I bought my first house towards the end of last year and I needed help understanding our final inspection report and to figure what needed to be prioritized based on absolute necessity. I knew I had to find someone who I could trust and who was very knowledgeable and offered fair pricing. Serj was very patient with me and went through the entire electrical portion of the inspection report and gave me options and quotes. He was able to install flood lights in our yard, and correct a missing safety feature on our water heater. I also asked him to install an EV charger and he did so and also came back a few weeks later to meet with the city inspector to get the permit approved for the rebate. He has been so helpful, as we keep finding issues in the home now that we've been living here a while. He's tested our electrical panels, outlets, random fixtures that do not work which helped us narrow down what could be causing these issues.
