I needed car lock out service and a new battery. Ben gave me a quote over the phone and arrived with half hour. Getting the car door open was tricky but he persevered and got the door open. It would be really helpful if they could provide an accurate time estimate of time. ASAP roadside is not even close. I know they might cover a large area of Los Angeles and possibly the county, but it's quite frustrating when the time changes multiple times while you're waiting for help. I was told it would take 40 minutes, but then it changed to 2.5 hours, and then another time change and another... It was really disappointing, but the value of the job was great. read more

This time I expected I could just request a delivery online and do it myself, but thanks to nonsense policy it would have cost me MORE to do that than have a battery delivered & installed, while also taking the old battery away. An OUTSTANDING service. I had a medical Lab appointment, and was gathering everything I needed, including a walking cane. I closed the door to my vehicle, and placed wallet, phone, etc. into my pockets, and could not find my keys. Car was locked and the keys were on the passenger seat. Great!. I called ASAP, explained the situation, car lockout. They informed me they would be there in 30-40 minutes (AAA would have been a 1-2 hour wait at 8:00 AM). ASAP arrived within the stated time, and I was on my way 10 minutes later. They were timely, courteous, and efficient. You can't ask for more. I give them my highest recommendation. read more

Ben, unbelievably the night before Thanksgiving at 10:30pm replaced a tire that had blown up on my rental car. I had no idea what I was going to do. On a wing and a prayer I googled "ASAP road side assistance" on the advice of a friend who had his amazing service. I am skeptical by nature but I was absolutely amazed at the speed, quality, kindness, and price of this emergency service on this day especially and at this time. I would have been happy to pay for this at a brick and mortar shop on any day of the week. I didn't even have to leave my house. He came here quickly. Found the exact tire I needed. Replaced the tire on the rim and got me back to 100% from when I called to an hour later. I am still in disbelief and I don't give out compliments. I would call Ben in any circumstance but I am extraordinarily glad he was there for me tonight. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving! I have an extra thing to be thankful for. Thank you so much Ben. You are a rare breed and your work ethic is second to none and I will be telling everyone I know when they need service about you. Thank you again, from my heart! I would NOT use this service again. If your car won't start they will jump start it without looking at this issue to give you a proper diagnosis. They just jump it and run off with your $95 when you call them to ask to jump again to go to a nearby auto shop moments later, they want to charge another $95 and don't care about their customers getting from A to B. Call a mechanic or AAA who can actually give you proper support. read more

I hit a rock at night that was in the middle of the road while driving on mulholland. My tire blew out and was stranded with no place to safely pull over. I lucky found ASAP Roadside assistance online they were helpful Over the phone and let me know they were on the way. I had the pleasure of working with Jesse from ASAP Roadside Assistance. * Jesse is very polite and clear * He wore a mask the entire time * He isn't here to get your money. At first, I thought I needed a new battery swap for my Prius, but then I asked if we can just jump start my car first. He was more than happy to! Jesse even discussed HOW to keep the car running after a jump start (leave the car idle for 40 minutes). He let me take photos of his portable car jump starter pack so I can buy one on Amazon and be more self-reliant in the future. PS: When I called ASAP Roadside Assistance, the gentleman on the phone was super nice and understandable, which is very key because usually when people call for roadside assistance, it's during times of stress. Got a flat tire on a Sunday night, and a tow truck through my insurance was going to take 2 hours to tow my car close to where my tire went flat, and I would have had to lyft home and back 45 min to fix my car the next day. Decided to call asap roadside and immediately got an answer, and whoever helped me on the phone was so nice and professional. These guys are amazing. I needed a battery replacement on my jeep. I called AAA who jumped the car but said they couldn't replace the battery.
