This supercharger location was a little tricky to find. It's in a parking structure. There are small red signs to look out for and follow. Chargers are located on the top level, level 5 of the roof. There's a Burlington store that you can access one level down with the stairs that are nearby. You can shop or use the restroom. read more

This place is right off the 5 freeway and on top of a parking garage. It's easy to get to in the morning at least, they have about 20 chargers and you can get in and out. It can get dirty sometimes although I've only been here in the weekends. I've seen alll kinds of trash, used comdoms (what's wrong with people?!!??!?) among other things. This morning Insaw a guy cleaning (poor guy, I'll bet he has some stories) but if you're picky or into super cleanliness you've been warned. This Tesla Supercharger is located on the top level of the parking garage at the Burbank Town Center. Very convenient if you have other things to take care of here or you can pop into the mall to grab a bite to eat. No parking charge at this garage. When I went today, 2 of the 20 chargers were out of service...kind of a bummer but it never got completely full around lunch time so maybe it works for them. They say they charge Up to 150kW max but mine went down to 30kW towards the end! There were less than 10 cars then so not sure what happened but I rolled out. There is one garbage can up there in case you need to clear trash from your car. Overall, this charging station gets the job done and I'd be cool with returning! However, it's definitely not the bee's knees of Superchargers. read more

I don't have a Tesla but sister and brother in law have one. They always come to this Tesla Supercharger anytime we are in Glendale which is about 6 times a year. They have so many charging stations so you don't have to wait to charge your car. It's super fast too. We were only there for 30 minutes charging her car and we were able to drive from Glendale to Carlsbad. It's clean and is a safe environment. read more

There is a low class toilet area easily accessible at the Burlington Coat Factory. Very filthy. But if you have to charge and you have to go, this will suffice. I had my Y serviced at the nearby Burbank service center and they dropped it off at this location for a touch-less pick-up after my service was complete. As I walked up about 5pm on a Wednesday night, there were 4 Teslas waiting in line for an open charger. My car was on a charge and was easily accessible. The parking lot belongs to the Burbank Town Center and is located on the top floor (5th floor) from the ground floor. There are about 20 chargers. Easy to get to from the ground floor, just drive all the way up. There are restrooms, a food court, CPKs and the mall and AMC movie theater right next door to the parking lot. Be careful of the busy peak times, you'll probably be waiting a while to get to a charger. read more

This location packs up fast. Hubby & I joke about how Tesla owners spend their Friday nights. Not at an AMC theater or out on a romantic date night...but at a Tesla charging station. The parking structure is located near a lot of shops & restaurants. Again most folks leave their cars for a long period of time. Ideally it should be a charge & go concept so that the stations can be freed up faster. read more

Not my favorite place to charge, simply because it is always crowded!! On more than one occasion I've had to wait . It has very few charging stalls/spots for being in a big shopping area/mall. Charging stations are located on the 5th (top) floor of the parking structure. Definitely try to charge elsewhere if you're in a hurry because most likely you'll have to wait. read more

Located on the top floor of the parking structure near the Burbank Town Center, you'll find the Tesla Superchargers. As you make your way up from the 4th level to the top, turn left and drive towards the back to access the chargers. If you make a right, you'll hit a dead end. The last few times we came, we had to wait a bit before one of the chargers opened up. After finding a spot, there's plenty of things that you can do nearby to pass the time. The structure is connected to the shopping mall, so you can just walk through the parking structure to access all the different shops. And where there's a mall, there's plenty of Pokestops and Pokemon Gyms. Overall, the chargers here get very busy. Don't be surprised if you see a line forming. I think the longest we saw was 7 or 8 cars waiting; that was at night and it looked like several of the chargers were broken at the time. read more

Only time I turned around from here was when I went to the flapper's comedy club and it was a Friday night and there was a line. But whenever I come during the lunch time, there are open chargers. This is a nice supercharger on the roof top level of the parking structure next to the Burbank Town Center. The entrance is off of North 3rd Street. Fast charging at approximately 72 kW 252 mi/hr. There is the mall adjacent to the parking structure for a nice distraction while you charge. There are also a good number of restaurants in the area for a good meal while topping off your battery. 20 stalls available at this location. read more

There are several places to eat a Five guys, the mall food court if you are here when it opens. Plenty of shopping and bathroom spots. This is a convenient charging station a few minutes off of the Golden State Freeway and attached to the Burbank mall. Its located on the top of the parking garage, so you have to pull into the garage and go up two ramps. So far I've had really good luck each time I've been here with 20 stations. I haven't had to wait various times of the day and night. There is a restroom in the Burlington Coat factory, which is the store connected to the parking garage, located to the left after you enter the store. Plus I was able to get my nails done while charging. How can it get any better than that! read more

Unfortunately this is the closest supercharger from my house and it always gets super busy during peak hours. There are even times where some chargers are out of order. If you do need to charge, I'd recommend going late at night. It's virtually empty around 2/3 am and half the price since it's off-peak hours. read more

Your car won't tell you that NOR any sign would tell you where is the supercharge station is. I meant not even once you get inside the parking. No wait, but due to 12 other cars at 930 am on a Wednesday , the charging is a little slower at 125 mi / hour. The Burbank Tesla must also use this garage as their parking, as there is also a fleet of random Teslas parked nearby. I didn't have a lot of time to burn today, but lots of dining options & mall nearby to multi task. read more

Pretty good location on the top floor of the free parking garage for the Burbank Town Center mall, 20 stalls available here but it is always busy, often full and waiting for a spot, but at least once you're charging you can visit the mall if you want. These are supposed to be pretty fast stations, but some seem to be slower or malfunctioning at times so you end up with variable charge speeds (30kW-120kW) in my experience. read more

This location is located in the heart of Burbank and has 21 chargers. It is located at the top of the parking structure which makes it easy to charge and park if you want to shop! There are a bunch of restaurants and shops located within walking distance. It is also just off the 5 Freeway which makes it pretty convenient! Would recommend! read more
