Really rude driver. Cut me off to make a left in a public ally. I was making a right and he turned in front of me. Then he blocked the ally so he could load a car o to his flatbed. I asked him why he could wait for me if he was going to block the ally. His response was to say that he didn't care, and he proceeded to swear at me up and down. This is a bad company if they employ people like this. Do not reward them with your business. This guy was so angry and aggressive I believe he needs help. Horrible experience. The guy who picked up the phone call, who wouldn't give his name, was extremely rude. I believe it was Omar given that the other reviews have said the same thing about the reception there. He was extremely unhelpful, condescending and argumentative. After waiting 60 mins, I call to check on an update since I needed to plan and see if I could walk to a nearest bathroom. The guy on the phone immediately said 90 mins without checking who I was or asking any identifiable information which tells me he didn't check at all. He argued with me saying that I was speaking to him in a rude tone when he was already speaking to me in a condescending tone. It's very hard to speak to someone who hates their own life so much and nonetheless should not be running business. Edit: after the phone call, he change my driver and pushed me to the bottom of the tow list, adding on another 90 mins. I called my insurance company to ask if they can change to another tow company and the new company came within the hour. There are plenty other tow companies around and you don't need to give them YOUR business bc it seems like they don't want your money if they are rude and condescending to you like that. This tow company provided excellent service. They arrived within 30 minutes. The driver was professional and very pleasant. I wanted photos of my vehicle before the tow was started. The driver told me I would be able to contact the company and they would email me the photos, and they did just that within minutes of receiving my email. Definitely a trustworthy company. A&B really helped me out. I needed my car towed out of my narrow driveway and taken to the mechanic. My car wouldn't shift into neutral so they needed to get it into the back of a flatbed truck. Plus, I have landscaped bushes on one side of my driveway that makes it even narrower and harder to maneuver. Another towing company had already told me it wasn't possible. I called A&B and they were able to get someone out to my place within 30 minutes. They were very careful and were able to get my car out without any damage to the landscaping. Called with a flat tire needing a tow. They gave me an ETA of on hour. After the hour passed with no call or notification I called them and they said it will be another 40 minutes. I called back asking for a manager and they cancelled the service completely after I burned 1.5 hours! These reviews HAS to be fake. Everything from the start was a mess. They were late 1.5 hours from original ETA to pick up my car that was stuck in the freeway. They dropped it off to a wrong location and had to do another pick up next morning as everything was closed. Received my car with damage and says the place they dropped off left the damage. So our Tesla blew out a tire on the I5 Northbound going home to Sacramento after a nice vacation with my Family from Disneyland. Unfortunately it was a Sunday and everything was closed which made the situation a bit stressful. Had my son who is barely 3 that's been in his car seat for hours losing it crying and me and the wife frantically calling our insurance, tire repair places and Tesla Roadside. After a few hours Tesla Roadside offered the best solution. A Tow truck will come and was covered by our warranty so that was a relief. Now for the tow service. Louie came as efficiently as he could. All smiles and was a very busy day for him and his team. We originally requested for a 3 person transport but he could only fit 2, I have a car seat my wife and me. This was a dilemma since he can't take us all. There's no gas stations, no exits for an Uber to pick up my wife and son anywhere close. Louie said he could get us to a gas station and from there we had to use Uber. I can never say enough good things about Louie and his company. They are heroes at least for us. I'm thankful that he extended his kindness and got my family to safety, things happen all the time but the kindness of people like Louie and ABeXpress Towing is a thankless job. Hi Yelpers! So Sunday March 12th I hit a pothole in Burbank that blew out both tires on the right side of my car. I called MBZ roadside assistance at 7am on Monday the 13th because the car had to be towed to the dealer. I wanted them to make sure there was no damage to the car. The estimated wait time was 90 minutes. I then called A&B Express Tow and spoke to Omar who told me there probably would be a longer delay because it was a Monday and so many drivers were having tire blowouts too. That i would have to wait maybe another 90 minutes. I was already having a bad day on the 13th as it was the anniversary of my mom's passing and it always hits me hard. About 20 minutes or less after I spoke to Omar I checked and the tow truck was around the corner from my house. I called Omar back and he said he moved some things around and they were able to get to me sooner. I want to thank Omar for this act of kindness. Hazel came to my house with a flat bed tow truck and he took excellent care of my car. Yelpers I can't recommend A&B Tow enough. They are kind, professional and provide excellent service. BEWARE! DAMAGED MY CAR, DENIED IT, TRIED TO HIDE IT, then tried to get me to take it to their shop once they had to pay! My car was towed by Alex on March 13. Super nice driver who loaded the car onto a flatbed and took preloading and post loading pictures. Alex failed to notify the dealer, me, or the manager that he crushed my wheel arch with the cables. After calling the towing company, the manager sent me a towing report which I was SUPPOSED to sign and inspect. These pictures show how the car was damaged in the 14 minutes A&B had the car. See for yourself. After sending the manager the pictures from their own report, he ghosted me and stopped responding. Over the next few days I would call the office only to have the woman pick up YELL at me about how the manager has my info or just HANG UP as soon as they connect. Thankfully, they were called by roadside assistance, who after investigating, found A&B responsible for damaging my car. I cannot recommend this tow truck company enough! I was stranded on the side of the road after hitting a pothole after a rainstorm in LA, far from home, and the thought of a 48 hour wait on the side of an LA road for Tesla service was terrifying. Did you know Tesla's do not come with spare tires? That means, you'll either need their roadside assistance to help or a third party tow truck. But the driver was a true hero - he not only towed my car to the nearest Tesla service station, but let me hitch a ride in the back as well. I felt safe with his professionalism and kindness. I am giving 1 star as 0 is not an option. It started with the driver arriving later than promised. We told the driver that the dealership they were to drop the car off would be closed. He said it is no problem, we fill out the form for the overnight drop off all the time. We found out in the morning that the driver to the car to a storage lot with out ever telling us. They then tried to extort $150 as this was beyond our roadside assistance coverage or they would not deliver the car. We would never have consented to have the car left overnight in their storage lot. They certainly lived up to the poor reputation of tow truck companies- what a scam! read more

Once we were notified about the towing company, I had to call them to inform them that the hood wouldn't open in the car (they said that they knew what to do).
