RB Towing is absolutely the BEST! Today, I ran over something in the street that flattened both tires on the right side of my vehicle. Carlo arrived shortly afterward to tow my car and was incredibly diligent, professional, friendly, and kind. When things at the tire shop didn't go as planned, I called RB Towing again and spoke with a wonderful ANGEL of a man named Abdul (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He helped me more than I could have imagined during my time of need. He sent Carlo to the rescue once more to deliver my car to a different tire shop and then safely back home. What happened after leaving the house today was unfortunate and unexpected, but RB Towing was there to help 1,000%. Thank you, Abdul and Carlo, for going above and beyond to assist me today. The customer service here is not existing. When you call this, say things like, i'm so sorry, buddy, I can't give you no more time and they hang up on you for the second time in a row. They are aggressive and argumented right off the bat before you even open your mouth. These are the kinds of places that do not take accountability for their actions or lack thereof. Steve was less than helpful if that is even his real name, he was very hesitant to give his name. People like this hanging up on you after 25 seconds. Well I don't even know why they're in business.Anymore, or why companies like triple a are working with them. Horrible! The person who came out this time was horrible. They didn't know how to use the blocks of wood! They didn't know how to use the winch! They wanted me to drive the car up the bed instead of winching. And had damage waivers because of their lack of expertise! Which is surprising because a year ago, they had a driver named Victor come out. While I was lied to with groups of tow people telling me that my eclipse was untowable. Recently, I was driving to Costco to get gas and my car lost power after owning it for 7 1/2 years. I drove it to a safe place and parked my car where a tow truck could come pick it up and take it to the dealer. I called AAA and they sent RB towing to come get my car at a scheduled time later in the day. He came exactly on schedule to come get the car to take it to the dealer and put the car on the truck, tied down the car to the truck and gave me a ride to the dealer in Westlake Village. He was really professional in the work that he was doing and I felt comfortable with him as a tow driver. I've used RB towing in the past through AAA and never have any issues. They are very professional and provide great customer service. I don't know about the cost of towing a car because I have always had AAA. If I need more towing services in the future, I wouldn't hesitate being comfortable with AAA sending me out tow truck. AAA usually sends out the closest tow company that they have connections with in the area where your car is stranded so for my area, it is RB towing. No complaints here just great service and a happy customer. read more

I'm currently stuck in the R turning lane infont of a major intersection, stranded for 53 minutes now, with my LIFE AT RISK, because RB's tow driver Jason decided he wanted to lie, saying AAA called him saying I'm not a member, so he can attempt to hustle me for $95. I then responded telling him I just got off the phone with them, and that I've been a PrMeier Member for 12 years and that I need to speak with them. I've owned at least 30+ cars, mostly older classics that were prone to breakdowns, so I've had waaaaay more towing experiences than the average person. I had a horrible day today. My transmission went out on my way to a gig in Westlake. I didn't have time to deal with a tow before my gig so I had to make other arrangements. Anyway, once I got back to my car around 1:30 I called, and these guys showed up pretty quickly. Dennis was my tow truck driver. I was his last ride, and he had to take me all the way to Cerritos. Not close to Reseda at all. Anyway, I felt bad about that, but he was super cool, and we had a good conversation about music the entire time. I really appreciated how cool he was in every aspect. I called aaa they had me waiting for 4 hours to tell me they couldn't tow it because my back plate was missing when the front plate was there then they said because I didn't have the registration but I had the title in hand. Completely unprofessional they seen I was with my wife and my 6 month old baby and still left me stranded on the side of the road. Then I called aaa to let them know what happened they said it was completely unacceptable and I would be getting my tow and they refused there services for the second time because they didn't want to do a 72 mile tow. Now I have to wait until another towing company opens cause they had me wating here so long everything else is closed. I will also be reporting you to the better business bureau read more

It was a chaotic day. My car keys and wallet were swiped from the gym locker. Thankfully, the thief couldn't find my car as I parked away from the main parking lot at the gym. But here's the kicker: that key fob was my only one. I called AAA, but the first tow truck bailed, they said can't tow a car without a key. AAA then suggested a lockout service. After waiting over 90 minutes, I received a text: the lockout service couldn't unlock my car due to its security system. AAA then called for a different type of tow truck. One that could tow a locked car. Waited another hour and Eric came to assist. In under a minute, he unlocked my car and towed it to the dealer. But guess what? The dealer couldn't keep it--they were closed and would not keep a car without a key. So, Eric helped me tow my car home. My 4 hour ordeal ended with because Eric was above and beyond.
