For my project I dealt with Eddie and the one of their main project managers Josh. From day one they made me felt comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. I've had bad experiences with contractors prior and wanted to establish timelines. Eddie gave me a bid and gave me a timeline of 2 weeks and they met it. Not only did they meet my timeline but also took responsibility in correcting any minor complaints I had. A lot of it was minor construction issues but they took the time to correct them all. Lastly, they came with the wrong color cabinets but owned up to their ordering mistake and allowed me to spray it any color of my choice to make up for it. I got communications daily form Josh to keep me in the loop on what is happening. He also broke down exactly what is happening when the team would come out, their exact focus on that day etc. They gave me a higher bid than others but I had the peace of mind that they were going to pull through and they did. If you want a group of builders who know exactly what they are doing and won't flake on you, I would go with these guys. The construction was superb, the communication was perfect, the timeline was reasonable, the trust was there, essentially one of the best experiences I've had as a customer for house work. Jose and Eduardo really impressed be from the beginning. They came in and immediately knew what the project would require and was able to give a quick estimate on the spot. They're very professional, on time, and efficient. I had a 36" and 72" vanity replaced. They also moved the pipe to accomodate the extra height from the new vanities. They relocated the outlets to make room for the backsplashes, retiled the floor since my new vanities have legs, and cut/installed new sidesplashes from some stone I found at a stoneyard. And of course they also installed all the fixtures and did some paint touch up where necessary to make the final product look great. Whether it's plumbing, drywall, electrical, or tile, these guys can do it all. Really impressed with Jose, Eduardo, and their entire team's professionalism. This review has been a long time coming. They worked on my home back in April I believe. My home was built in 1913. I contracted them to gut and completely redo all my closets (3 total) an upstairs room, and our entire stairway. They did exactly as I asked them in a timely manner and were super responsive. My only mistake (my bad) was that I wasn't clear and specific on the finishing touches so they had to redo a few things. But that was on me and they were gracious enough to come back and fix it for me. I highly recommend them and if I were to do anything different, I would be more specific and clear about what I wanted. They were great to work with, down to earth. The before and after is amazing. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen! We are so grateful for the work that this crew did to our home. They made sure that they talked to us about anything we didn't like, any additions that we would want to add, and everything that concerns this renovation project. Both Eduardo and Jose were really great in communicating with us via email or text messages and phone calls. Their crew is always on time, very respectful hard-working people. We've never felt uncomfortable being around them. Our specifications on certain things and materials were followed to how we wanted it. We had a few bumps in the road with regards to the type of cabinetry that we wanted, but lesson learned that in the future I would ask for a sample prior to installation. They made sure to follow up and do everything to rectify the issues. The was contract clear and always current and updated. Eduardo made sure that he visits the site regularly, Jose made sure that everything that was discussed is documented and followed.
