My husband always handled anything car-related. Today, I needed two non-running cars moved ASAP (flat tires, one on jacks, both very complicated situations - I asked for "creativity at its finest). I put out a Yelp request at 7:30 a.m., got a call back within 10 minutes, and by 8:15 their driver was at my house. Both cars were moved and delivered by 10:00 a.m. I told them I needed it done by 11a.m. No attitude. No hassle. Just kindness, creativity, honest, excellent pricing and incredible service when I needed it most. I will never forget how they showed up for me in a really hard moment. Highly recommend. I needed to tow a old car from 1 house to another. A flatbed would be needed. I called other tow companies and they needed a day or more notice and wanted to charge over 400 bucks. Kritical towing had a flatbed ready in about an hour and was super reasonable with the price. Great service. Helped with pushing the car into the driveway. read more

Unfortunately Kritical towing destroyed my Nissan Sentra SE-R. My Sentra is a performance car and a show car. It is in PRISTINGE condition. We were trying to tow the car to her new home and requested a flat bed. Kritical towing had such wonderful reviews and we were hopeful the driver knew what he was doing. If his truck was not able to handle this type of car he should of called his boss to see what he should do. The driver had zero experience working with a car like this. The front lip and bumper were torn/cracked due to his carelessness. The front head light popped out. Easily $2000 in damage. The driver showed zero remorse. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend it. The driver even ran into a light in the parking lot. read more

Manny did what we thought was the impossible. Pulled out a 12,000+ 1978 commercial bobtail truck that hadn't been moved in decades. After calling 5+ towing companies and explaining what we needed towed, he was the only that came to our business to physically see what the job entailed. It wasn't easy but he was professional and got it done. We appreciated his professionalism and efforts and highly recommend Kritical Towing. read more

Adding a second review. The guys at Kritical Towing are in your corner and have your back. They answer the phone immediately. No BS if they are busy they tell you. If they give you an ETA they stick to it. If you ask for a time window because your car dealer gives you an appointment, Kritical gets you there on time. Let's be honest in you need a tow you are already having a bad day. Don't take it out on the guys that are working to help you out of a jam. Towing is not cheap, but Kritical's pricing is 100% reasonable and they are cautious about hooking up your whip. Support local business y'all. read more

That moment when it is Mother's Day on a Sunday evening and we hit a huge pothole that totaled two run flats and of course all the tire shops are closed and Pep Boys does not have a solution to help you get back home to Irvine. Other towing companies wait times were 2hrs+ and we had just landed at the Ontario airport after our flight was delayed for 5 hours. So, we didn't want to wait anymore. Luckily Kritical Towing was available within :30 min and at a reasonable price. They were reliable and punctual. They were a referral of a good friend and they didn't disappoint. I will definitely save their contact for next time :) read more

Second time Kritical has saved me! The battery gave out on me and a jump got it to not shift into gear. Not only that but it ended up not having enough power for my front lift to go up. Great service. Thank you guys for your help .I highly recommend the team . Will be using you guys again in the future.

I contacted multiple towing companies through Yelp and many answered but only Kritical Towing was able to give me the best price. Their whole team is professional from the way they handle the initial estimate, all the way to setting up my appointment with their representative, and the day of the pickup, the driver was truly professional and handled my car with the utmost care. Granted my Hyundai sonata is badly beaten up thanks to me but the driver treated it like a precious classic vehicle on its way to a car show. I appreciate you guys! Go with Kritical Towing Inc! 10/10 would recommend this towing company. Being that we were in a pandemic, and I hadn't been driving, my vehicle was dead. I was parked in the driveway, so I imagined that it would be a much more difficult task. However, they were able to roll it on to the street and tied it up in less than 10mins. Towing service is one of if not the best in the city of La Puente. Response time is very short loading my car up on the flatbed was very quick and the driver had a good conversation during the whole thing. I was told to have my Acura serviced for clutch problems. I would suggest anyone to use this service if you are in need of a toe. The price was very very affordable especially in these days of Covid I know times are hard financially for a lot of us and Kritical Tow is also aware of financial situations in their community. Kudos to this company read more

I was driving around the area until my car decided to misfire and eventually stopped working. Luckily, I was able to stop by a plaza parking lot. I called my insurance around 3:00 P.M. on a Sunday. They told me that they were looking around for tow trucks to help me with my situation. However, it was not as successful as I thought it would be. On the insurance website when I was claiming for a tow truck, it had updated and stated that they had found a tow truck to help me with my now broken down car. That was 2 and a half hours ago. I stayed in the parking lot looking at the website to see whether or not it had updated. However, it stayed the same stating that they had found a tow truck. At this point, it was almost 6 P.M. It was getting dark and cold, which I was losing hope. I decided to look around yelp and found Kritical Towing. I saw that the reviews were very good and it seemed as though the response time were very fast. I decided to give them a call and ask for a quote. Someone (I'm guessing it is Manny from all the other reviews) picked up and I explained my situation. I told them that I was waiting for three hours now and I need to get this to my mechanic. They told me that they had a flatbed available right now and it would take approximately 30-45 minutes to get to where I am. Furthermore, their price was very competitive. I decided to go with their service and cancel my insurance request. They came to my location in approximately 20-25 minutes, stating that they had their employee come as soon as possible while the person I was calling did some paper work. The tow truck driver hooked up my car to the flatbed and brought me to my mechanics store in a very timely fashion. While sitting in the truck with the tow truck driver, he explained that they are available 24/7 and will be there for their customers if they have trucks available. They also do other services like brining gas to their customers or changing flat tires, etc. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that is in a sticky situation with their car. read more

Mann, y'all wanna hear a crazy story? So I was driving my car on the way home after work today, right. Mind you, I've been driving it with the battery light on for the past couple days cause you know how I do! (I heard chicks like bad boys, so how's that for you?) Now I know it ain't the battery cause I just swapped it last month, so it's really gotta be one other thing, the ALTERNATOR! Aight so, I'm making my way downtown, driving fast, and i'm home bound and suddenly the signs finally creep up like the ice cream man rolling down the street. First, the rpm needle just drops dead. Aight, that's ok, I don't need the rpm gauge. Then shortly thereafter, the speedometer needle drops. Okay, now I'm started to worry. Then all of a sudden, Austin Powers Goldmember on my phone just suddenly stops playing, (yeah, I was watching Netflix while driving in traffic, don't play like you don't). Now I panic and as soon as i start to panic, my car starts boggling down. Now my ass is on the fast lane, driving slow in traffic, and I'm trying my best to move over all the way to the right as fast as I can cause I'm not tryna get stuck. By the way, LA drivers can kiss my brown filipino ass, cause they don't care if you're trying to switch lanes. Finally, like a baby coming out of a vaginal canal, I squeeze through and manage to exit and while I'm exiting, the car dies!! Now the next struggle is going to a safe spot, which I eventually do, cause that shxt is hard as hell when your car dies and you're rolling it to a safe spot. Thank the Lord! Now, my first instinct says, call Triple A, cause why else be a member and not use their service right? Well, I call em, and they connect me with United Carrier. 10 minutes later, these MFs tell me it's a three hour wait! WHAT THE FXCK!? I'm stuck in Southside LA, in a not so good part of town! Aw hell naw. So what do I do? I go to the Adult Bookstore that's open down the street and I give Manny, of Kritical Towing, a ring. On the first call, this guy picks up. We spoke briefly about the last tow request just to jiggle his memory and the guy remembers me! (Man, I felt special, lol) Immediately he tells me his company can come help me out within the hour. I'm like, heck yeah, let's do it and get me outta here. Well, he tells me he's sending his cousin Xuan. Just like Manny said, within the hour, this guy shows up like a knight in shining armor and his black stallion tow truck and gets down to business and we roll outta there in less than 10 minutes. Long story short, if you need a tow in the LA area, Sunday to Sunday, morning to night, don't waste your time calling Triple A. Their third party services ain't shxt. Call up Manny at Kritical Tow to get you and your ride safely to wherever you need to. YOU WON'T REGRET IT. read more

Manny is the man! I called a few places on a sunday, and no one picked up. Manny is one of those really easy going people that "bro"s everyone, and I appreciate that...in a world that seems so distant now. He quoted me a reasonable price. I set up appt with him for next day 2pm. He checked in on me for confirmation, showed up on time, and gave me proper greeting and great customer service. Top notch service doesn't require much, and Manny checks all the boxes. Thanks Manny! read more

Our cargo van was broken into and the thieves wrecked the ignition so we had to have the van towed. We have AAA, we called 5 times, waited 6 hours, they kept telling us someone is on their way. Finally they told us they are not coming b they can't tow a cargo van. We then called several companies to tow out of our own pocket. Out of the ones we called Kritical was the most professional, and the quote was most reasonable. We spoke to Manny, he was so helpful and friendly. He came out really fast, the tow was easy and stress free, it made a really crappy day feel so much better. Thanks Manny, you guys are AWESOME! read more
