought cabinets. Installation went without a hitch, and the installers showed up on time and were very professional. After the job was completed they cleaned up after themselves and left the area as it was before they arrived. What I love the most about these cabinets is that they are floated off the deck, so sweeping under them is a breeze! One last thing their customer service is exceptional. One of the drawer handles needed to be replaced weeks after the installation, and they sent a new one to me FEDEX over night at no charge! it doesn't get any better then that.... I had a very good experience with them. They built custom cabinets, slatwall, counter tops, and epoxy flooring for my my garage. I had a lot of special needs and requests and they were able to handle them all. I really like their unique integrated cabinet hardware. Most contractors are jerks with a chip on their shoulder, but these people were super friendly, easy to get a hold of, and truly seemed to care about customer service. The few small mistakes they made were corrected without complaint or hassle. Any changes I needed made were not met with exasperation as with most contractors, but instead with courtesy. The pricing was well below what other big chain garage cabinet companies charged and I felt like I was getting better quality and more detail for the money. The slatwall is especially impressive. I have gotten a ton of compliments from the neighbors and friends/family on the work done. I haven't had the chance to really start using it heavily yet, but it seems to be of a high quality that will last for a long time. I would recommend them readily based on my experience. After getting ripped off and treated poorly by so many contractors, it's really so refreshing to have felt like I actually got a good value for the money spent. read more

I was in the market for garage cabinets and found pacific panel on craigslist. Their price was competitive against big box and other retailers. joey came out to my house for measurements and sent me 3d renderings of how my garage would look. I made some adjustments and Joey came out a 2nd time to ensure my measurements were correct. I visited their warehouse to inspect the quality and was impressed. I eventually ordered the cabinets with installation. When I renovated my home, I put together and installed most of my kitchen cabinets and was considering doing it myself. I'm so thankful that I decided to pay for installation this time around. The garage cabinets were considerably thicker, heavier, had a thick reinforced backing. These cabinets are SOLID and the sides, fronts, and backs were all the same thickness all held together with good hardware. I took the day off to supervise the installation and provide insight on placement and was glad I left it to the pros. The amount of cabinets was overwhelming and I could barely lift the structures myself. The installation was extremely organized and planned out and the 3 guys handled the installation like an assembly line. Their process was very impressive to say the least. They lined everything up perfectly with their tools and laser guides. All the stud screws were perfectly lined up and nothing looked haphazard. They even wiped down the insides of the cabinets after lining up the doors. This was a craigslist find which had me skeptical but this was a seamless process from beginning to end. No deposit required and no payments until everything was complete. I had half my garage filled with junk and boxes and now I even have room to spare in my new cabinets.
