The entire team at Moe'z were absolutely first rate. Our car rolled down a hill and was stuck at the bottom, about 150 down. Jose and his crew were able to get it up and out, and it was a marvel to watch as their two trucks worked in tandem to pull off what seemed impossible. Morris with Moe'z and John in the office at EZ were both total rock stars. Never had an amazing experience with a towing company before, particularly under these tough circumstances. Cannot say enough great things about these guys. read more

Call a tow through my insurance company and got connected with this one. They wanted to tow my car early to avoid traffic and offered to keep it at their lot until traffic dies down. Mind you they picked up my car at 4:30AM. Once I called to check on the status of my tow around 8:30, they were waiting on confirmation from my insurance company (trying to get extra money for 'keeping my car'). They then said they couldn't release my car until we paid the fees and were adamant on that. HORRIBLE people and scammers. I had to call my insurance to get this resolved because they were refusing to let go of my car. I bet this isn't the first time they've done this to people. They knew they were wrong since they released the car per my insurance's orders & 'waived' the fees when there should've never been any extra fees to begin with. The owner will most likely make something up which seems he's been doing so with every other negative review, but I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a tow company. Every time I spoke with them, it was a different person which was frustrating. At the end of the day, you're a tow company & youre supposed to do your job. Hopefully USAA doesn't work with you guys anymore. read more

Ok ladies, listen up. Tire blow up? Battery outta charge? Moe'z Towing is the ONLY guy to call in the 818 area. When my tire blew up, I wasted over 42 minutes calling these Yelp-listed towing options, most of which were no-name hustlers who farm out calls to local techs looking for side work. As I melted under the 90F temps in Tarzana, I finally clicked on Moe'z and had service within 45 minutes. Service with a smile hacks to the best places for new tires, and even a follow up drive to my local tire shop (Mountain View Tire & Auto Service). Your hint when comes to avoiding scam n' jam jobbers? Voicemail. So many of these towing companies listed across Canoga Park, Woodland Hills, Reseda ask you to leave voicemails vs. a real, live person. Your call is simply being farmed out. For top service, battery swaps, tire fix-ups, Moe'z your man. Trust him all the way. read more

After a long and extremely frustrating day of dealing with AAA and their constant errors beginning @ 12:00 noon and going well into the night, I was referred to Moe'z Towing by another towing company and was assured they'd be able to help me at last. I honestly wish I'd called them first. Juan came out to my location after midnight and made it to me in under 20 minutes. He made quick work of the tow I needed even though I was told by AAA that what I was requesting couldn't be done, Smdh. Everything was handled professionally, all involved were courteous, skilled, quick and it was all done 100% right the first time. *Siiiggghhh* What a relief. Thank you John and Juan both for handling it all for me, you have a customer for life in me...THANK YOU!!! read more

Moe'z saved us big time today!! We had an event at the Ojai valley inn for a top client and our brand new 2024 box truck broke down in the middle of LA. Every other tow company said it would cost more and take more time. I will only use Moe'z when I have future needs for my business. Thanks to them we had a happy client and made the event just in the nick of time. Heros! -Rochelle, Owner of Archive Rentals read more

This is undoubtedly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in general, not just in a surprise car experience. Battery died and clearly needed to be changed. Morris was quick to arrive, transparent about the issue, and recommended a few other things to keep an eye on as he switched out the battery. Prices are unbelievably fair for the service and convenience received. I'll use them time and time again going forward. read more

My car died on the 405 and was lucky enough to be able to pull into a Whole Foods parking lot. I googled a tow company and found Moe'z. After calling, I liked their vibe so I asked them to tow my car, but they asked a few questions and confirmed they could fix the issue on site instead of towing the car. They followed up with texts and arrived within 45 mins with a new battery. He let me watch (hover) and ask questions. They actually care about their customers and what they need. This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with maintenance/repairs on my car- I can't wait to go back for some body work! read more

Absolutely fantastic service, couldn't be happier. Will never call anywhere else; handled my lowered Tesla without issue, showed up in 30 min when AAA quoted five hours and then missed it. read more

We requested a diagnostic for a battery we purchased from Moe'z Towing (since it was still under their warranty) so they could determine if it needs to be replaced per the warranty. However, after multiple exchanges via phone and text, they kept saying we did not provide the technician the right address even though we provided it 3 times (twice to the representative on the phone via text and once to the technician). Additionally, the representative was extremely rude on the phone and kept saying "He didn't have the address." Eventually, our request just got cancelled in their system. Horrible customer service. read more

Excellent service! Khan was very personable and was really helpful. Phone call to drop off for my car was less than 30 minutes!

My car got stuck in a deep trench on a gravel/ dirt road in the canyon after the rains. Couldn't get it out. AAA wouldn't help because it was offroad. Other places were closed for Easter. I called Moe'z and Morris answered right away. He had his big heavy duty truck there a half hour later. He carefully went to work digging around the area and putting sliders under my wheels. He then hooked up the winch and pulled my car out of the trench without damaging it whatsoever. So a huge thank you. Couldn't recommend more. read more

Highly recommend Moe'z Towing. Moe was kind, experienced, and professional. Last night, I experienced a truck failure on the freeway which resulted in a truck shutdown on a freeway exit. After getting contacted, he called me to discuss what happened and provide him the information he needed. Once he arrived, he evaluated the situation and let me know what had to be done in order to execute things safely. Afterwards, once at my house, he left my truck in front of my house as I asked. I appreciate him answering all my questions because I've never had a vehicle towed before and making the process smooth. read more

These guys are great. The battery on my truck had died, and after attempting to jump start it, I called my roadside assistance for a tow. I was called shortly after by Moe'z, and they offered to send their battery truck out to assist. I'm so happy they recommended this. I thought I was going to need a tow to a shop, then have to go back the next day, try to get an appointment to get my battery replaced, and spend half my Sunday dealing with this. Instead, their driver tested my battery and made sure the issue wasn't my starter before replacing it. He was friendly, helpful, and explained everything to me as he replaced the battery. I definitely recommend Moe'z if you are in any need of roadside assistance. read more

After having some very unpleasant towing experiences with unprofessional drivers, Hussain from Moe'z Towing was like a breath of fresh air. Even though he has a very hard job, he had a friendly, calm and professional attitude and approach. My situation was not easy. The garage where I park has a very low clearance and there isn't much open space in and around the cars. There are also big retainer poles that make things even more difficult to maneuver without hitting something. But Hussein went above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. A lesser driver would have bailed and used excuses not to do the job. When we finally got my car out of the parking garage it was a great moment of relief, and Hussein was determined to make it work. Excellent customer service! read more

Moe'z Towing is the best hands down. Had a nightmare where my steering wheel was locked and my wheels where turnt since I was on a hill which made it really difficult to tow. For three days I tried to get it towed with no luck. I had four other tow truck drivers come out and try to tow it and all of them were not able to without damaging the car, or did not have the proper tools. I called Moe'z and Morris took care of me. Professional from the jump and explained to me and insured me that they would be able to get it towed. Morris was able to get out to my car that same day and handled the situation like a true professional with the experience for any situation and the tools at hand for a wide range of problems. If you want to make sure your car gets towed safely and professionally they are the way to go. read more
