[First, the address is wrong on this listing, it's really 736 N. Victory, Burbank, CA 91502. Almost at the Burbank Blvd. intersection.] One of the best Old-Skool auto parts stores around. They know their stuff, and they know all about your car: These older gentlemen are professional parts countermen, not cracking-voiced, well-meaning teenagers. The large library of catalogs that run the entire back shelves are a good indicator that these are not computer monkeys. They supply many auto repair shops in the area, and if they don't have the parts, they have multiple parts runners working all day who will go get them. They also stock proven parts; auto repair shops do not want customers to come back with a bad part, it costs them lots of money. However, if you just need oil or filters or car washing stuff or neon shift handles, you will be much better served by Pep Boys. Stay out of the Autozone; Kragen is decent. read more

Great experience with this place. Ordered 30 min pick up for a part for my husband's truck. The hours on here are correct! Because of Covid-19 they close at 6pm. However, on google and their official website it states they close at 7pm. Luckily a sales associate named Alex called us to give us a heads up and we were able to pick it up 2 minutes before 6pm. He could have easily refused us as some places do a few minutes before closing but he was patient with us and even had to reboot the system. Great service and my husband was pleased with the part. Thanks Alex! read more

I LOVE this NAPA. I have had nothing but good experiences here. I've had interactions with multiple employees here, and they have all been helpful, patient, informative...always willing to help. It never feels like they're rushing you. Thank you! read more

I originally went to oreilys for a steering cylinder and figured I'd give Napa a call to see what they sell it for... turned out that they sold the item for the same price, so then Yolanda over the phone decided to beat their price to earn my business which was super cool, then a few moments later I entered their store and was greeted by Antonio who was very knowledgeable and experienced in the parts I required, them Jo kindly rang me up with Yolanda's quote. Jo was very kind humble and respectful. I definetly recommend you to stop by this Napa store first before going to other stores like o Reilly's or autozone. read more

I went there today to pick up a duster for my car, I go inside and I find the product I need without anyone asking me for help, I then proceed to try and pay for it, there's 3 people at the counter and they are all on the phone, it took about 10 minutes before someone actually helped me. I go to Abraham who rings me up, I pay with my debit card, and instead of giving me my card back in my hand, he puts it on top of the product without my knowing. I realize an hour later that I'm missing my debit card, I go back and check if It's there and the debit card is not there, I left my business card for Abraham to call me and he tells me he doesn't have it. He then tells me that he put my debit card on top of my duster, so it probably flew off somewhere as I was walking out, he then proceeds to tell me that he does all the time, and he's probably lost about 300 debit/credit cards of customers ever since he's been there. First off, why would you tell me that, is it a joke to you?! Why would you admit to purposely losing your customers personal cards. Second, how do you still work there if you've lost that many customer's credit/debit cards? This was my first and last time going to this location, my recommendation: go to OReilly not to far from there, I'm sure they have more competent employees who know to give your debit/credit card back in the customers hand. read more

Order a part online to reserve in store because I need really needed this part and it was the only place that sold it, so I drove an hour and a half to come to come get it, after getting an email saying the part was ready to pickup, went inside to pick it up a worker said "oh I forgot to call you I'm sorry we don't even have the part" with no other explanation or any way he could help. Drive an hour and half to get there so 3 hours wasted because he forgot to " call me " read more

NAPA on Victory is a relatively new addition to the Burbank auto parts scene. The people there are pleasant and appear to know their business. Their prices are competitive with the competition. The only negative is their somewhat awkward location. They have a decently-sized parking lot, but the entrance to the one-way only parking lot is from Victory near the busy Burbank Boulevard intersection, and is easy to miss. read more

I called to ask questions about returning a part, the person the answer the phone was super rude, he told me, I couldn't return the part because it was an electrical part blower motor resistor, he said call the dealer and ask when you buy an electric part you can't return it, so now I'm out $120 dollars the part is not working and he didn't do anything to help me out, sounded to me like he was saying: I got your money now so I don't care about helping you out!!!! Don't buy anything from this place read more

The guys are always helpful and they go out of their way to help out. They have great prices and the parts are correct. I call in my order and they have always had it there. I recommend Burbank Auto parts. Call them and do a price check, you will see. read more

Burbank's hidden jewel for a parts store! I have been here several times and always walked away with a positive experience. Their automotive parts prices are hands down the best among AutoZone, PepBoys, and O'reilly. Burbank Auto- Anco Wiper Blades $4.98 for 26" $4.98 for 18" PepBoy- Proline Wiper Blades $11.99 for 26" $8.99 for 18" O'reilly- Rainguard Wiper Blades $8.99 for 26" $6.49 for 18" AutoZone- Valucraft Wiper Blades $8.99 for 26" $6.49 for 18" Here's one more example of Burbank Auto Parts excellent prices. Front Wheel Bearing Seal $2.18 PepBoy was asking $11.99 for the same front wheel bearing seal. Service-Excellent! Parking-Small private lot. Limited street parking. read more

Always have the parts you need. Men and women at the counters are always friendly and helpful

I love this place. You get the best attention and they are really really helpful. They know what they are talking about and you will help you in anyway. They try to get you the best price. I disagree with the person who said they give you the best price on the phone and when you get there end up paying more. I never had that happen and I buy most of my parts there. Maybe if you don't give them the right information it might happen. They are very through when you are on the phone. I get their name before I go in and they usually remember the call. I am glad we have these guys. Thank you for all of your help. read more

Incredible store. Most knowledgable and professional staff in Los Angeles area. Reminds me of a well run family operation. Price competitive with the major chains (Pep Boys, Kragen etc.) They have or will order parts & supplies if not stocked with quick turnaround time. Had in stock power steering fluid I used to only be able to get at my Mercedes dealer. Needed to get 12V dome lights in large quantity for a specialty lighting gag on a major commercial I worked on at the Staples Center. Called all of the major lighting companies that supply the motion picture industry as well as the Auto parts chains. No one had a clue. The Owner at Burbank Auto Parts had 48 of em for me by the next morning. Love this place! read more

Best parts store ever!!! This is a car guys parts house, if all you do is dust your car like the Tool Bag Johnnie A. then go to pep boys where you have people that don't have a clue about auto parts but would love to show you how to dust your car. great local shop w/ a very knowledgeable staff....fair prices and have nearly everything you could need on stock.

This used to be an independent parts store, but it is now owned by Napa. I bought some Napa "Premium" rotors 8 months ago at this location, and called because they had significant uneven wear after 8 months of daily light use. The lady who answered the phone could not have been more disinterested in helping me. When I told her my situation, she explained that it was impossible for rotors to be defective. I informed her that there was nothing wrong with my calipers, slide pins functioning properly, wheel bearing, etc, she again stated that it's "impossible for rotors to be defective". I asked her about the Napa warranty and she told me "There is no warranty." When I told her the Napa website plainly stated that there is a one year warranty, she said "oh yeah". There is a word for people like this...liars. I would steer clear of this location and I will be informing Napa corporate. There are too many parts stores both locally and online to waste your time here. read more
