If I could give zero stars, I would. Waited over two hours while given false ETA's three times. The guy showed up in a Prius with no tools, & tried to use the tools that came with my car, which didn't fit & I told them that. He told me he couldn't help. I told him I waited two hours for him to tell me no, & all he did was shrug, tell me that sometimes they get busy, & got his car & left. Like, if they were transparent with me, I wouldn't be so mad. But they lied multiple times & left me hanging. I finally got fed up with them & my towing service that I finally just bit the bullet & drove to nearest tire place before they all closed @ 5pm. This business is a joke a total waste. Throw the whole towing company away! I called for roadside assistance at 9:39am. The estimated time was 40-75mins. ITS NOW 12:07pm. NOT ANY ROAD ASSISTANCE IN SIGHT!! Why make someone go through this??? Why accept a job at 9:39am if you knew as a person let alone an entire business that you all move on your own time whenever you all feel, and then blame it on traffic.... If your insurance company requests this company tell them you want someone else. No customer service no communication. They can make you wait for 3 hours and not show up. Also they will make an excuse you cancelled the tow. read more

I am gonna be honest, I read these reviews and panicked! Audi roadside assigned this towing company to me when my tire exploded on the freeway. They estimated 45-60 mins and they arrived in about 45 mins! Kevin was great! He quickly changed my tire and even called me before he arrived to make sure he could find me. Sorry that everyone else had a bad experience but mine was excellent. I locked my keys in my car, called AAA, and ETA 45 minutes. They got here right on time and we drove to the parking lot together. Was quoted 45 minutes for a flat tire repair and waited over an hour and 20 minutes just to find out they weren't coming. Won't answer any phone calls and just blatantly ignore the service providers calls as well. I would never recommend this business to anyone in need of roadside assistance. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - you looked them up, meaning you are probably on yelp trying to find info on them. they are not answering calls, I assume. Avoid this company at ALL COST, I also waited over an Hour and (no show), I received a text stating ETA would be 2:39pm, then I called them directly and they said 2:30pm, at 2:45pm (still no show) and informed TOYOTA ETA would be in 10 minutes.. That would have been 2:55pm and( still no show). At 3:15pm I called TOYOTA back to just cancel. I had been waiting for (Over An Hour). Do not call this very unreliable & unprofessional, rude business ever, for any help, they just lie and say they're in route knowing they are far away. Verizon Roadside Assistance dispatched B's Towing. My keys dropped out of my pocket on the front seat and the car was locked. Overall good service and would recommend. Very timely, nice, and provided what I needed! Pros: - Provided relatively accurate ETA in app (off by 5-10 min, acceptable) - Very friendly/nice service rep - Quick service. I've had State Farms Roadside Assistance Program for nearly 10 years. The last time I used it, it worked like a charm. I had a tire blowout late at night, in a dangerous location out in the boondocks (ok, the 99, but still..). It was the stuff nightmares are made of. Expected the same thing. Boy, was I wrong. I just need a simple jump start. Luckily, I was in a safe place. But they contracted this company. They quoted 45 minutes which turned into an hour fast. At 1 hour, they said they were 10 minutes away. At hour 2, they said they were 3 minutes away. Finally showed up 3 hours later. Called nearly a dozen times and they never answered. If you need real emergency assistance, this is not the company for you. read more

"BS" says it all. I waited for 2.5 hours, made multiple calls to BS and to my insurance company's Roadside Assistance. The driver only answered my first call. After that, he did not pick up. When the Roadside Assistance company tried calling, they were fed lie after lie. First the driver was "stuck in traffic" (no traffic on the 101 at that time of day, I checked). Then, he tried to call me, but went straight to voicemail (no record of a call on my call log; no voicemail message in voicemail). Then he got lost, but oh, he will be there in 15 minutes. And again, oh, this time he'll REALLY be there in 15 minutes. I finally called a local towing company, and they arrived within 20 minutes. Once I canceled the BS call with Roadside Assistance, the driver called me FIVE TIMES IN A ROW. Suddenly, he was overly communicative, but refused to tell me where he was. I imagine he knew I canceled the service call, and now was pretending to be ready to help me so that he could collect from insurance for never showing up. If you are assigned BS from your insurance company, demand a different contractor. THis one is BS. read more

State Farm set them up at 12:15 for a 1:03 ETA. Waited patiently. Tried to call but both numbers they had listed were out I'd service. Spent 45 minutes talking and being transferred from state farm to state farm. One lady at 2:00 says she called them and they would be there in 10 minutes. I asked her for the number and she gave me a disconnected one. I finally fooled with some wires and got it started and drove home backroads 50 miles with my child in case it just died again. They finally showed at 2:45. All reviews have been similar. BS is exactly that. It's all in the name. read more
