They were professional and prompt to respond to our inquiries and within days, Thomas came to do a thorough walk-through, giving us suggestions and insights into how best to place the cameras. When we were ready to use their services six months later, Dima, Thomas, and Joe were on-site working tirelessly to make sure the cameras were all installed correctly and functioning well. This is a review of the result of their work, three months later, and their excellent installation service. Something to consider: * Estimate & Budget: Our initial estimate exceeded by the time the work was completed. However, this was mostly due to the fact that we decided to replace the cable wiring for the entire building. After the work began, Dima and Thomas discovered that much of our original cable was damaged. However, when it came down to our budget, Dima was more than reasonable in working with us so that we did not exceed too much over the budget cap. -----------------------------­--------------------­­­­-------- LOCATION: D-Max Systems is based in Van Nuys but the installers cover vast areas in Los Angeles. SERVICE: Thorough and professional job, even in the way they organized the camera wires in our Office looks clean and well-organized. Great communication and customer service, Dima, Thomas, and Joe worked efficiently as a team and were willing to spend extra time making sure everything was done properly. PROS: They are very easy to work with and knowledgeable about camera systems, inside and out, and keen to give effective solutions for camera location issues. Gave us tutorials on how to use the App function with our cameras and also were willing to help us over the phone with any follow-up questions we had. CONS: Even when there were concerns and questions regarding our Estimate/Budget, Dima was willing to consider every aspect calmly and professionally. Very pleasant to work with, even in these kinds of situations! PRICE: Price is competitive with reasonable rates. Definitely one of the best rates in Los Angeles. We looked into five company estimate & bids and found D-Max Systems to be the best all around. -----------------------------­--------------------­­­­-------- D-Max Systems offers professional work and hard-working attitude, both of which are so valuable in a service industry. Eddie wasn't my first choice because others had more reviews. However, Eddie was the first to reply, had the best prices on the West Side and was able to get me scheduled in less than 24 hours! Overall the experience was seamless. Eddie showed up on time and all was able to get my TV mounted with the additional work to get the cables hidden in less than 90 minutes. He brought additional gear (e.g. extension cables, screws, mounts) in case I didn't have them already. He showed me industry tips and tricks for if I wanted to add additional wiring in the future.
