My car was overheating intermittently and I came in to scan my car codes. I didn't realize Tyrus was a Yelp superstar at the time, but it makes a lot of sense and I'd like to leave one more employee review to appreciate him! Respectful, helpful, present - came out to the car with me and felt invested in finding a solution. Best way to end the day after talking to probably a dozen places beforehand that left me feeling dismissed, upsold, or unhelped (including a guy at a different store that was nice but couldn't figure out how to work the code reader). Autozone, you got a good one. Would drive the extra few miles to go back here! read more

Stopped by this location on a Saturday afternoon to buy transmission fluid for my vehicle. One staff member at the register guided me to where the fluids were. I also purchased the filter. Store was not the usual crowding nor was it busy. Parking lot on the smaller side next to 7/11. Nice auto zone otherwise. read more

Just got my brake lights replaced here by Roland and had a great experience! They were getting pretty busy and he was handling multiple customers on the phone and in person, but I still never felt like I was waiting too long. Very knowledgeable, very professional, helped me quickly find the brake lights that I needed and replaced them for me super fast. Will be back here. Thank you for the great experience, Roland! read more

These guys are the best! Manager was on the floor helping customers and greeted everyone as they walked by! The associate who helped me was so nice and helpful answering any questions that I had! Great store and they really make you feel valued and will educate you on your auto needs! read more

I had such a great experience getting my battery checked & replaced! Tyrus was so helpful, knowledgeable & attentive. He had such a patient & grounding demeanor. He tested & replaced my battery & was even kind enough to fix the fallen padding under my hood (free of charge!) ! He was quick, efficient & thorough. As a woman who knows very little about cars, it's hard to know when you're getting played. But his transparency was comforting. I don't live in Burbank, but I will definitely be coming back to this location next time I need assistance, because finding good honest service in LA is so rare. It's always a gamble. Went in today and Tyrus helped me true gentleman. I was there to pick up an air filter, and I also needed assistance with a license plate frame. He was nice enough to install it for me, which is awesome. I would highly recommend going there every once super nice. read more

Wow what a nice employee! We pulled up right at 10 when they were closing and the guy who was locking the door waved to us and asked if we wanted to buy something. He was so welcoming and kind, which is particularly awesome since I'm sure he was working all day and probably tired. There is plenty of parking in their lot and they have a great variety of auto parts. We have gotten gas caps here, coolant, a steering wheel cover, windshield wipers, etc. We will be back again and again. Thank you for being so kind to us! read more

My daughter just got a new used car. We noticed that the windshield wipers were in terrible shape; they were basically shredded. So we went to AutoZone to get new ones. Tyrus not only found the right wiper blades for us, but he installed them and suggested we check the wiper fluid. I'm so glad he did because it was bone dry. Thanks to him we knew to buy some and got a discount since we bought it with the blades. I highly recommend this AutoZone location. read more

I watched Mike helped 2 people before me in line with such patience and kindness and then he was very helpful to me when it was my turn. It felt like it was his own business and he took such pride in his work. He even showed me how to install my own windshield wipers. So happy I went to auto zone today ! read more

Mike was amazingly helpful changing the battery in my car. Fast and professional. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The finding of parts is good. But when it comes to aiding people who are disable like myself it's very disappointing. When I am having trouble with my lower back and y knee no consideration. When now this world no kindness forward . Big companies are pathetic of Al types of disabled handicap I do not recommend this place I hope others Auto-zones do not do the same I will be checking and keep my viewers updated wishing you Happy Holidays. read more

Be careful what you buy. I bought a jack that was defective and they did not let me return it. If you buy something you are stuck with it even if it's not your fault. The district manager was supposed to call me about the issue and never did. Never shopping at AutoZone again. read more

This has been my go to store for a long time. The crew is always polite and professional with good automotive understanding. This AutoZone is my go-to location and has been for a long time. I recently came in with wipers that suddenly stopped working, and Tyrus, the manager, along with another employee went above and beyond to help. They quickly figured out it was a blown fuse, replaced it, helped me get new wipers, and had everything working perfectly just in time for the rain. The service here is consistently outstanding, which is exactly why I keep coming back. read more

Absolutely the best autozone out there. The people that work there are honest and reliable. Every time I set foot in there I am met with knowledge people. I am not being sold something just for the sake of it. If I don't need it or they don't have it in stock they will let me know what is better to use. read more

The service is not good, not, great, not excellent... it is SUPERB! I went to get new headlights for my mom's car. When I found them, the gentlemen behind the counter, Chad, said if the high beams were also out he recommended a buy a pack of each high and low beam lights. He then gave me a 10% discount for them. He then went a step further and installed them for me! AND THEN he cleaned off the acid that was spilling out from the battery! He went above and beyond. It was also about 85° outside. Love this place! Thank you so much! read more

I had to visit AutoZone today due to our battery needing to be replaced. The customer service associate that helped us was named Derek who went above and beyond to help me with this battery installation. I am very grateful for his customer service and overall manner. There was a lot that needed to be done just to remove the battery. He helped me replace not only the battery but the terminals as well. Thank you Derek, for all your help! read more

I would recommend this Auto Zone branch to everyone. Their service is quick and to the point. My only comment is that the staff during one Sunday had a negative attitude towards me. I didn't like it specially that one guy. The staff during weekdays however are really great and also very friendly. I might avoid this branch during the weekend through, I will just take business elsewhere. read more

Shout out to my guy Michael for helping me pick out the correct oil and some miscellaneous items for the car

I just called to ask if a particular item was in-stock on the shelf, and to get a price. The employee who answered the phone let me know that the item was in stock, but when I asked for a price he told me to hold on while he checked. I waited on the phone for a good 7 minutes before the call I guess automatically ended or something due to being inactive for so long. I called back and told the same employee that I had been waiting on the phone for a price when the call ended. The guy went to check again, and then told me, "We have a website but the price is $____" before I thanked him and he simply hung up the phone. My issue is: 1) The employee had no qualms or regard whatsoever for leaving me waiting on the phone, and then the call completely disconnecting, leaving my question unanswered. He also did not care to apologize or say anything like, "Oh shoot I'm sorry I don't know what happened, let me get your questioned answered." A pretty reasonable expectation from a customer service standpoint. 2) He clearly was somewhat annoyed at having to waste his time to go check a price for me, when I could have "checked the website". 3) He did not acknowledge or simply say "You're welcome," or "My pleasure," or anything like that after my "Thank you," for his service. He simply hung up the phone. I hate to say it but this kind of "annoyed at the customer bothering me or wasting my time" is absolutely killing the customer service aspect of brick-and-mortar businesses. Employees are supposed to be HELPFUL for crying out loud, and instead they find you annoying as a customer and seem to have completely forgotten the point of their jobs; it's not just to secure an item for purchase but to MAKE THE EXPERIENCE PLEASANT, HASSLE-FREE and CONVENIENT. So sad that I felt the need to write this review but it is sadly too common these days read more

I had a great experience at this AutoZone ! I needed to have a family members car key battery changed so I called ahead to make sure they had some in stock. Mike answered the phone and confirmed that they did. When I got there he took the car key and figured out how to change the battery (it was definitely a more complicated process than I thought with this specific key). Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and nice. The best part was we were in and out in 5 minutes. Thanks again ! read more
