This is an area we are unfamiliar with and let alone we ended up pulling into this sketchy area as it was the closest off the freeway. It was so scary and we had to abandon our vehicle due to not being able to get roadside service right away. My family and I had to leave our vehicle behind an alley and run to find a safe place to find a tow company. I called a few places and they told them our situation and they were quoting $600+ plus to tow and drive us back to the Valley. I ended up finding Hawks via Yelp and decided to give them a call. I ended up speaking with a nice individual and he quoted us half the price. They came to our rescue and had to bring a flatbed due to the type of vehicle we had. He drove us all the way from Lynwood to the Valley. After going through such a traumatic and sad incident with my Father the Owner of Hawks drove us to our house safely he was kind, compassionate, he kept my sons spirits up and made us feel at ease and just safe. We went the day after my car got towed there to get all of my personal items out of it. While there is asked for my keys because it still had other stuff hanging on it that I needed, it wasnt just the car key. He said oh if the keys aren't in the car we dont have them. I went back to my car and looked in and under everything, not there. The guy went in the office to look around, came out again and said no we dont have them are you sure they're not in the care. We were 100% positive they were not. He checked a second time in his office and still said no they didn't have the keys. Finally he let my husband in the office earlier to look himself. They just had a bucket full of keys, no organization what so ever. My husband saw my keys right away.

I was so impressed by the excellent service I received. The street the truck had to be towed from was a two way busy street in Downey on Downey Ave. I didn't know how the truck was going to be able to get towed since the traffic in the evening there never stops and the position the truck was parked made it seem it would be difficult. AM PM Towing gets there and Richard helps us, it took him less than 10 minutes to get the truck onto his tow truck. I was so amazed by how fast he did evening. He was very kind and professional.
