He was quick to get parts and repair before an upcoming heatwave. We always appreciate how prompt and honest he his with any questions or issues we have with our systems. Found Emin on Yelp March 2026 when the upstairs AC suddenly stopped working, and Emin was there right away and was able to diagnose the problem, replaced a capacitor and got the unit working again. Then the downstairs AC wasn't cooling last weekend. Emin wasn't available so I called another contractor who took one look at the video of the furnace making weird noises and concluded the motor needed replacing, but that he couldn't find the motor anywhere, etc etc and it was such a hard push for me to replace the whole HVAC. After 24 hours of this hard sell on what was going to be the hottest day of the week, I took a chance and called Emin for a 2nd opinion. And miracle of miracles he looked at the video, found the part, and was at the property in 30 minutes. My final bill was a 10th of what the other contractor was selling me!
