For the past 17 years my wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed the relationship we've had with Marcello and his ace techs, Gerson and Roberto. He and his crew have installed TVs, as well as a home entertainment system including ceiling speakers, outdoor speakers and a Sonos audio system throughout the entire house. His design suggestions have been perfect for our particular life style. He listens, asks pertinent question to insure he 'gets us'! His attention to detail includes keeping his work area clean after he leaves for the day. Both Gerson and Roberto follow his example. Marcello is also a problem solver. Sure, electronic equipment never works perfectly 100% of the time, but Marcello and his team are able to diagnose any problems that arise and offer clear solutions. I highly recommend Digitime to anyone interested in a superior home audio/video system. And one final thought, it's impossible for Marcello to do everything by himself, that's why his office staff including Berenice and Krista are an integral part of his company!! read more

Professional, excellent work and worth the rate! You can tell this company has its act together from the technicians, finance personnel, to especially the owner Marcello! They cleaned up our previous hodgepodge of wires and systems. Put all our devices indoor and outdoor on a stable network as well as secured the connections. Thank you! read more

Digitime always approaches every job with professionalism, cleanliness, and will not leave until you are happy! We have used Digitime for all our AV needs since we moved into our house 7 years ago and have never been disappointed with their service. Marcello's expertise and knowledge from doing this for so many years is unmatched. They are the only team that I know of that leaves your space cleaner/better than when they arrived! I can't wait to dream up another project they can help us with soon. read more

Digitime is the best. They walked me through the entire process of installing my ceiling speakers, mounting my tv and connecting everything to the receiver. Installers were professional, courteous, and extremely clean. The outcome was better than expected. Marcello was awesome to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend! read more

Marcello was awesome. Not only did we talk about my low voltage wiring issue, he came out to access the situation the same day! A few days later the job was completed. The work was done efficiently and they kept the space clean throughout the process. I plan on using the in the future read more

We needed to replace a malfunctioning power conditioner for our home theater system and Marcello did all the research to get exactly what we needed. He and his team managed to reduce the space needed for our equipment and bundled up our rats' nest of cables and wires better than I thought possible. They even had the patience to make us comfortable using our first ever "universal remotes " - great devices and very clear explanations. read more

This is my first experience with digitime. They were recommended to me by my neighbor who has used them for many years. I was thoroughly impressed! They were communicative, responsive, punctual, they did everything they said they would do and they did it for the price that they quoted me. I will be using them going forward for all of my technology needs at my home. I could not recommend them more strongly. They were excellent! Marcello just gets it. He gave me choices and recommendations and did not push or try to upsell me. He is very professional and honest. Huge thumbs up! read more

Marcello provided a fair estimate for setting up my home theater. He provided very good input and helped me to decide the best products to add to my system that would provide the best sound and at the best pricing. I had already purchased the TV and he helped me to decide the best sound bar and rear speakers to add. The pricing was good and the install went well. His installers did a very thorough job and were very conscientious in doing the work right the first time. I had used another home theater install company here in Santa Clarita and almost went with the same company again. I am really glad I did not and instead went with Digitime for the install. It was a good decision. read more

Marcello and team did a great job optimizing my home network safely and quickly. The network was a great upgrade from where we started and customer service was outstanding. I recommend without reservation read more

Marcelo was incredible responsive and open about how he could help me while we spoke on the phone. We had a plasma TV that was hard to remove from an alcove and we needed a new TV installed and rewiring done. He sent 2 great guys over who knew exactly what they were doing. They did what they needed to do and where fastidious while doing it. Marcelo stopped by to see how it was going. Totally professional. Will call him again for sure. read more

We have been using Digitime now for a number of years and they have always been extremely professional and knowledgeable about audio/video equipment, and all the recent technology that comes with it. Marcelo and his crew, Gerson and Roberto (with Berenice and Krista in the office) are a pleasure to deal with it. They really care about the quality of their work and most important, about customer satisfaction. They go out their way to make things happen the right way and after the installation, they follow up with phone calls and emails to be sure that everything is working well. Their prices are extremely competitive and they represent some of the largest companies on the market. There is no comparison to going down to a local store, buying items and either setting up yourself or using the local store's service, compared to using top-notch professionals in the audio/visual industry, like Digitime. In addition to our new audio system which Digitime just completed, they also installed the Sonos system throughout our home, which is fantastic. What a fantastic product! I don't typically write reviews but I felt compelled to this time based on all the work they've done for us over the years, and how extremely satisfied we are with the quality of the work they perform. A special thank you to Gerson for calibrating my entire new audio system and the Sony XBR 4K 75 940e new TV, together with the new remotes and my digital wireless Surround Sound Sennheiser headphones. He's a technical genius! Thank you so much Marcelo for the incredible job your team has done, you're the best!!! read more

I've been using Marcello and his team for 14 years now and can't say enough good things about them. I've had my house wired inside and out for audio and data, upgraded as tech advanced from HD to 4K and most recently did a complete screening theater in my back house. Home automation too. I've never had any downtime on any of their installs and they are always there to maintain or customize things as systems grow and needs change. The whole team is friendly, polite and super professional. Highly recommend! read more

I heart Marcello and let me tell you why. 2 Years ago, we let our AV/IT company go because he never showed up and charged a ton of money. So when you bring a new company into a legacy set up, expect to be uncharged dramatically. I needed a new guy to come in and assess and troubleshoot (and ideally repair) our TV and the Remote. Every company I spoke to gave me some verbose estimate about new equipment we'd need to make it work. Arrogant old men insisting I needed entire new "systems" that would run me 3-5K. Now, I was under the impression my universal remote wasnt working properly and thought that was a good place to start. But no, everyone said they needed my source code, the router key, and about 4 hours. FINALLY, my friend said "No, no, no, call Marcello right now." I did and by the next day I had 2 guys in the house who fixed the problem in 90 minutes for a couple hundred bucks. Strong (and reasonable) IT and AV are hard to find in this town. Thank your lucky stars you happened on Marcello and Digitime Digital Technology. good guys, great service. read more

I love everything about Marcello and Digitime. I wanted to redo my TV/AV set up, and I didn't want to have to do anything myself. I wanted to snap my fingers and it was done. And with Digitime that is exactly what happened. Marcello came over to assess the situation and recommend the products I needed. He ordered everything, his technicians brought everything needed to do the installation, and they took away all of my old components. I didn't lift a finger. The techs were lovely, all masked up of course, and they did a wonderful job. They got all of my cords behind the wall, and that was not an easy task. The set up looks just beautiful including a new piece of furniture to house the components that Marcello helped me find. The techs gave me a great tutorial so I could learn how to use everything. From start to finish this was an amazing job. Digitime was worth every dollar I paid them and more! read more

Disappointing and shady. The business model seems set to take advantage of people that are not familiar enough with house hold tech to know better and then rake them with charges while setting things up so that the customer must pay them regularly. I bought a house that they had done 3 years prior. They wanted to charge $130 to turn on internet WAN system they had previously installed, it slowed my bandwidth to less than dial up speeds. When asked to turn off their WAN network they wanted to charge for that too. All the work was hard wired in an age of wireless homes. Watch out for these guys! read more

I have been using Marcello and his team for many years. They are always on time and efficient. They are very knowledgeable in regards to all of your audio video needs. They are reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend Digitime for any audio video equipment or technology services. read more

After so many problems (and vendors) , the only ones who could fix everything was Marcello and Digitime. They are FANTASTIC! I only wish we had used them to set our system up ORIGINALLY! read more

Digitime and Marcello did a fantastic job with the TV wiring above my fireplace. I must have called 5 or 6 other companies (contractors, electricians, etc) before I found Digitime, and all of the others gave me a very uneasy feeling about the quality and safety of their work. Marcello's team at Digitime were so professional the whole way through, and I was more than happy to pay slightly more for peace of mind. The whole process was top-notch and the quality of the work was fantastic. Highly recommend. read more

I never wrote a review before. These guys are amazing. I had four companies try to solve the AV, gate and cable issues I had in the last year. None could do it. Digitime did it in a 1/4 of the time of all the others put together! And without any drama. They know what they are doing and are cool and calm. I've never had anyone do this but the front office TAKES NOTES about the issues and progress and reads it back to you for reference when needed and writes emails saying now here's what's left and recites the file progress notes. In these days of no one caring about customer service, I keep pinching myself to make sure I'm not dreaming this because after a number of reputable companies struck out, Digitime was a game changer -- polite, easy, responsive, organized, professional, knowledgeable and great problem-solvers. I still seriously can't believe I stumbled onto these guys. Drop everything and call them you will be as amazed as I was that customers and competence still matter! read more

Digitime is the gold standard for a service business. Marcello and his stellar team of Gerson, Robert and Berenice handled installation (and moving) of several high end flat screen TV's in my home along with speaker upgrades and Sonos installation (their great recommendation) inside and outdoors. They went the extra mile at every opportunity. Detailed and fair price quotes. Timely and quality service (including clean up). Excellent communication. All around fantastic people.
