Call a tow through my insurance company and got connected with this one. They wanted to tow my car early to avoid traffic and offered to keep it at their lot until traffic dies down. Mind you they picked up my car at 4:30AM. Once I called to check on the status of my tow around 8:30, they were waiting on confirmation from my insurance company (trying to get extra money for 'keeping my car'). They then said they couldn't release my car until we paid the fees and were adamant on that. HORRIBLE people and scammers. I had to call my insurance to get this resolved because they were refusing to let go of my car. I bet this isn't the first time they've done this to people. They knew they were wrong since they released the car per my insurance's orders & 'waived' the fees when there should've never been any extra fees to begin with. The owner will most likely make something up which seems he's been doing so with every other negative review, but I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a tow company. Every time I spoke with them, it was a different person which was frustrating. At the end of the day, you're a tow company & youre supposed to do your job. We requested a diagnostic for a battery we purchased from Moe'z Towing (since it was still under their warranty) so they could determine if it needs to be replaced per the warranty. However, after multiple exchanges via phone and text, they kept saying we did not provide the technician the right address even though we provided it 3 times (twice to the representative on the phone via text and once to the technician). Additionally, the representative was extremely rude on the phone and kept saying "He didn't have the address." Eventually, our request just got cancelled in their system. My car got stuck in a deep trench on a gravel/ dirt road in the canyon after the rains. Couldn't get it out. AAA wouldn't help because it was offroad. Other places were closed for Easter. I called Moe'z and Morris answered right away. He had his big heavy duty truck there a half hour later. He carefully went to work digging around the area and putting sliders under my wheels. He then hooked up the winch and pulled my car out of the trench without damaging it whatsoever. So a huge thank you. Couldn't recommend more. read more

These guys are great. The battery on my truck had died, and after attempting to jump start it, I called my roadside assistance for a tow. After having some very unpleasant towing experiences with unprofessional drivers, Hussain from Moe'z Towing was like a breath of fresh air. Even though he has a very hard job, he had a friendly, calm and professional attitude and approach. My situation was not easy. The garage where I park has a very low clearance and there isn't much open space in and around the cars. There are also big retainer poles that make things even more difficult to maneuver without hitting something. But Hussein went above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. A lesser driver would have bailed and used excuses not to do the job. When we finally got my car out of the parking garage it was a great moment of relief, and Hussein was determined to make it work. Moe'z Towing is the best hands down. Had a nightmare where my steering wheel was locked and my wheels where turnt since I was on a hill which made it really difficult to tow. For three days I tried to get it towed with no luck. I had four other tow truck drivers come out and try to tow it and all of them were not able to without damaging the car, or did not have the proper tools. I called Moe'z and Morris took care of me.
