    I was at this location about a week ago in need of a headlight bulb replacement, the Sales associate Jonathan offered to help with changing it. I was so grateful. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. I will definitely come back to this location when I need anything for my car.

    Best experience with an auto parts store I have had in years. I called before arriving to request a part for a specific vehicle. Monce, the assistant manager, answered the phone quickly and was happy to assist. She said the part was in stock, and when I arrived, the store had a second part I needed also. They requested my VIN number to confirm the parts were available and correct for my vehicle. I purchased a 36 part screwdriver to make sure I could put the engine air filter and cabin air filters on one day myself (as I expect to be able to do so in the future). The parts were affordable and I was pleased. I was pleasantly surprised when Monce and Luis, the store's commercial manager, went out of their way to assist me and told me I could pull up the vehicle to the yellow lines in the parking lot outside the store. As I am on crutches, having to deal with the adverse effects of a pretty significant disability now for half a year, I was not sure when I would be able to put the parts in, but they were eager and willing to help me to get them situated right away. Now that's what I call service! Monte and Luis really shined in their efforts to go above and beyond. That they were willing to do so was really unique and rare. I will always return to this auto parts store for my car needs and with any questions I may have. I had a really great experience!

Very friendly, and helpful and he knew what he was talking about. A good man. The store was very clean, well-organized, and stocked. Since it is near where I live I think I'll go there in the future to buy items related to our cars. A couple of days I needed to buy some engine oil ( I thought). When I walked into the store a nice employee, his name is Al greeted me and asked me if he could help me. I told him what I needed and after a few questions and some of my obvious confused answer offered me to check my oil for me. He told Mei don't even need oil. I was so impressed that he was so honest to me. Something like this makes a huge impact on me as a customer. Then I pointed out that I was supposed to also fill up the coolant. And pointed to the wrong cap. I am so glad he was there. That would have been a disaster if he wouldn't have shown me where the coolant goes in. Then we went back into the store and I bought the coolant and a funnel. I also signed up and got a 20% coupon. That saved me 20% off. I have to repeat myself. This store has such a wonder team. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you guys.

    Little shady when returning a battery. I Got a battery and they only had the most expensive option…read morefor my car which is fine. The state requires you to pay a core charge that's like $25 and I paid it, I returned my old battery to get it back and he tried to tell me I didn't pay it and its fine - they'll take my battery. LMFAO I went to his coworker who said uhhh, scanned my receipt and apologized and my refund went though and told me he'll tell him that he was wrong and wanted to use my receipt to explain. Don't get scammed, when you recycle an old battery with a receipt from the new one especially, get your core deposit refund. And then they didn't install it when I asked and said come back 2 hours later. Yeah no
