Highly recommended!…read more We first used Audio Video Systems Integration 8 years ago for a home theater, and Willy did a fantastic job. We just completed a full-house remodel - adding a media room and a full Lutron Lighting Control automation system - and hired them a second time. Willy and his team exceeded our expectations yet again. They offer cost-effective, quality products and highly detailed installations. Outstanding work and a great experience. We are thrilled with the outcome!

I had a dedicated home theater installed in my home several years ago. I decided I wanted to change…read moreout my 16x9 screen to a larger 2:35 cinemascope screen. I searched the internet and found AVSI and Willy Videla. Based on the reviews I read I decided to call Willy to help with my theater. He was very busy but took the time to come out discuss my project. To make a long story short I hired Willy and this is what we ended up doing. Willy ordered and installed a 133 inch widescreen screen, relocated the projector and electrical outlet on the ceiling, lowered my front in wall speakers to accommodate the larger screen, ordered and installed 4 dolby Atmos speakers in the ceiling, at Willy's suggestion he ordered and installed 10 ceiling theater lights, ran a new HDMI cable, he did all the wiring necessary for everything. In addition he programmed a new remote to run all my devices and installed a Lutron Caseta system for my theater lights to work with my current system in my house. Finally, Willy transformed my equipment rack that was a "rats nest" of cable and wires to a completely organized and labeled beautiful space and built and installed 2 additional shelves. Needless to say Willy can do it all. He completely transformed my theater into something far better than I ever imagined. Willy is a perfectionist even down to the smallest detail. If you have a need for Willy's services I can't recommend AVSI and Willy high enough as I'm thrilled with the final product! Willy not only does excellent work he is a great guy who truly cares about his clients. Give him a call, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

He and his crew have installed TVs, as well as a home entertainment system including ceiling speakers, outdoor speakers and a Sonos audio system throughout the entire house. His design suggestions have been perfect for our particular life style. He listens, asks pertinent question to insure he 'gets us'! His attention to detail includes keeping his work area clean after he leaves for the day. Both Gerson and Roberto follow his example. Marcello is also a problem solver. Sure, electronic equipment never works perfectly 100% of the time, but Marcello and his team are able to diagnose any problems that arise and offer clear solutions. I highly recommend Digitime to anyone interested in a superior home audio/video system. And one final thought, it's impossible for Marcello to do everything by himself, that's why his office staff including Berenice and Krista are an integral part of his company!!

The reason for only three stars is because one of the 43" TV's was loose - the bottom two screws connecting the back of the TV to the mount were not screwed in all the way, leaving a loose gap that I noticed when adjusting my TV later that night. I figured out how to remove the TV from the wall piece, and when I went to screw the screws in the rest of the way, I learned that the holes must not have been deep enough - they wouldn't go further. So I pulled out a couple of rubber washers that came with the mounting hardware to stick into the loose space and presto! My TV is now securely fastened to the mount, and replaced onto the wall piece. I don't feel like I should have had to do that. Even if the screws would not screw in further, Shawn could have communicated that to me in the moment (so we could figure out together that using the washers would solve the problem) instead of just leaving it that way.

Ignore the review by AA. Very reckless of him…read more Pretty much our entire community requested bids in our complex for Electric Panel when our HOA mandated replacements. Five companies offered me quotes ranging from $2,500-$4,000 for the same work Hangtech was offering to do. Their bid was the lowest-$1,500 , including pulling permits. I don't know how you leave a review for a company you never bothered to use but every vendor has reasons for offering their quotes. In a lot of these cases you're getting a better quality/more capable panel. And I was told that this Square D Panel(trusted brand) has an overflow built in, giving it an extra layer of protection in case of a short. It's also expandable if you need to add things like a tankless water heater, which the one AA mentioned does not do. For me, I'm very happy. Adam and his crew did a solid job on the install and were very professional -all at a very fair, competitive price.
