Had a flat doing deliveries. Utilize my Allstate roadside assistance who called B's Towing. Adam showed up and B Towing, official car, with air pump and tire change tools in the truck. He fix the flat and had me back on the road and less than 20 minutes. Excellent service, excellent response time, polite, and helpful. What more can you ask her if you have a flat tire them to be back on the road. Well recommended, will call them again read more

Liars. Don't show up as promised. USAA recommended them. I would rather sleep in my car. Phone goes to a Spanish voicemail which doesn't allow you to leave a message. read more

BS Roadside Services - Broken tire - Tires Near Me

Dishonest people. My friend got a flat tire on his rental car thru Avis, and he called Avis roadside assistance, who set him up with this sham of a towing service. They gave him a half an hour window and didn't show. Multiple phone calls to this number were not answered. 45 minutes after the end of the window, he called Avis back and they supposedly connected with them and reported that they were " stuck in traffic" on a traffic-less holiday monday, and that they were 25 minutes away. Again, they did not show. Eventually, 45 minutes after that, he had to call Avis back and cancel them in favor of a different towing company that was actually interested in performing the work. Do not use. There are plenty of other honest towing companies in this area. If you are told that this is your vendor, insist that they use somebody else. read more

They came in 35 minutes and got me in my car in less than 2 minutes. The man was friendly and efficient. I was worried when I read the reviews but I had 100% positive experience. Thank you so much for saving me on a rainy day. read more

Is there a way to give less than 1 star? I can see many people had a similar experience. I locked my keys in my car and reached out to USAA. They told me that someone would be out in 45 minutes. After an hour went by I called back. USAA (their 3rd party contractor) told me that they spoke to the driver and they'd be there in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I call back and know deep down that no one is coming. USAA reaches out again and now says no one is picking up the call. I ask for the name of the company and try myself. No answer and a voicemail in Spanish. Thanks B's. I wasted about two and a half hours for you. read more

Waited for this company to show up tonight to change my flat tire. After waiting an hour THEY WERE A NO SHOW!!! I tried contacting them and they did not answer, leaving me STRANDED!!! I contacted my road side assistance again and had to wait an additional 30 min but thankfully MA TOWING came and assisted me!!! Do not ever use this company and if your insurance company or AAA says they are sending BS TOWING TELL THEM NO IMMEDIATELY!!!! read more

My warranty insurance dispatched this towing service around 2pm. I received a text starting towing driver will come at 2:45pm. HE DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL AFTER 5pm and bothered to ASK us if we needed help!!!! If I has an option I would give this company -3 stars. For tardiness, unprofessional demeanor, inconsideration and lack of equipment. We expected a towing truck. He drove in a car!!!! I WILL REPORT THIS TO MY WARRANTY INSURANCE. HE PROBABLY BILLED MY INSURANCE AFTER NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED!!!! read more

GARBAGE company. They were assigned to me through USAA for roadside assistance. Waited 2 hours called 15 times and they never answered the phone or showed up. Horrible horrible service read more

My car battery died and apparently there is no way for me to manually get into the vehicle without power. My insurance dispatched B's Towing Service and they came within 15 minutes and had me back in the car and jumped within 5 minutes. read more

I called roadside assistance. They sent this company, who took 4 hours to simply be "on their way" and still never showed after another hour! And never answered the phone! Never again!!!! read more

BS took on the order but never showed up. Two hours wasted waiting for these fools, didn't answer calls or decline service.

This company was dispatched to me by USAA, they gave an estimate of 45 minutes and now two hours later they still have not showed. To make matters worse they do not answer their phone. Eventually after 2.5 hours they canceled on me. USAA told me another company would come in 90 minutes, what a waste of a day. read more

State Farm dispatched this company for my roadside assistance issue and I was given 45 minute time window. This company did not show up for more than t and a half hours! I had made several calls to BS and my Roadside Assistance company as well and calls were not returned, BS kept changing the arrival times, BS did not communicate directly with me as to the arrival time as they are contracted to do so. The name BS perfectly fits this company. State Farm and other insurance providers should look to cancel all dispatching contracts with BS until it ceases to do business. read more

Same horrible experience as everyone else - waited for 1.5 hours and no show, but they told my insurance company that they were 15 min away (which was a lie). After waiting for another 30 minutes and wasting a total of two hours on these morons, I had to cancel and find someone else. Garbage company & garbage people for being so irresponsible knowing people are in need of help. read more

The only truthful thing about BS Towing is the name. 2nd time ive waited over 2 hours then had them cancel. Assigned thru Subaru roadside assistance, whom I'd also like to throttle. read more

The guy was dismissive and with poor character. Terrible attitude and showed up way pass the estimated time.

How the heck is this place legally allowed to operate? Roadside assistance called these numb nuts to assist for a flat tire. I ended up waiting for 4 hours before giving up and calling my friend at 5 AM for assistance. I waited since 1 AM and literally noone called, texted, or even showed up. They don't even answer their phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BS COMPANY. HORRIBLE!!!!! NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN read more

Left me hanging 3 different times after accepting job from my insurance company. No cal. No show. Wouldn't answer phone. Never ever ever use them. You will wait 3 hours only to have to find another tow company. These guys are scum. read more

Sorry that everyone else had a bad experience but mine was excellent. I locked my keys in my car, called AAA, and ETA 45 minutes. They got here right on time and we drove to the parking lot together. I called Roadside Assistance and got assigned to BS Towing. Waited for over 2.5hours after an appointment was scheduled. No one ever showed up. Called the main line at least 10x, no one ever picks up! Awful! read more

Called for roadside assistance and had me waiting for 5 hours after they finally cancelled on me... After receiving multiple ETA's.... smh

My road side assistance provider contracted with this company. ETA was 50 mins. After waiting 1 hr 20 mins I called the towing company. When I called the number I got a recorded voice that said please enter the extension of person you're trying to reach. I didn't know, so I pressed 0. The recorded message then said there is no person at that extension and automatically hung up. I tried to look up a website to get a different number and found the Yelp reviews, which didn't instill confidence. I called my provider who was finally able to get in touch with someone there and was told the company arrived and no one was there so they cancelled the order. I was here the whole time! Further, I didn't receive one call from them (which you'd think I wouldn't if the driver couldn't find me). Please do not book this company. If your provider books them, I recommend you ask for a different one if you can. After discovering B's Towing never arrived, my provider booked Express Towing. They were here in 20 minutes, got my car started quickly and I was on my way in 30 minutes. read more

Eric did a great job patching my tire & saving me from being late to work!!! He arrived in like 6 minutes & was very efficient & professional I highly recommend Eric!! THANK YOU!!! read more

Like most other people who've left reviews, my insurance dispatched this company because my car wouldn't start. I read the reviews and was very stressed that they wouldn't arrive. But! They called me to tell me that they were five minutes away, showed up in under an hour from when they were dispatched, and jump started my car in under a minute. This took place on a Monday at 1pm - 2pm so maybe that's why they were so responsive? Either way, it was a great experience and I'd use them again! read more

My dang car battery died out due to me leaving the flashers on too long. Have Roadside Assistance with Progressive Insurance and went thru their App to request service. They assigned B's to come give me a jump. The app told me 45 min approximate wait time to their arrival. I got a call after about 15 min or so after I made the request and their guy was on his way and let me know he was abt 15 mi away. He checked in one more time when he was on the street where my workplace was and I guided him to my car. He jumped it and we were all set. Quick service, polite employee and I was on my way again. Thank you. read more

Got me jumped and back on the road. Knew how to jump my Prius with out wrecking it. Thanks

Terrible service. USAA assigned me this towing company and they never showed. I called USAA and they told me that B's Towing Service marked the job as "complete" even by not even showing up. So terrible, and what a waste of time waiting for this company to show up. I will post this on the Simi Valley, and Thousand Oaks Facebook pages with over 95,000 Facebook users to share my experience. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Never showed up and never picked up the phone. I wonder if they are still in business.

I, too, laughed at the stupidity of anyone naming a service company "BS". Not sure how USAA selected BS as their roadside service provider. However, BS called shortly after I contacted USAA roadside service, provided an ETA of 16 minutes, showed up on time, called when they arrived and did the necessary battery jump promptly. Antonio spoke little English, but was pleasant and did his job right. His car had a large, legible company logo on the driver's door. Heads up: AAA also sends guys in small vehicles for battery charging calls. It makes no sense to send a large, fuel-guzzling tow truck when all that is needed to jump a dead battery will fit in the trunk of any car. Not sure why some Yelpers complained about about the use of fuel-efficient cars by this roadside service. read more

They're worthy of the name "BS", they said 45 min ETA and never contacted me or nothing, seriously if you're unable to do your job right just fold quit whatever and let others do it, pathetic excuse for a company read more

Nationwide called this company to help me with a jumpstart. At first everything seemed to be according to plan got s text from nationwide roadside company subcontractor informing time BS towing would be there in 50 minutes. After an hour passes my roadside assistance company calls and asks if they fixed my issue. I told them it did not so then they call BS Towing to see what's going on. They informed them that they are in traffic coming from North Hills. Well I wait the quotes 18 minutes. After that time still nothing, call my insurance to which they call BS Towing to receive no response. No one ever came or picked up and they canceled their request. Two hours past and no one came even after the traffic excuse which was completely a lie as there is no traffic congestion como from there to VEntura County Do yourself a favor and if they dispatch this company ask your insurance to provide an alternative company. Hope Bs towing goes under, no customer service skills at all do us all a favor and go out of business. read more

Road side assistance used this company. They never showed up after 1.5 hours. Called them and no answer and no option to leave voicemail.

Dispatched through USAA Roadside Assistance. They never came, did not appear on the tracking app, and would not answer the phone. If they are dispatched to you, call your roadside assistance and get a different provider. read more

*DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS* I ended up having to call USAA and tell them to not use this service. The USAA was very apologetic and said BS Towing Service is known for giving people problems in my area. In most cases, you can request to not use these guys. I hope these guys get AS LITTLE business as possible. Here's what happened to me: I have a dead battery so I just needed a jump start. So I called yesterday at about 6:30pm. They said estimated wait time would be 45min. We called an hour later, they said someone had a flat tire on the 118 and they would be 20min. We called an hour later, 20 more min. Another hour.... Ended up waiting a total of 3 and half hours. The next day, we needed another jump start to get to the car shop. So we got hooked up with these guys again... Sure enough, they said estimated arrival was within 60 minutes. We called after an hour, and they said 20 more minutes, and THEY USED THE SAME EXCUSE AS YESTERDAY, literally saying that someone had a flat tire on the 118 and that it would be 20 minutes. Called an hour later, another 20 minutes. 3 hours later, I called and the guy LITERALLY ANSWERED, and then hung up on me... Ended up waiting 3 and half hours again before calling USAA and just saying "hey, can we just not use these guys?". The customer service lady apologized and assigned me to someone else with MUCH better reviews. ASA Towing. Moral of the story is, if you're reading this review, CALL YOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, and ask them to use someone else. read more

Fantastic service. Patched my tire and filled the others with air quickly and thoroughly. Will definitely use them again.

Kia Roadside Assistance put me in "contact" with them and gave me a 45 minute ETA. Well 2 hours past that and multiple ignored calls later no one shows up. I had to set up my own service to help me. They finally called back after another company came to my rescue. Avoid at all costs read more
