One night we were using our electric oven and there was a sudden pop and spark from near the outlet, and the oven stopped working. I needed a 240 volt dryer outlet installed in my garage and the panel for the new circuit was on the wall opposite of where the outlet was needed. They were able to come by the day after I contacted them and did solid work over about 2 hours, which included a trip to obtain materials not on their van. Not cheap, but I believe you get what you pay for. I wrote a check as there was a 3% credit card fee. After they left, I swept up a bit of wood chips from some drilling through studs. No biggie, and the work areas were otherwise clean. One other small note, though: when workers dispose of things, why do they often ignore the purpose of the three LADWP black, blue, and green waste containers? I found materials placed in the wrong ones and moved things to the proper containers. Oh, well. read more

I had a ton of questions and needed to do some research, and they answered everything patiently without pushing me. Used to be a great company and provided great service! Recently they've jacked up their price and they "cough it up on inflation". Tried to change just one outlet and Serj said it's now 750$. Loyalty is not a word they can grasp. Called another electrician and he charged me 100$. I said what inflation, the outlet costs 25$ on Amazon. Apparently labor is now 4x as much. I have used MH 3 times now, and very happy with everything (their people, their product, and their pricing). 1st visit (1 year ago): Marat and his son came over to install an EV Charger, including scheduling the inspector for the permit. The install is very clean, they left the work area clean, and they were on time for the inspector.
