Was very satisfied with the service towing company came in Les than 30 minutes. Jeff was able to tow my car with no problem, & delivered it to my house in good condition. I highly recommend doing business with Hadley Tow great customer service. read more

Be careful with this towing company... THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! First the dispatcher is very sweet and gives you a quote, you have to wait 2-3 hours for the tow truck driver ( he is very nice BTW) when your car is towed, they quote you $225/hr from the time they leave the yard, until they return to the yard--- $562 turn into much more... and that sweet dispatcher turns into an evil witch!!! DO NOT pay with credit card....you'll probably get charged whatever they want!!! They also damaged our truck while towing and dismissed it like it's no big deal-- read more

Hadley Tow - Whittier - Address of the towing locations Hadley Towing is the name of the business - Towing Near Me - Whittier, California

The driver was unprofessional and rude... probably why AAA kicked them out... I would not recommend ever using them...

Thanks to the city of Santa Fe Springs and their severe carlessness for all the potholes down Bloomfield Ave / SFS Road, the back tire on my 2024 Lexus vehicle suffered horrible damage. I had to call out work, I was pissed, and AAA quoted me 1 hour for a tow. Luckily, Hadley Tow was a 3rd party service and a driver Danny C. arrived in 15 minutes. My husband instructed me to get dropped off at America's Tires Norwalk and as we were approaching, he called me to switch to America's Tires Cerritos. The driver didnt make a fuss over it and got my vehicle there safely. Appreciate it buddy. read more

They were the tow company contracted through AAA and we had a flat tire due to all the potholes on Norwalk Blvd. We requested service through AAA. At first, it was going to be 45 minutes- turned into 1.5 hours and it ended up being over three hours! Absolute worst! We were ten minutes from their headquarters and five minutes from home. Once the guys got there, the service was 5/10. I called and no explanation. They called us and a tow truck broke down. Really? I have a premium membership and the bf has a premium membership.i was thinking that I hope my kids never have to use them. read more

Had a great experience with Hadley Tow on two separate occasions. I was helped by Jeffrey and John Rodriguez --both were quick, friendly, and very professional. They arrived fast, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. I used them through AAA, and the service was seamless each time. read more

I've got AAA and needed help last night with a flat tire. I was on Rosemead BLVD in Pico Rivera. I called AAA, when they said Hadley was responding, my stress level dropped. Not to diminish the great service I've had from Hadley in the past, but this kid was on it. There seemed to be no problem he couldn't work around. He got me back on the road quickly (faster than estimated), and safely. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name because it was dark and I was distracted. But thank you very much! read more

Marco was professional and skilled. He was also friendly. The price was reasonable, if I need a tow again, I will reach out to them.

Had my 2025 Camry towed. Dominic Vera was the driver dispatched. Made things easy and was knowledgeable. Thank for the quick tow service brother read more

EXCELLENT service from Mohammad when a we needed help. Went above and beyond and we are extremely grateful!!

Was assigned to Raken, who helped us with a key locked inside a vehicle. Had an excellent experience-thank you, Raken!

Normally I don't ever write reviews, however my experience with Messi, one of Hadley tows mobile mechanic was extremely helpful! He fixed my car when I expected it to be towed, proving to know a lot about the particular need of my car. He was an expert in his field and was a steward of great conversation. Thank you Messi! You are a blessing from God. read more

The best service ever! Above and beyond! Honesty and integrity! Arrived within 10 minutes to literally saved me and my car.

Louis !! The whole point is this vehicle should never been towed in the first place. My mechanic went out there to talk to them to tell them that he will move it and that the key was misplaced That's why he wasn't able to move it. He begged and pleaded with them not to take it and they still took it so yes, they had a choice. You guys are 100% money grabbers to keep it in your lot .. really ! $242 a day and I called a few hours after it was there when I found out . FYI I do rescue of animals and stuff that was in there belong to dogs my dogs and rescue dogs so not allowing me even to get that stuff that has no meaning for you guys is just ruthless. I'm not able to get the vehicle out so you guys scored on making money. It was simple do not tow it. It was not abandoned and you guys towed it anyway after my Mechanic literally was begging and pleading not to take it.. I was working overtime and multiple jobs just to be able to afford to get it fixed so I can continue doing what I was doing. There's a special place in hell for people like you and the people that work for you and people that do what you do. I will NEVER ! Use Hadley tow for any of my personal tow needs and will tell all my friends, family, and clients to do the same. Respectfully, please don't leave any response back about how you guys will do better and be better and you'll talk to your staff blah blah blah if you really want to do the right thing message me and work something out so I can get my van out with no problems and no fees, that's how you can make things better. read more

On March 10 my car wouldn't start. I called AAA and J.Estrada arrived. As soon as we popped my hood, he couldn't find the battery which is in the top right corner. He insisted on checking my trunk. After finally testing the battery he was attempting to replace it however, he did not have a battery in his car. Another technician came supplied him with a battery. As he was trying to hook the new battery up in my car he kept on taking phone calls texting and taking a long time just to connect it afterwards the car started he left. I drove the next day and the next couple of days. Yesterday, as I was driving my car completely shut off and I had to immediately pull over when I opened my hood and check the battery. These photos/video are what I found. He did not secure the positive connection to my battery, which caused it to eventually came off, cutting off the electricity in the car causing it to stop working and potentially putting me in danger because I didn't have control of my car. I will never trust this tow company again. read more

I'm a AAA member and the tow truck driver is absolutely unprofessional, if he doesn't like his job he should choose a different profession. This guy gave me an attitude from when he called to when he got there. He was completely disrespectful and when I was trying to speak with him he said to take it up to AAA. He also said to find another tow truck and left me there on the side of the freeway. Not only that but when I called AAA he reported me saying that I hit the windshield of his truck which is a complete lie!!! After that AAA called saying I need to find my own service to take my car back home which is completely unfair, I was never rude to him let alone hit his car! I didn't catch his name but he was a white bald guy with glasses, he was very rude, unprofessional and a liar!! He needs to be fired asap, this is absolutely unfair. read more

Thank you Carlos! What a sweet and helpful kind man! He's works fast too! Was able to actually solve the problem to my car by jumping it. We still had it towed to dealership to be assessed for other things but he got my car to run! Thank you Carlos! read more

Hadley tow is always the best choice for breakdowns or anything else when it comes to ur vehicle. AAA calls them first and im glad. They are quick, knowlegable, courteous and friendly. I have never had any bad experiences with hadley tow. They are my #1 choice. ALWAYS HADLEY TOW!! read more

DAMAGES to my vehicle. My mirror got smashed and I can no longer drive my car. The driver who hit my car left a note saying that this company would cover the damage. However, just been getting the run around for days. I should have received a call immediately from the manager to set up an appointment. As there's a company "body shop" that can take care of the repair. I didn't even use the service. They were towing a separate vehicle and the driver hit my parked car. The fact that they do not take this more seriously is ridiculous. GOOD LUCK if you use these guys. read more

Worse company that AAA has to offer phone lady thinks it's fun waiting and will laugh and AAA should really consider removing if u can't make it in the promised time u agreed to ,don't accept the call it's plain and simple people have things to do then to wait an extra hr if u can't make it u can't make it best to leave it to the NEXT tow company that can if its Hadley either call them and ask wtf is going on or cancel and ask for another company they don't value ur time. read more

Today I called Hadley tow for a lockout. Wife locked her keys in the car and I called them to see how much it would cost and they tried to charge me $150. AAA called them to tow me, I've waited 4 +hours and still no show I called them and no answer. If you're waiting on Haley Tow, your funeral may be sooner than they arrive. No communication at all. When I say they are the worst and I hate to even have those words come out my mouth, however it's the 100% truth EXTREMELY unreliable. And now I'm questioning AAA for doing business with such an irresponsible company. I pay my money for a service and I can't get it when I need it. read more

Thanks you John Rodriguez for your excellent service and towing my car last night on the freeway. God bless you always

We called AAA today and the tow was assigned to this company. We waited about an hour and a half and the driver called us. The name that showed up on my phone was Franci C. Turns out he was lost. That's fine and totally understandable. 30 minutes later we called to get an update and our call went straight to voice mail. That's fine. We called again and again went to voice mail. 2 hours now we called AAA and turns out they don't service the area we're in and it's now assigned to a new company. The reason I'm giving a one star is because the least the driver from Hadley could have done is told us what's happening instead of just ignoring our calls. Bad customer service. read more

My 2025 Honda Crv took a downfall while I was driving to work. My car completely stopped while driving. I called my Hondalink and they sent out triple A which is associated with Hadley. He was very communicative with me as well. He texted me when he was on his way with an estimated time. I was told an hour but he picked my car up in less than 15mins!
