This place was requested from my insurance to tow me and they claim they came to my house called & knocked on my door and claim I wasn't home and my vehicle wasn't here... I needed a tow and Ali came so quickly... I had to go back to work and he was so helpful in getting everything done asap. I thought it was one issue but after Ali assessed the car he was able to diagnose the problem. He also gave me great tips on how to prevent the situation from happening again. Perfect towing services with affordable rates and would totally recommend this company. My car was stuck with a popped tire at Sylmar and a tow truck came within 30 minutes and also was really careful while putting my car on the ramp. This towing company is amazing! They are so reasonably priced it's ridiculous. My husband's car needed to be towed from Thousand Oaks to North Hollywood. I messaged them for a quote through the Yelp app and responded very quickly. Majority of the other tow companies were charging double or triple and extra for towing during "traffic hours". Once I booked the tow within 45 mins they arrived at the site and it was all smooth sailing. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. And I continue to use their services when needed! read more

My son's car broke down on the 118 freeway and after realizing AMEX no longer does roadside assistance, I luckily found Ali, who saved the day and arrived as the CHP was going to tow the car to an impound. Saved me hundreds of dollars and charged a very reasonable price to tow the car to the mechanics. And a lovely man, too. 5 Stars! read more

Wow. I am sincerely blown away by the level of service that Ali and his company provide. If more people in the towing business were half of the professional that Ali is, this industry would have a completely different reputation. After shopping around a few places, I called Ali for a quote. Ali answered the phone right away, was completely polite, maintained a sense of urgency and made it clear that he had every intention of providing the highest quality of service. Upon mentioning that his estimate was higher than what I had found elsewhere, he did not bargain with me; He kindly asked what was within my budget and offered to meet me at my price point. He asked that I text him the address and as promised, he was loading my car within 20 minutes of our phone call. He was as gentle with my car as he would be with his own. Ali is a consummate professional through and through. It goes without saying, Ali is highly recommended. read more
