First off let me say Whittier towing is by far the best service I have ever had. Lately I have been having some serious problems with my car breaking down on me. Can't thank this towing company enough! EXCELLENT customer service. I was around Norwalk in the middle of the night en route to my friends place. Already stressed since I had to wake up in 5 hours since I was a bridesmaid for my friends wedding the next morning. Obviously more stressed when I suddenly had car issues. Whittier towing was one of the first towing services that came up in my search. I called them and they immediately picked up. Austin was one of their drivers, and I swear, he came so quick . Called my insurance for road side assistance, they let me know they would get the closest and have it expedited. I called 1hr in to the place turns out the insurance hadn't submitted ticket. I call another 1.5hr later turns out this places tow truck broke down and failed to notify me or the insurance. Why accept the ticket if you can't do the job or then fail to notify that you simply cannot do the job?!?!?!? read more

Whittier Towing is incredible. I moved to Cali from Nashville, TN in January and I am still adjusting to the drastic change in driving. As we all know, it is a worst nightmare & fear to breakdown on the highway during traffic in California. The day it happened to me I was in a panic. Luckily, I was able to get to the side of the road and I remembered hearing from a co-worker if anything ever happened, call Whittier Towing. I had no idea what was going on with my car and was scared to death because my car just shut off. From the minute I contacted Whittier Towing I was put at ease. They made sure that I was safe. Bobbi the driver made sure to call me and update me and was a great guy overall. Once he arrived, everything went smoothly and my car was able to get towed and fixed. Amazing and fast service!! My car broke down on the freeway recently and I remembered my friend had given me Bobby's card for Whittier Towing and They took my call right away and got me off the freeway fast! It was a really worrying situation but these guys took care of the job with ease and they were really nice about it all. I'm glad they were so genuine and effective at a moment when I could barely think because all I COULD think of was "How do I get off the freeway!!!?" Our car broke down today on the way home from the gym in whittier Within ten minutes of calling, Shane from Whittier Towing showed up. He was very kind and courteous - and very professional. He was careful to position his truck and protect all of us from traffic that was whizzing dangerously close by. My car, which had it's serpentine belt break, started up after cooling down a bit, and although we tried to drive it slowly, Shane followed behind us to make sure we got to our garage. Unfortunately the care shut down again and Shane quickly rigged up the tow. He made room in his vehicle for me and my friend , which was exceptionally neat and clean for a tow truck. He even dropped my friend off near her house on the way to the garage and then delivered me and the car safely to our destination. Overall, it was great service - especially while having a bad day. Shane was quick to arrive, professional, courteous, and kind. Hopefully we won't need a tow truck again soon, but if we do I would definitely call Whittier towing and ask for shane again. read more

Hit up Whittier Towing last week, stopped for a quick bite off Whittier blvd near the east part of Whittier and when taking off come to find out that my car suddenly gave out on me! it was acting funny and jerky so its partially my fault but thankfully their driver Shane was able to come to rescue to provide me with some towing assistance back to my house, for a great price as well! The driver was very courteous and gave me a lift back home no questions asked. Unfortunately my cars transmission gave out on me but thankfully its a FWD therefore i was still able to get it towed home safely. You guys need to hit them up if you ever find yourself in any car troubles. Fast and courteous service is what I received, Shane was great and patient with me even though I was kinda flustered and still provided me with excellent service, what more can one ask for. Whittier Towing is legit! Just got a car in June and the battery was giving me fits on the way home. Unfortunately, I was on the other side of Whittier Towing really helped out! They are pretty responsive and get to your car pretty fast. Bobby was a cool guy, I would recommend asking for him, but he says all the employees are hospitable and friendly. Whittier towing is quick, reasonable with pricing, but most of all super accommodating. I was in the car with my boyfriend while we were on the 605 after leaving the movies in Pico Rivera late at night around midnight. My boyfriend had just recently put on some huge 24" rims on his truck and didn't get it "cut" properly or something because it was making a scratching kind of sound. Long story short, while we were on the freeway all we saw was one tire fly in front of us when suddenly all you could hear was the car scratching against the pavement with the car falling to the side. Immediately he had to pull over and we saw that one of the rims literally just flew off and the car and we probably slid on three wheels several yards. Stressful as it was, we both started looking up towing companies and when I called Whittier towing, they answered immediately and gave us an estimate of about 15 to 20 minutes. We didn't wait long when Shane showed up to our rescue, and was the sweetest most friendly person ever. He was so funny and also helpful too. We were just so relieved that he got to us quickly and made a hard situation easy for us. I haven't had too much experience with towing before, but Whittier Towing was such a good choice to choose from the several companies around the area. I called them up shortly after my car had stalled along the freeway and refused to start up again, and Bobby, my towing driver came quickly and helped me get out of my fix. This place is absolutely amazing I was in desperate need of a tow after my car wouldn't start after leaving work. I tried jumping the battery and that didn't help either so I searched the nearest tow companies around and I went with Whittier Towing. I called and they answered right away and they were so professional and helpful to my situation. After giving them the details of my location they sent someone to me right away.
