Road Rescue Towing is a great local business with fantastic customer service. I was headed to brunch in Pasadena to meet a couple of friends and had to make a pit stop at a nearby CVS. Right there and then my car's battery literally decided to die. I'm not very good with cars in general, so was immediately panic stricken. Well I can't say that I was thrilled to be calling them, who's happy when their car breaks down right? However my mood quickly changed once they showed up; exactly on the time they mentioned, well 10 minutes sooner! I was driving on the freeway when suddenly the hood of my car started smoking and I started to slow down without using my brakes. I gave AAA a call and was told it'd be an hour and 45 minutes before they'd show up. In the mean time while waiting I looked up surrounding companies and this was the first to show. I gave them a call and was told it'd be 25 minutes, turned out to be 15! Obviously I canceled AAA and went with Road Rescue Towing. The driver Kevin identified the problem in a few minutes and got my vehicle ready to be towed. When we arrived only 30 minutes passed so AAA still wouldn't have arrived. The most important part was that my car and I were safe and the price was more than reasonable! He earned his tip and gave me advice on how to fix the car myself because it was simple and much cheaper than going to a mechanic. Kevin and his company definitely made me feel welcomed, comfortable during the ride (offered me water/soda), is very personable and beyond affordable. I highly recommend this company to anyone and they deserve more reviews from their customers because people need to know about this company! Needless to say that they're my go to company in this area and hopefully they'll grow and work in my area. Too many shady companies around, I took a risk and extremely glad I did. Being a young driver on the road I haven't had any experience with a towing company, although after meeting Kevin I was immediately able to stay calm and he assured me everything was going to work out perfectly, in which it did!! I have used these guy for towing twice. Both times they have been great. I needed my car to be towed from my place recently. I called these guys and I asked them for their help.
