Worst towing experience I ever had! Unprofessional and unethical tow truck driver! Wasted 2 hours of my time and the crazy driver decided that he did not want to help me without any reason and just left, leaving me and my car stranded! I had to wait two hours for the driver for him to come to the site.The truck driver was very rude and unprofessional from the start without any reason. He was really upset when I asked his name since he thought I would complain about him. He knew how awful he was treating me that he was sure I would have complained about him. All of the sudden he left because he said he did not want to get in trouble. I took a photo of his truck and he got super angry and escaped. I called the number on his truck to talk to his supervisor and the same truck driver answered my call and said that he was the supervisor and he would make try to ask AAA to flag me. Poor and lazy service. Called them to help us with a tire change on the 118 freeway at 9:45pm. I tell the person that answered that my relative cannot remove a couple of the lugs because they are too tight. I ask him to send someone out and just price me for it - as my relative is stranded on the freeway. This person decides to comment about how the lug nuts are damaged and how the driver probably damaged them. I asked him, are you or your team able to go out and check for your self and if you cannot replace the wheel just tow him back and let me know what the final cost is. Without taking anything into consideration, this guys starts to mention the lug nuts and how they are probably damaged. I said look man, you either can help us out or you can't - what is it? He goes back to the lug nuts and I just hung up on him. Don't use this company for any of your towing services, especially if you need them to come out at night. My friend was in a car accident early on a Sunday morning. The car was totaled. The CHP had the car towed and put in a yard (we didn't know we could call our own tow). Monday we went to retrieve the car and after being charged $700 for one day we tried to have AAA tow the car from the yard to our home. AAA's contracted towing company refused to tow as they stated it was unsafe. After calling around and getting outrages quotes and zero promise they would be able to help, I had an immediate response from Carlos on Yelp with a flat fee rate that couldn't be beat. Horrible tow company. How can the city let tow companies like this operate? After a horrible accident This company towed my car to a body shop and never told me where my car was taken too. That's STEALING!!! When I tried picking up my car they told me I had to pay 550 for a tow bill that they said was going to be a "courtesy tow". Courtesy my a$&!! I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. Smh, sorry Carlos. So, Carlos is actually my neighbor. Other than a few friendly hello's as we cross paths, I never had any communication with him prior to him servicing me TWICE now. First time, I dropped my damn keys in the Elevator crack and management wasn't available on the weekends so I was screwed. My car was parked on the side street where I knew I would get ticketed had I left it the whole weekend. I remembered Carlos giving me his card and called him at 10:00 pm on a Saturday night. Eek I felt so bad, he was literally at a Family party and left to assist me. Blessing on Earth. He was able to tow my car into the lot while I got everything else situated. Then, second interaction, as I was coming home real quick on my lunch break, I hit a pothole the street up. Ironically he happened to be right behind me, followed me into the lot, pulled over, and in 5 minutes (while he too came home for lunch) whipped out his tools and got my spare tire on. Weird thing to say, but this was a fantastic towing experience. Carlos was communicative - he called and texted and kept me up to date with his location and estimated time of arrival. Once he arrived, my car wasn't ready to be towed so he waited. And even when I told him it would be a while and that he should go on with his day, he was polite about the cancellation. He allowed me to call him for service later in the day and didn't even charge me for all the waiting around/ cancelled call.
