I pay a significant monthly fee for a system that I often can't even use because the sensors are so overly sensitive that I have to bypass them just to set the alarm. At our main entrance gate we had a DoorBird D1101KV unit installed, an Enforcer Keypad at our secondary gate (both with electric Strikes) and an Emtek touch entry unit for our front door. Lion Security were great to deal with - responsive and helpful. Our installer Diego however was truly exceptional. Knowledgeable, always available, quick and his work was of a very high standard. In running cable and cutting drywall he kept needed repairs to a minimum. The entry systems we chose were not cheap - especially the DoorBird - but we needed the ability to, for example, let people in remotely. We have had the systems for over a month now and they have worked as advertised from day one. We could not be happier with them and cannot recommend Lion Security and particularly Diego more highly.

The two technicians assigned to do the installation, Felix and Larry, were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. They knew what they were doing and it showed in the quality of their work. What I was particularly impressed with was their ability to come up with creative solutions for the wiring of both the intercom and the elevator keypad. Some vendors we contacted were reluctant to bid on the project because of the challenges involved, especially with the elevator keypad installation. I can see why Guardian Angel gets such great reviews on Yelp. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.

A technician visited the site, took about five minutes to look around my conference room, and told me they'd send me a quote. I never received a quote. Got a follow up call a couple of weeks after the onsite visit, was asked a question about my current setup, and never heard from them again. Everytime I would call to get an update, I felt like I was being rushed off the call. I ended up awarding the project to another vendor after giving up on call backs lack of communication. I'm sure these guys do great work, but for some reason weren't really interested in doing business with me.
