Out of windshield wiper fluid. I guess they have inventory problems. Went to Walmart, they had plenty.

The worst customer service ever. NAPA has lost my business forever. Ordered a carburetor kit for a Holley four barrel carburetor. Had to be shipped from Fresno. Took three days longer to get here that I was told it would take. Got it home... And it was the wrong part. It's for a two barrel Carter carb. Went to return it today. Guy refused to refund the shipping costs even though it was their error. Said I could come back to speak to the guy who ordered it. Why would I drive across the valley to do that for $6.00!? I was frustrated but not yelling or doing anything outlandish... Since I had my young son with me. Guy said,"you don't have to yell." I said, "I'm not yelling... But if I do, you'll know." He responded with,"then I'll call the police." Seriously!? You threatened a customer with an arrest? In front of a 6 year old who is now worried that daddy is going to have the police knock on our door?! You can keep the $6.00 shipping charge. And everyone I know in the car business will know how you treat your customers. Your prices aren't competitive either! The good news is I found the correct kit on eBay and the guy even waived the shipping charges and said it would be delivered to my door by Wednesday. THAT is how you do business. read more

I was in yesterday afternoon to purchase a pair of wipers for my front windshield. Not knowing what to look for in terms of size, the type of blade I needed, etc., a gentleman at the register was kind enough to walk out to my vehicle and tell me exactly what I needed. In times of turmoil, especially during our current events, it was nice to have someone as kind and caring as this young man assist me every step of the way. He truly made my day. After dealing with TWO moronic spores over at Pep Boys - who had NO CLUE what a transfer case or transfer case fluid are... I called Napa and handled my business. For those of you who don't know, all (manual shifting) 4-wheel drive vehicles have a transfer case. It's how a 4x4 vehicle switches from 2-wheel drive to 4-wheel drive and back again. My GMC requires AutoTrak II (blue) fluid NOT OIL. Apparently, Pep Boys doesn't think people who work at an AUTO PARTS STORE should have a clue about the things they sell. I pre-ordered my two quarts of fluid online and went into this location where I was met by "Rod" at the counter. He pulled up my order, grabbed the fluid, took my credit card and off I went. It really should be that easy. Rod knew what he was talking about and was quite helpful. About the only thing I could criticize about this particular location is its size. It seems smaller (with smaller inventory) than other locations I have been to. But they had what I needed so my errand was quick & painless. And changing the transfer case fluid took me about 20 minutes and saved me over $200. read more

Bad service, somehow worse parts. No matter how you order your parts online/in-person/over-the-phone expect delays due to lazy incompetent workers. Parts from Napa are not made to any standards, just cheap garbage that will break or not fit properly. Every part from here I have installed has caused more problems than solutions, as a do-it-yourselfer I would recommend you order parts from anywhere but this place or any other Napa for that matter. read more

These guys are a bunch of clowns and need lessons in customer service. I called the store the day before to order a part that needed to come in from the warehouse. The patronizing salesman said it would be in the store after 9 am the next day. I arrived the next day at noon to pick up the part and not only was it not there, nobody there (all 5 guys) knew what I was talking about. I know the jerk who took the order was there (although I didn't get his name) but didn't have the balls to step up to making a mistake. What a wimp. They tried to let me know when they could get it in, but I would much rather take my business elsewhere and deal with people who are more professional. Thanks , but NO thanks NAPA. See-ya. read more

He was calm, funny, and so helpful! He went above what he had to do and I appreciate it so much. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff here. Did I mention honest? I lost a $50 bill out of my pocket probably when I went to pay. My husband said I should go back up and see if I could find it or if anyone had turned it in. I thought I would be wasting my time but sure enough the man that helped me had found it on the floor where I was standing and put it away for me. I was so surprised! This NAPA's service is great. Their staff is full of helpful and nice people. I ordered an oil pan for my car and they got it an hour later at a price that beat every other auto part store i checked. Well I called and spoke with a manager who boasted about being a manager named David. he told me he had the part I needed, called him a second time to verify before I drove 50 miles to pick the part up he says yes it's sitting on my desk when I arrived there David wasn't there and the part was not correct David walked in few minutes later with a handful of money waving in the air "here's your money here's your money "giving it to an employee. I mentioned to him my problem. that the part was not correct not once apologized walked right out got into a Napa vehicle and drove away.... I can't believe this person is in a manager position.
