My husband's car was towed away for a parking violation, which was his fault, and he knew the risk…read moreof parking at the wrong spot. We called the number on the towing sign and were directed to the Fullerton location. The person on the phone also informed us about the operating hours, which I appreciated since my husband could not be patient enough and wanted to get the car immediately. The location is quite hard to locate, as we must enter a narrow path on the side of another building (5455). The office is at the end of that pathway with no parking, and we communicated with the lady through a metal gate. We provided the driver's license, credit card (4% fees), and key fob since the other documents were in the car. We read and signed the paper to release the vehicle. It took about 5 minutes for the whole process. Though it was not a pleasant experience, if your car is towed, you could bring another person to help handle the situation, as you would probably be stressed out and agitated. It would be good not to vent to the cashier lady -- as she was not the one who calls and tows your car. If you are not at fault, talk to the property managers or bring it to court.

There address is not in Fullerton, it's in Santa Ana. make sure you ask them where the car is…read morelocated and don't just drive to the Fullerton address posted. Also, they are not open 24 hours and if you don't get there by 5PM, they charge you a $140 gate fee or late charge. They don't tell you that over the phone. The first 2 guys I talked to were very rude and the guy at the window was nice. They only take credit cards or cash and charge you 4% extra if you use a credit card. Bring cash or your bank card and they have a ATM that only charges 1.8%. Or just get cash before hand. They are super shady though and just want to add more fees and make it difficult. They moved my car from one location to the other, of course I'm taking uber since my car was towed and had to spend another $19 going to the second location.

The guy who answers their phones is the most inept, unprofessional, man-child I have ever dealt…read morewith in a professional/business setting. I called them tonight after getting a flat. Typically we can change our own tire, but after having service done recently the lug nuts were just on way too tight. Anyway, he quoted me $89 to have someone come out. I gave him my EXACT location, along with two very prominent landmarks. He said the subcontractor would be to me in about 45 minutes. After an hour the contractor calls me to tell me he was sent to the wrong address and would be another 30 minutes. He also informed me that they wanted to charge me an additional $40 due to the address error. But I was certain I gave them the correct location, and I knew for sure because it was engraved in the storefront sign, 5 feet away from me. At this point I'm annoyed, so I call the tow company to hopefully remedy the situation. This guy took NO accountability for HIS mistake and instead tried pinning it on me for providing the wrong location. He was rude, condescending, and snarky (which just pissed me off more). He then said that my options were to pay the extra $40 fee or pay the $89 to cancel. Yeah, no, sorry! Why should I pay the extra fee for your mistake, especially after waiting over an hour?! And that's not even the worst of it. After explaining to him that I often work from my phone and how my calls are recorded, I offered to try getting a copy of it to forward over to him, proving that I didn't give the wrong address. I also told him if he tried to charge me the $89 I would forward it to my bank as well and dispute the charge. He then sighed and asked if he could place me on hold. A few minutes go by before he returns and says " congratulations snowflake, you got your way!" before hanging up in my ear. So not only was he completely unprofessional and rude, I am almost certain that he was trying to take advantage until he was backed into a corner. Stay away from this company unless you have money to throw out the window and A LOT of patience
