BEWARE OF POWER SPORTS BATTERIES. I purchased a super start AGM powersports battery in October 2025. This battery started my motorcycle maybe 10 times before it started to struggle and couldn't start anymore. I trickle charged it countless times and it just couldn't start the bike anymore.. Unfortunately, due to my schedule I couldn't take the time to bring it back sooner. Yes it has been a little passed warranty, but I shouldn't be punished for purchasing a bad battery. I didn't want money, or refunds. Just wanted a battery that wasn't busted. "Sorry, passed warranty, can't help you, f you" is what I essentially got. Such a scam. Best experience with an auto parts store I have had in years. I called before arriving to request a part for a specific vehicle. Monce, the assistant manager, answered the phone quickly and was happy to assist. She said the part was in stock, and when I arrived, the store had a second part I needed also. They requested my VIN number to confirm the parts were available and correct for my vehicle. I purchased a 36 part screwdriver to make sure I could put the engine air filter and cabin air filters on one day myself (as I expect to be able to do so in the future). The parts were affordable and I was pleased. I was pleasantly surprised when Monce and Luis, the store's commercial manager, went out of their way to assist me and told me I could pull up the vehicle to the yellow lines in the parking lot outside the store. As I am on crutches, having to deal with the adverse effects of a pretty significant disability now for half a year, I was not sure when I would be able to put the parts in, but they were eager and willing to help me to get them situated right away. Now that's what I call service! Monte and Luis really shined in their efforts to go above and beyond. That they were willing to do so was really unique and rare. After a very long day that ended with a dead car battery, we looked up places to buy a new battery and found this O'Reilly Auto Parts location. When we arrived 20 minutes later, he greeted us with a welcome as warm as a Burbank summer day and asked if we were the folks who needed battery help. After walking us through all our options--the costs, the pros, the cons--Jonathan helped us purchase a suitable battery and then performed the installation free of charge (which is an awesome O'Reilly perk). I went to this auto parts store to find a screw for a air filter for my car. It was about 15 minutes to closing time. I asked àn employee for help but he said it was too late to look up the screw I needed. So the manager came out and looked the part up,and of up course found it, but they didn't have them, the manager asked if there was anything else, I said "yes, fire this other guy,that is when he hit my hand as hard as he could! I have complained to the local manager, and to the management at the company HQ , and they all just blew it off! So I called the Burbank police, and they are looking into it!
