Armen was a great help today! I recently bought new tires yesterday. this morning one of the tires was flat. He helped fill the tire and check for a nail. There was no nail. Horrible service. I drive a 2007 Honda Accord, and my insurance contacted this towing company to tow my car back to my residence. I called this company to confirm with them & they had no idea about what I was talking about. The employee I spoke to over the phone also told me "we only tow top of the line cars like porsche, etc" i later found out that they had cancelled the towing and did not even contact my insurance company so they can send another towing truck to help me out. I was stuck on the side of the freeway for over 2 hours. Thanks for nothing. If i can rate a 0 stars I would, but yelp doesn't allow us to. Still a 0 star rating for me. read more

I witnessed an upset senior citizen being asked for over $200 cash by a bald guy from this towing company in order to avoid having her car towed from the lot she was parked in. He blocked her car and was very threatening to a much smaller and elderly woman who was in tears. I have never seen such gross unprofessional, SHADY behavior. read more

Well if you are reading this review, probably you were unlucky to deal with this scam company. To start with they illegally towed my car from Goodwill parking, forged the signature of authorization form, picklocked the car in search of valuables and demanded cash. Next day my driver's lock stopped working at all, they returned the towing fee when I pointed the fact of forged form, but never payed for broken door (500$ repair because of this). Unfortunately there were no ways to prove the direct damage to my car. But if you have to deal with those sketchy people - be prepared to expect any kind of scam, lies and extortions. read more

I needed to tow my car once and unfortunately I had no other choice since they wanted to charge me a $90 cancelation fee. (Btw I called a few minutes after saying I needed my car towed keep in mind they weeny even on their way yet). Super irresponsible company! They were contracted by Jaguar Roadside Service to tow my FPace that wouldn't start because the car computer froze (don't get a Jaguar btw). The guy ran the doorbell once and left without waiting even a single SECOND for me to walk to the front door because I was in the backyard with the car... No one wants their car towed, but because of my own poor parking choice, I woke up this morning to find that is exactly what had happened to me. However Hillcrest Towing made the experience as pleasant as possible. The process was simple, and they even were kind enough to give me a "teacher discount" that is not part of the standard policy. Damaged my car and disputed the damages with insurance company. They lied and said damage was already there. Every tow company knows to use a flatbed for a Mercedes or Jaguar, etc. They did not use the flatbed on my car and damaged my bumper. Poor service and immoral people. They only accepted cash in spite of having a debit machine, which seemed a little suspect. They knew and towed to me a shop. No one took me for anything. Treated me with respect and courtesy, shop I was taken to was great also. Last night towed to my dealer with a new vehicle (another story) and again same great customer service. No one wants to be towed, If you are a single woman, they are the best you can find. I accidentally locked the keys in the trunk of a rental car in the parking lot at Trader Joes, so my husband called these guys to come help unlock the car. After waiting around in the parking lot for about twenty minutes, I finally get a call from the guy, asking us where we were (my husband had already told him that!), and he said he was leaving now (what was he doing for the past twenty minutes?). I and my two-year-old son waited in the cold for another 15-20 minutes for the guy to show up. He arrived, and began working on getting access to the lock. After about 30 seconds of working he turns to me and says he doesn't think he'll be able to get it open, but he'll try. After another couple of minutes fiddling at the window with his little air pump thingy, he informs me that he can't open it, gets back in his car, and drives off. What the heck? I wait around in the cold with my toddler for nearly an hour, you spend less than five minutes trying to get the car open, then tell me it's impossible and that I should call a Volkswagon dealership? As a footnote, later that evening my husband called another service who came and was able to get the car open, no problem. So these guys are either incompetent, lazy, or can't be bothered to help a young mother get back into her car. Do not use them. read more
