If his truck was not able to handle this type of car he should of called his boss to see what he should do. The driver had zero experience working with a car like this. I was driving around the area until my car decided to misfire and eventually stopped working. Luckily, I was able to stop by a plaza parking lot. I called my insurance around 3:00 P.M. on a Sunday. They told me that they were looking around for tow trucks to help me with my situation. However, it was not as successful as I thought it would be. On the insurance website when I was claiming for a tow truck, it had updated and stated that they had found a tow truck to help me with my now broken down car. That was 2 and a half hours ago. I stayed in the parking lot looking at the website to see whether or not it had updated. However, it stayed the same stating that they had found a tow truck. At this point, it was almost 6 P.M. It was getting dark and cold, which I was losing hope. I decided to look around yelp and found Kritical Towing. I saw that the reviews were very good and it seemed as though the response time were very fast. I decided to give them a call and ask for a quote. Someone (I'm guessing it is Manny from all the other reviews) picked up and I explained my situation. I told them that I was waiting for three hours now and I need to get this to my mechanic. They told me that they had a flatbed available right now and it would take approximately 30-45 minutes to get to where I am. Furthermore, their price was very competitive. I decided to go with their service and cancel my insurance request. They came to my location in approximately 20-25 minutes, stating that they had their employee come as soon as possible while the person I was calling did some paper work. The tow truck driver hooked up my car to the flatbed and brought me to my mechanics store in a very timely fashion. While sitting in the truck with the tow truck driver, he explained that they are available 24/7 and will be there for their customers if they have trucks available.
