Had to replace my battery, it literally died after taking my groceries in. I called AAA and in less than 5 mins I had a call back from R.B Towing, I don't remember his name but he said he had a representative in my area. Not even 10 minutes later, Jason showed up and performed some diagnostics on my car. He said the battery needed replacement, and quoted me a price for my battery, then he proceeded to replace the battery. All told it took about 20 mins from the time I called to finishing with the installation. Jason was friendly and professional. Thank you Jason and R.B. Towing for a great experience. Also, I cannot overestimate the importance of having a AAA membership. Life is so much easier with one. read more

My car battery died overnight when the car lights were accidentally left on. I called AAA the next day and RB Towing came shortly afterward. Johnathan was the technician that came to my house to diagnose and fix the problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem quickly and gave me wonderful advice. He mentioned if in the future I needed a battery to contact RB and told me the price for a battery for my car. It was a very reasonable amount and I will definitely be purchasing my next battery from RB Towning. Highly recommended! read more

RB Towing to the rescue. I got a flat tire on the freeway and called AAA. They sent RB Towing. Juan got to is in 10 minutes. First thing he did was get us out of the rain and into his truck. He was super efficient and friendly. Juan loaded our car up safely and quickly. He towed our car to the nearest tire shop. The tire shop he recommended was honest and affordable. The young man that told my truck today was awesome respectable kind, and caring. I give them five star review.

Jared was EXCEPTIONAL - a spare tire rolled across the 101 freeway, which landed in my lane and without time to brake or swerve without causing a more serious situation I drove over it. It attached itself to my car like a barnacle. ACSC dispatched RB Towing. Their arrival was timely, Jared was efficient and did not roll on the ground laughing at my stupidity. Seriously, it was a serious matter that was handled beautifully, efficiently, politely and authentically. They definitely deserve 5 STARS read more

RB stayed on top of it and anticipated issues. They called me to ensure the tow information was correct (it wasn't) and then showed up on time. Nathan/Gene (?) - whatever his name was....magical. He made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. Major props on his customer service in particular. The five stars go entirely to him. read more

Adam at RnB Towing was amazing!!!! He really acted when we needed him. He saw us after our accident and stopped to make sure we were okay and he proceeded to help us!! I wanted to say Thank you for helping me and my daughter in a time of need. read more

These guys are unscrupulous ..... searching for accidents so they can rack up storage fees to bill insurance. I gave them my AAA card to charge the tow after my accident, and they charged my insurance an Outrageous fee and had already decided to take the car to their yard before they even hooked up the car..... don't trust these guys as far as you can see them. The bill to my insurance was SHOCKING !!!!! read more

RB Towing is absolutely the BEST! Today, I ran over something in the street that flattened both tires on the right side of my vehicle. Carlo arrived shortly afterward to tow my car and was incredibly diligent, professional, friendly, and kind. When things at the tire shop didn't go as planned, I called RB Towing again and spoke with a wonderful ANGEL of a man named Abdul (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He helped me more than I could have imagined during my time of need. He sent Carlo to the rescue once more to deliver my car to a different tire shop and then safely back home. What happened after leaving the house today was unfortunate and unexpected, but RB Towing was there to help 1,000%. Thank you, Abdul and Carlo, for going above and beyond to assist me today. I would highly recommend adding this company to your speed dial for all your vehicle issues and towing needs in The Valley. They really came through, and I am so beyond grateful to them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, RB Towing team! read more

Rude and condescending. The driver has an attitude. I would not recommend using them.

Juan their driver wanted to fight me and catch me on the streets he's 350lbs and I'm 160lbs and clearly he can't tell if he's sitting or scratching a $5000 carbon fiber fender. Will visit soon to speak with managers. Horrible establishment and will be speaking with triple A about this sorry A$$ company that they had to hire. Remember Juan you work for them. read more

RB Towing - Towing Near Me - Los Angeles, California

The customer service here is not existing. When you call this, say things like, i'm so sorry, buddy, I can't give you no more time and they hang up on you for the second time in a row. They are aggressive and argumented right off the bat before you even open your mouth. These are the kinds of places that do not take accountability for their actions or lack thereof. Steve was less than helpful if that is even his real name, he was very hesitant to give his name. People like this hanging up on you after 25 seconds. Well I don't even know why they're in business.Anymore, or why companies like triple a are working with them. Shame on this company for having the worst service that i've ever dealt with anything in thirty years of dealing with these kinds of companies never, ever ever deal with these people. read more

Horrible! The person who came out this time was horrible. They didn't know how to use the blocks of wood! They didn't know how to use the winch! They wanted me to drive the car up the bed instead of winching. And had damage waivers because of their lack of expertise! Which is surprising because a year ago, they had a driver named Victor come out. While I was lied to with groups of tow people telling me that my eclipse was untowable. When I told them I've towed it several times on a flatbed truck. And Victor knew EXACTLY what to do, and it was done in minutes! So I don't know what happened because I was impressed with Victor. However in my life, as almost all know, most are working against me since I was a young child in some kind of secret worldwide conspiring anger and rage with my father and the Government read more

Recently, I was driving to Costco to get gas and my car lost power after owning it for 7 1/2 years. I drove it to a safe place and parked my car where a tow truck could come pick it up and take it to the dealer. I called AAA and they sent RB towing to come get my car at a scheduled time later in the day. He came exactly on schedule to come get the car to take it to the dealer and put the car on the truck, tied down the car to the truck and gave me a ride to the dealer in Westlake Village. He was really professional in the work that he was doing and I felt comfortable with him as a tow driver. I've used RB towing in the past through AAA and never have any issues. They are very professional and provide great customer service. I don't know about the cost of towing a car because I have always had AAA. If I need more towing services in the future, I wouldn't hesitate being comfortable with AAA sending me out tow truck. AAA usually sends out the closest tow company that they have connections with in the area where your car is stranded so for my area, it is RB towing. No complaints here just great service and a happy customer. read more

I'm currently stuck in the R turning lane infont of a major intersection, stranded for 53 minutes now, with my LIFE AT RISK, because RB's tow driver Jason decided he wanted to lie, saying AAA called him saying I'm not a member, so he can attempt to hustle me for $95. I then responded telling him I just got off the phone with them, and that I've been a PrMeier Member for 12 years and that I need to speak with them. He then realized he couldn't fraud me for $95 and took off, leaving me in the middle of the intersection. JASON NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!! read more

Man Ohhhh Man, am I impressed!! Juan was absolutely superb!! I've owned at least 30+ cars, mostly older classics that were prone to breakdowns, so I've had waaaaay more towing experiences than the average person. So when I say Juan from RB Towning is EXCEPTIONAL, you can 100% believe it! This guy Juan, in the rain, was absolutely freakin' brilliant!! I had a totally dead, heavy Hybrid SUV, and he used the back-slope of my driveway, and the down-slope of my street, to back out the car off my driveway, AND roll it onto his flatbed, smoothly & efficeiently, IN UNDER 60 SECONDS!!!!!! Secured it quick, and we're rollin!! DAMN, I wish I would have filmed that!!!!!! Absolutely World-Class Awesome, you are, Juan at RB Towing!! Cheers, Duncan Bravo read more
