We've had a fantastic experience with CSI Security and can't recommend them enough. Every team member we've interacted with has been professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. They always respond quickly, take the time to answer all our questions, and make sure everything is working before they leave. Their work is thorough, and you can tell they're experienced and detail-oriented. Communication is another standout. Everyone we've dealt with is a great communicator, and it's clear the team shares information internally so everything goes smoothly without us having to repeat ourselves. One more important point is that their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. Don't be tricked by other companies that offer lower numbers. You often end up paying the price in delays or poor work. With CSI, the job gets done right the first time. Truly a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy company. We're so glad we chose them. read more

Al and his team have been great. We were taking over an antiquated system and (of course) didn't want to build a new one from scratch when there were many elements of the old one that still worked. So, from the start, I knew that there would be problems from me trying to save money... and there were. And it took a few visits to iron things out. But it has been over a year now and the system has been working great. So far, that's maybe a four-star story... the fifth star is because I've always been able to get hold of someone and when you need to talk to the owner, Al, you can. The business is not so big that it's comprised mostly of salespeople (like ADT) but when you call back it's crickets (like ADT). At CSI, when there is a problem there is a quick response. read more

George, Jessica snd the rest of the CSI team did a great job on short notice to get my burglar and fire alarm systems up and running. My homeowners insurance company imposed a tight deadline to get everything done. Overall they outperformed expectations and my deadline was met. Highly recommend CSI. read more

CSI Security is AMAZING ! They are beyond in top of their monitoring for me. Had a recent break-in. NOT THEIR FAULT !! My fault !! I did not sleep with the alarm engaged. Post Mortem- CSI sent George to our home to make recommendations and execute a plan to make our home safer. In addition, ANNETTE has adopted us like a new kitten to let us know when batteries are running low in the sensors and offers to come out to the house and replace them, if necessary. Unlike other monitoring companies, you personally know the folks you speak with. Ellie was amazing in installation and making recommendations to us. Our monitoring company is like our family safety net, and I am so thankful!! read more

tl;dr: I highly recommend CSI Security; they will take very good care of you. CSI Security is not your ordinary security company (and I've hired a few across the decades). They go out of their way to earn your trust, as they did for me, through their demonstration in professionalism, domain expertise, and personalized handling. George drove the process from start to finish: - gathering my needs and assessing the situation based on the circumstances around my property; - making recommendations and tips on how to get optimal security coverage; - providing written work proposals itemizing the devices and cost; - facilitating to schedule installation appointments around my restrictive schedule (thanks, Al!); - remotely overseeing the installation and communicating with the installation technician on my evolving needs (thanks, Omar!); - engaging with the finance and administrative team for iterations of invoices to meet my needs (thanks, Jessica, Carolyn!). All these to ensure that my requirements were met, my questions/concerns addressed (thanks, Al, George, John!), installation properly executed, and that ultimately I was happy. The CSI Security team has established their reputation and obtained decades of industry experience having previously operated ACS Security. They partner with Alarm.com, a well regarded company for their security/safety devices and monitoring services. This is as solid a combination as it gets. read more

After 30 years, we determined that it was time to update our existing alarm system. Several of the contacts had worn off, and I was also very disappointed with the monitoring service. I found CSI Security here on Yelp. When I called them I was very pleasantly surprised. Al was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. Within 48 hours of my initial call Al sent two technicians to my home who changed out my panel and both keypads. They also painstakingly went through the doors and windows where the original contacts had been installed and refreshed or repaired them. In addition to working on the software/hardware for the system I also transferred the monitoring to CSI. There are several advantages that I've noticed almost immediately, most notably that the system can be armed through my phone and sends me alerts in real time. On the whole, I feel 100% more secure and I'm very grateful to Yelp for pointing me in this direction. read more

David helped replace the battery for control penal. He is very professional and helpful.

I am a general contractor; my client base varies from regular folks to prominent figures. My clients seeking value for their dollar are satisfied with the price, and those looking for tailored services are pleased with the attention CSI delivers. Recently, after installation day, we encountered an issue where frequencies from a commercial-grade Ruckus network were blocked by newly installed security hardware. As soon as my clients noticed the effects of the issue, we relayed the details to our CSI representative, George. He promptly assembled a team of in-house engineers to assist in this complicated matter and dispatched technicians who arrived that evening. The problem was efficiently resolved, despite its unique circumstances. As a general contractor, I'm expected to know how to fix everything, which I can, except for hybrid-security-system-hardware-frequency-interference-issues (say it 5 times fast). For that, I rely on the individuals who know better: CSI. read more

This was a wonderful company to work with, they helped me out alot with one of the assisted living facilities. Thank you George for being kind and patient we appreciate everything you've done for us! You can definitely trust this company to help you with your needs. read more

Superb customer service! Al and everyone in the company have been amazing and very responsive to any questions or concerns or troubleshooting... even after hours the customer service has been outstanding. Today our technician Tri arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful... he addressed the issue in a timely fashion and was a pleasure to work with. Al followed up after the visit to ensure all went well... going above and beyond what we expected--which is an accurate way to describe this company. Thank you all! I highly recommend anyone wanting a reliable security company to use and work with them! read more

Experience was not that great. The sales 'team' came out and tried to sell me stuff I really didn't need. I was told that the management came from ACS security. I found out later they went bankrupt to avoid debt collectors. We recently moved from our home in Brentwood Park to Beverly Hills and i knew that we no longer wanted to continue with our current security provider which we had for a long time in our previous home, as the customer service had detrited (since the original owner sold the company) yet our monthly fees had double since we signed up. A dear friend referred us to CSI security and we met with Michael, whom been with CSI for a long time. He walked-through our house and designed a system around our family and activity. He never tried to sell us anything just asked questions in order to come up with the right system for us. The installers were very courteous and polite, after the installation was complete they explained the system to us very thoroughly. The head installer Jessi gave me his company cell number and said please do not hesitate to call me if you have any question . Luckily i havent had to call him since system is simple to operate particularly the smart phone application. Their customer service is superb and we are extremely happy that we switche to CSI Security. read more

Shout out to Omar!!! He is amazing and installed our security system really fast, taught me how to use it, and it works great! Thanks Omar!

We had a different alarm company before and they were terrible at resolving problems and doing so in a timely manner. We switched over to CSI and it was the best thing we did. Amin came same day and resolved a problem the other company was taking 2 weeks to resolve and had the wrong assessment on what the problem was. Amin resolved everything in a day and stayed at the house very late that day just to get it all done. They are responsive every time we call and text and send someone same day or next day. They understand and know their technology and have done an amazing job also replacing our cameras and all of the wiring with high tech ones. They are also very upfront regarding pricing and are fair in their estimates. I would recommend them every time. read more

I've definitely gone through my share of security situations! Starting with the big ones, dealing with 800 numbers, being rerouted from call center to call Center....you know the drill! Local companies were slightly better but it seems like they all get bought out by large corps and follow the same decline. CSI has made all the difference in the world. Out the gate they have been amazing. I feel totally taken care of and my rep has taken a truly consultative approach to helping us navigate our system. He showed up with a technician during the install and were very patient even with all of my questions. Calling their monitoring system is great and the team on the phones is quick, professional and friendly. I highly recommend CSI! read more

I recently switched over to CSI. I am beyond happy I did so. Excellent and very personal customer service. Way better than the two other companies I was researching. I feel safe with my security company :) Everything was set up efficiently and easily. I am very very pleased with all aspects of the process from start to set up. read more

Micheal spoke with me over the phone to determine what Sort of security system I was interested in ( minimal, but unobtrusive and monitored). He thought their special promotion system would do it, but at my request, he also added on smokes and CO monitors at a very reasonable charge. he said there was no need for a pre-install visit, so we just made the appointment. Jessie showed up at the appointment time to do the install, and he was Knowledgeable, courteous and competent. In a couple of hours, he was done. He walked me through everything and I had exactly what I wanted, with no upsell, no confusion, no disappointment. This system meets my needs perfectly. It was a very reasonable cost. The insulation was quick, clean, competent, and painless. I only wish I could find contractors who did their job so well and meet the expectations so completely read more

They have great customer service, and good attention to detail. It's nice to have a robust security company with the Mom and Pop feel.
