I woke up to a flat on my brand new car and Eddie showed up with a smile and immediately took care of me. He was kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Instead of just dropping me at the dealership, he spotted the nail in my tire, called around to local shops, and personally made sure I got the best, most affordable option. He even walked inside with me to confirm pricing and service before unloading my car. Because of him, what could have cost me hundreds turned into a $20, 20-minute fix at a local shop. I normally never leave reviews because it's rare that humans leave a strong impression (whether it's good or bad) but this was the most positive experience I have been through in a while. I'm a 25 year old girl from LA who doesn't know a lick about cars, and my car broke down in the middle of the street today. My insurance connected me to Eddy, who, despite being based 40 minutes away, got to me in 30. From the minute he arrived, he was godsend!! He explained the process, offered us water, AND helped me push my car into the secure location I requested. Eddy managed to turn a horrible experience into one of calm reassurance that everything's going to be okay (no crash out needed). He was quick, knowledgeable and most of all, KIND! Daniel helped me out today with my car, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He towed it from the Marina to El Segundo, but by the time he arrived, the auto body shop was already closed. Instead of leaving it at that, Daniel went above and beyond--he called to keep me updated, looked for solutions to ensure my car was safe, and even waited outside the closed shop while trying to contact someone. He reached out to the auto body shop's tow truck company to see if anyone could open up. Eventually, he was able to get in touch with the shop owner, secured my car inside, and sent me photos to confirm everything was safe. He also assured me that if he hadn't been able to get it in that night, he would have made sure it was safe and brought it back the next morning. best tow experience ever! they made an incredibly stressful situation such a breeze- I had AAA and other tow companies telling me they weren't able to tow my car bc of the condition. My car battery died for the second time this week. Previous tow company cancelled on me, my dealership connected me with this joke of a tow company. First of all, I was given an eta of an hour and 3 minutes, which turned into 2 hours. Then, when the driver called once he was at the gate, he gave me CRAZY attitude. He asked me if my dealership had overnight drop off, I said they do. He asked me again. I said yes I called in, they do. He once again asked me if I was 100% sure, and for the third time (this is me being generous because it was more like he asked me 5 times if I was sure. Imagine you're stressed about your car and you have a tow driver questioning you 5 times about something you already know the answer to and are sure of) I told him YES I called in. Then he said, "this is what's going to happen if they don't have overnight drop off. I take the car back to the yard" someone in my home spoke to me, so I said "give me one second". I kid you not, this man told me "Oh ok so you DIDNT call in ok!" Excuse me??? What kind of business is this? So I unmute and I said "I said hold on, thank you". Which is when this driver told me, "man you know what??" And proceeded to hang up on me. Then, he left the residence leaving me with NO TOW. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. To track the driver, he was coming to a residence in PORTER RANCH at 8:02pm on May 15, 2025. That is who came at me crazy & spoke to me with an insane attitude. This isn't a serious business, these people don't know how to do their job, lack professionalism, and I doubt any of the other reviews are real. Don't trust this business! Edit to add: I called customer service to place a formal complaint against this incompetent employee where I was told that he LIED and stated that I was unsure if the location was an overnight drop off location and that I wanted to reschedule the pick up for the morning. What??? Imagine not doing your job + lying on the customer on top of all of that is WILD! I was in complete disbelief when I heard that. The customer service rep I spoke with was extremely apologetic and sincere, but I can't say the same for the technician. The rep even told me that he's their best driver... there is no way. That is how your 'best driver' conducts business? He also called me from his personal number so of course the call wasn't recorded, which is pretty fortunate for him considering he was losing it on my neighbors as they entered the gate through my community + how he spoke to me + hung up on me + failed to complete the job because he couldn't believe me when I told him 5 times that the location was an overnight drop off. 5 stars for customer service, 0 stars for technician. read more

I've been reading the reviews and seems like this company does a great job. However, I would like to point out how fricken distracted the drivers are. In the midst of LA traffic, one of the drivers driving the company's vehicle was on FaceTime and cared more about showing what was around him than driving safely. You can expect that he almost caused a few accidents. This happened from 9:00am - 10:07 am. This reflects poorly on the company as their drivers should prioritize safe driving. read more
