Thank you, Ulysses, Marlin, and Edison. Then we had San Marino replace our old camera system. They did a fantastic job of getting all the cameras to cover the strategic areas. I was impressed! There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.

Their Proprietary "Valley Guard" service is now a service that everybody else offers, only they still sell it for double their competitors. The worst part is, 90% of the contracts need change orders once the job has started, that's when the real price gouging starts, you are at their mercy at that point.
