I've come here several times now, including having batteries replaced in four different key fobs,…read moreand every experience has been quick, professional, and easy. What I really appreciate is that they don't just try to sell you something. They'll test your battery, explain what you actually need, give you different options, and even point you toward things you can buy on Amazon if that makes more sense. Whether you need a new fob, a battery, or help figuring out anything key-related, they take the time to guide you through the process. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you want a simple problem handled efficiently, honestly, and correctly, I definitely recommend Norwalk Locksmith Keys. You can always replace your own battery but they offer a 3-4 month warranty which adds to their value and work.

I was having trouble finding a shop that would be HONEST! until I visited Pro Street Import. Pro…read moreStreet Import is a performance shop that is a one stop shop. For the people that have reviewed Pro Street Import as a shop that takes a long turn around and do not recommend the shop, I beg to differ. Stating that the shop is a performance shop is key. The shop has client's who have cars that are in WIP (Work in Progress) and a client's car will get beyond the attention it needs when it comes up next in line. I have dealt with other performance shops that had longer turn around and even worse repeatedly continued to lie to their potential returning clients. I will state that the worked performed to my car was not a quick turn around, but Eugene worked diligently on my car as the work being performed was not just an oil change. After a few days of being in the shop my car was returned and I was pleased with the quality of work. I would like to congratulate Eugene at Pro Street Import for the quality of work. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Work done: HONDATA Coil on Plug addition, Performance Tuning, Replacement of camshafts, Fix electrical wiring issue that would not allow car to stay on. PS: This is California and we have warm weather. A cold refreshing drink during a hot day does not sound bad at all. ( Preference of beverage may differ from one individual to another)

Don't take your car to this business--it's a scam. He keeps claiming he closed down in 2020, yet the business is still open; he's just ripping people off--and possibly the state, too--because how can a business that supposedly closed not actually be closed? Ever since I contacted you and sent you all the evidence again, you hasn't stopped harassing me--sending messages and changing your explanation on Yelp every single day. You are just proving that the bigger the lie, the longer the explanation. This is only going to bring you more legal problems.

We contacted 8 different…read moretowing companies, and Alberto's quoted $195 for a 6.5 mile tow in Fountain Valley with a 45 minute to 1 hour estimate. We went with them. Right away we told them the car was a BMW M4, completely dead, could not go into neutral. They confirmed the $195 quote. At the 1 hour mark (2:30 am), we hadn't heard anything, so we called. They said the driver was finishing another job and would call us shortly. At 3:00 am, we called again, frustrated because we could've paid $50 more elsewhere and been home already. They said he'd be on his way soon. We finally got a text saying the driver was en route from Santa Ana, 15 minutes away. He arrived around 3:45 am, over 2 hours after our original call. The driver loaded the car onto the flatbed with no issues. Then came the surprise, he told us the price was now $325 a $130 increase because he had to use "extra pieces" since the car couldn't go into neutral. Hector (tow truck driver) was a nice guy and knew what he was doing, just disappointed in the bait and switch. :/ We had explained the car's condition in detail when we first called and were quoted $195. Nothing changed between then and the tow. The price hike only came up after the car was already on the truck. Unprofessional from start to finish. Late by 1.5+ hours beyond the estimate, terrible communication (we had to chase them), and a shady price increase while the car was being loaded. There were other companies that quoted $230-250 with much shorter wait times. I should've gone with one of them.
