Es raro encontrar a alguien que realmente se preocupe, especialmente a esa hora de la noche. No tengo palabras para agradecerle por su honestidad, compasión y dedicación. Lo recomiendo al 100% -- realmente nos salvó. ------------ If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I called FIVE different tow companies at 3AM and everyone was overpriced or unhelpful. This angel showed up with fair pricing, kindness, and real professionalism. I was stranded in Los Angeles with my son and my fiancé, and we needed to get to Anaheim. Not only did he arrive quickly, he went above and beyond to help us get my broken-down BMW started and then made sure we all got home safely. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares, especially in the middle of the night. I can't thank him enough for his honesty, compassion, and dedication. Highly recommend -- he truly saved us.

My engine light suddenly came on a few days ago and then the engine started to make a funny noise…read more Due to a combination of a crazy schedule and having been frustrated with my most recent experiences with local dealerships, I decided to try out Mobile Mechanic. It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Aside from the convenience and Will just being an incredibly nice guy, his attention to detail and service are second to none. Friendly and knowledgable, he works hard to make sure you understand what he's doing, and is professional and polite at every step along the way. Will clearly cares and takes great pride in what he does. He's the only person I will be going to for my automotive service needs from now on. Highly recommended.

On the night…read moreof 12.14.24 my father had passed away, after leaving my mother's home in OC we were driving back when we got a flat tire in Lynwood. This is an area we are unfamiliar with and let alone we ended up pulling into this sketchy area as it was the closest off the freeway. It was so scary and we had to abandon our vehicle due to not being able to get roadside service right away. My family and I had to leave our vehicle behind an alley and run to find a safe place to find a tow company. I called a few places and they told them our situation and they were quoting $600+ plus to tow and drive us back to the Valley. I ended up finding Hawks via Yelp and decided to give them a call. I ended up speaking with a nice individual and he quoted us half the price. They came to our rescue and had to bring a flatbed due to the type of vehicle we had. He drove us all the way from Lynwood to the Valley. After going through such a traumatic and sad incident with my Father the Owner of Hawks drove us to our house safely he was kind, compassionate, he kept my sons spirits up and made us feel at ease and just safe. He will forever be our guardian angel. Professional, honest, hard working and kind. I would highly recommend Hawks! Thank you
