Crescenta Valley Tow is fast, reliable, and always comes through when you need them most. I've had…read morea few flat tires and I always call them--every time I've been very happy with their service. They give consistent updates, arrive quickly, and tow the car right away without any hassle. The drivers always go above and beyond, whether it's helping make sure the car is safely loaded, explaining what's going on, or just being kind and professional during a stressful situation. I highly recommend Crescenta Valley Tow to anyone in the area. Five stars all the way!

My 2020 Honda Insight was hooked in a private parking lot in Sunland, but I returned to the vehicle before the tow truck left the property. Under California Vehicle Code § 22658, if a vehicle owner returns before the truck leaves the property, the driver is legally required to release the vehicle, and the 'drop fee' cannot exceed 50% of the standard towing rate. Furthermore, state law requires tow operators to accept standard credit cards. Instead of following the law, the driver refused to release my car, refused to accept a credit card, and held my vehicle hostage under duress. I was forced to transfer an exorbitant $375 fee directly to a personal Zelle account just to get my car dropped. this incident is currently under active investigation by the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs (DCBA). If this company tries to force you to pay a personal Zelle account or refuses to drop your car on private property, screenshot the transaction immediately, document the parking signs, and call the LAPD."
