If his truck was not able to handle this type of car he should of called his boss to see what he should do. The driver had zero experience working with a car like this. I was driving around the area until my car decided to misfire and eventually stopped working. Luckily, I was able to stop by a plaza parking lot. I called my insurance around 3:00 P.M. on a Sunday. They told me that they were looking around for tow trucks to help me with my situation. However, it was not as successful as I thought it would be. On the insurance website when I was claiming for a tow truck, it had updated and stated that they had found a tow truck to help me with my now broken down car. That was 2 and a half hours ago. I stayed in the parking lot looking at the website to see whether or not it had updated. However, it stayed the same stating that they had found a tow truck. At this point, it was almost 6 P.M. It was getting dark and cold, which I was losing hope. I decided to look around yelp and found Kritical Towing. I saw that the reviews were very good and it seemed as though the response time were very fast. I decided to give them a call and ask for a quote. Someone (I'm guessing it is Manny from all the other reviews) picked up and I explained my situation. I told them that I was waiting for three hours now and I need to get this to my mechanic. They told me that they had a flatbed available right now and it would take approximately 30-45 minutes to get to where I am. Furthermore, their price was very competitive. I decided to go with their service and cancel my insurance request. They came to my location in approximately 20-25 minutes, stating that they had their employee come as soon as possible while the person I was calling did some paper work. The tow truck driver hooked up my car to the flatbed and brought me to my mechanics store in a very timely fashion. While sitting in the truck with the tow truck driver, he explained that they are available 24/7 and will be there for their customers if they have trucks available. They also do other services like brining gas to their customers or changing flat tires, etc. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that is in a sticky situation with their car. read more

Mann, y'all wanna hear a crazy story? So I was driving my car on the way home after work today, right. Mind you, I've been driving it with the battery light on for the past couple days cause you know how I do! (I heard chicks like bad boys, so how's that for you?) Now I panic and as soon as i start to panic, my car starts boggling down. Now my ass is on the fast lane, driving slow in traffic, and I'm trying my best to move over all the way to the right as fast as I can cause I'm not tryna get stuck. By the way, LA drivers can kiss my brown filipino ass, cause they don't care if you're trying to switch lanes. Finally, like a baby coming out of a vaginal canal, I squeeze through and manage to exit and while I'm exiting, the car dies!! Now the next struggle is going to a safe spot, which I eventually do, cause that shxt is hard as hell when your car dies and you're rolling it to a safe spot. Thank the Lord! Now, my first instinct says, call Triple A, cause why else be a member and not use their service right? Well, I call em, and they connect me with United Carrier. 10 minutes later, these MFs tell me it's a three hour wait! WHAT THE FXCK!? I'm stuck in Southside LA, in a not so good part of town! Aw hell naw. So what do I do? I go to the Adult Bookstore that's open down the street and I give Manny, of Kritical Towing, a ring. On the first call, this guy picks up. We spoke briefly about the last tow request just to jiggle his memory and the guy remembers me! (Man, I felt special, lol) Immediately he tells me his company can come help me out within the hour.
