I called at 11am for a tow from one location to another within the same city (altadena) and the guy that answered the phone told me he would check and see where his drivers were and would call me back in 10minutes. 2hrs later, no call back. I was in Socal for the 4th of July weekend and of course I locked my keys in my car. I panicked a little because my insurance wasn't too helpful and thank goodness for yelp because I found this towing company from it! Bryan was awesome! He tried for 45 minutes in the hot weather. I felt really bad because after 45 minutes, we still couldn't get my keys out of my trunk :(. I knew Bryan really wanted to help me so he called a friend of his who was all the way in Bakersfield towing a truck to come help me after that task. The friend took a while (2 hours) and I continued to panic because I thought Bryan left me hanging (I would leave myself hanging since it's not worth $45 bucks trying to help me haha). But thankfully, Bryan was still in touch with me. He called me to tell me that his friend was still coming, etc. Once his friend got there, he had a tool big enough to pull my trunk handle (I don't know what it's called) to open my trunk from the inside and yay I was reunited with my keys!!! When I came to have it towed to another repair facility, the owner here actually tried to PHYSICALLY block my access to my car. He yelled at Bryan to leave (and if it were me, I sure would have!) while trying to extort money from me for work that hadn't been done. I looked up and Bryan had gotten out of his struck and was standing in the entrance of the garage, waiting for me with his arms crossed. I felt like a bully was trying to take my lunch money and my big brother came and said NO WAY BUDDY! We finally got my car out, and he was so cool. Honestly, if he wasn't there, I probably would have had to call the police. Ethical and willing to help out someone in need--simply because it's the right thing to do.
