Close to the 134 and 2 freeways. Use the bathrooms in the restaurants. Was charging at 149-150 kW as my peak speed and got down to 37 kW at the slowest and toward the end of the charge. My only gripe here is the car traffic with the In N Out burger drive-thru.

Some of the great places to dine are the Cheesecake Factory, an Italian restaurant called Amici. They have fine, delicious Italian food. Have been there few times, and once on a date. They gave a 2 spirit Barnes & Noble for book lovers, an AMC movie theatre that used to be Pacific Theaters, A Seabutter Sushi restaurant that is very good and romantic with patio seating. They also have the Mexican restaurant Frida.. Just to name a few of their iconic, yet high end businesses. You can walk, take the trolley, take your dogs for a walk, and simply enjoy the fresh air. Their Christmas lighting ceremony is MAGNIFICENT!! Must see!!! I am glad we were able to go there again last night and had a FANTASTIC time!! Service is on point. They are always cleaning the place, plenty of restrooms to use, spotless clean, and you can find parking anywhere in their parking structures and outside. Last night, a hotel staff member at the Hills Inn Eagle Rock barged into my room at midnight. I screamed. Then she quickly closed the door. But then she kept on knocking until I got up, turned on the light, and came to the door. She apologized and said it was a mistake. But I lay awake for hours after that with my heart pounding. I have never had that happen to me or been so scared as I was staying at this hotel alone. When I went down to complain to the manager/person on duty, I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. She told me there was no general manager I could talk to, and she refused to give me a written report of the incident. I would have liked to have the one night of my stay compensated, as I can't believe I've actually paid to sleep this poorly and be scared half to death at midnight. But she told me that wasn't possible. She then rather dismissively told me to contact Expedia if I was dissatisfied with her response. I'm here to give a speech at a conference, and I am so rattled and furious that I'm doing this instead of preparing. I'm having to escalate this with Expedia customer service. I'm outraged and appalled by the poor customer service and the lack of care about the security of their guests. I would absolutely not stay here. Especially if you're a solo woman traveler. Also, the bathroom door doesn't fully open, so you have to close the door after turning on a noisy fan light. Basically, you have to sit on the toilet sideways if you don't want to turn on a light with a noisy fan. And the wifi lags.

A lot of the bad with this Supercharging surround there only being 12 stations and it's in a very busy area. They do charge up to 250kW max and the best thing about these chargers is having so many businesses around. There is so much great stuff you can do/grab while your car is getting it's energy. The newly opened Bu Pastry Bar has great drinks & eats and the ever popular Mandarin Coffee Stand is another favorite. A few boutiques and clothing stores like Ross, plus if you walk all the way down to the end of the plaza there is a Walgreens. Overall, this Tesla Supercharger location is great if you want to also grab a coffee or walk to nearby errands, best for off hours. However the limited availability and unjust congestion overage fees usually keep me away.

Underground parking is free, but limited spaces. Plenty of EV parking spots though. There's metered street parking. Several places to sit outside of the library which is nice. When you enter the library, you can either take the stairs or elevator. Layout of the library is nice and cozy. LOVE the computer area!! I feel the layout here is more private compared to the Los Feliz Library. There are also much more computers to use here compared to the Los Feliz Library!! Very clean. Fairly quiet except for the occasional toddler. Only two stalls in the restroom, but it's clean. Interesting that there's a mirror next to the water fountain. Interesting looking book drop. When you see it, you will know what I mean.
