Wow, I never thought I would have such a great rowing experience but this company proved otherwise. My car had a flat tire with a broken axel or something and my insurance is based in Michigan so it was taking forever (not to mention I wasn't even sure if it was covered). I looked up towing places and I came across Valley Express Towing. I called them and they arrived in less than a half hour to pick up my vehicle and tow it to the closest dealership to have it fixed. I was driving to my job when my car started making an awful noise. I was worried because I didn't know where it was coming from. I had to pull to the side of the freeway. I called a friend and she told me to check the engine. I checked it and it looked fine. Being that it was my first car ever, I didn't really know much about cars to know what happens next. I finally get back into the freeway and probably 10 minutes pass and my car breaks down. It was so embarrassing. Next thing, I knew I am waving down people on the freeway to help me move my car to the side of the road. One of the people who was helping me told me I would need to get my car towed and gave me the number to this place. I dialed the number and they promptly picked up and reassured me everything would be okay. They told me that they will be on the way shortly. Everything went smoothly, they really emphasized with me. I have been having engine issues with my car but still was not ready for the inevitable when it broke down today. I looked on yelp and happened to come across Valley Express Towing. I've had past experiences when calling a tow co and had to wait over an hour but they were able to get to me in half of that. Ken was great to speak with and made me feel at ease given the situation. I was in great need of a tow truck when I drove my car on the curve near Santa Monica and Wilshire cause of the slippery road the rain had made.
