I was feeling a little bummed about my car breaking down and it was refreshing to have such a kind and passionate person help me with my unfortunate situation. Scott was friendly, hard working and a cool guy. He was a true standout in customer service and has been only one of a very few workers who I can tell cares about people and loves his job.
