We used this towing company through AAA for our stalled vehicle. The gentleman called and gave us estimated time arrival and sure enough arrived in that time frame, which we appreciated. He was able to get our car moved into our driveway and out of the street. I will say it took skill to do this, as the driveway is at an angle and he was VERY careful as to not scratch the front or back bumper while doing so. Whenever I have used my AAA I have usually gotten this towing service. I have only had positive experiences with them. They are usually able to have a truck within 30 mins but have waited about 2 hrs in the past on a weekend. They always send me a flat bed that I need with a Tesla and some of their trucks have even been ready to change a tire for my car since I carry a full spare in the trunk. The driver called before showing up to confirm exact location and issue. He was very professional and offered to drive my car up the truck which I appreciated it. This is long overdue Review. And it's for Alphonso, I believe that's his name. The one with heavy tattoos , Japanese ones i think, and ear plugs. I literally just saw him on the side of Harbor helping out a car on Harbor. I remember sitting in the truck with him and he had mentioned how frequent his rescues are on Harbor going over to Rowland. I can't say enough how patient this kind human is. I was dealing with a difficult pick up and drop off and his patience was literally God sent. Most people would have been annoyed or frustrated. But he assured me it was no big deal and he's glad to help. Super polite fella on top of all that. Another local company left me stranded the night before. Graham towing came through for me. My car was stranded from the previous night. I requested a tow from home to go meet the truck and they got there much earlier than expected. I couldn't make it to meet him, but he was really helpful and called dispatch for me to work out getting me taken care of. I called dispatch a little while later and Tracy was even more helpful. Seems Graham's has been around as long as the roads we drive on.... and they are always reliable. Over the years my family has used Graham's and they have been clean, prompt, honest, and efficient. My most recent encounter was a dead battery on a Sunday morning after an early breakfast out. I called Auto Club to have someone come check... and while I was still on the phone with them, who do I see, but the Graham's roadside truck coming up the street! Anthony was very polite, clean, and courteous. He gave my car a check-up to make sure it was actually my battery and not my alternator or starter. Thankfully it was the battery and he had the one I needed on his truck for my dependable, old 2005 Explorer. He told me the price prior to my decision to purchase. I could have either driven elsewhere to purchase and install or have them to it for me right then and there. Boom, done. I would say that any negative reviews seem to be for the actual person who arrived... hopefully Graham's was diligent to educate their drivers and reprimand where necessary. This review is about one of their rude drivers. I was pulling up to park in a residential area and this flat bed tow truck was tailing me down Idaho in La Habra. I pulled over so he can go around me and he laid his hand on the horn as in telling me to move. I parked my vehicle and he continue to lay his hand on the horn. He drove reckless around my vehicle and began to pull up in front. He reversed his truck pretty close to my vehicle. He jumps out and gave me a dirty look. Like he's suppose to intimidate me. He Pulled in some trash cans. It appears he was going home and may have been on a lunch break or something. Mr. Tow punk you don't own Highlander Street. I could see if I was blocking a drive way or parked in a no parking zone but I wasn't. Yes there is permit parking in the area. This happened at 1:30pm. I called AAA for roadside assistance and they contracted out Graham's Towing Service. They said they would arrive in 55 minutes. Time goes by and it's almost an hour. I finally see the two truck turning left into the driveway I was parked at only for that left turn become a U turn where they drive away. I thought I was mistaken but after waiting for 20 additional minutes I contacted AAA. The service rep said the tow truck driver didn't see me but they never even attempted to contact me. AAA requested them again and stated it would be an additional 55 minutes. I waited, 55 minutes to by and no one shows up. I contact AAA again and they said it would take an additional 20 minutes. 20 minutes become 40 minutes. No one shows up. They'll take the dispatch but never show up. Terrible service and reliability with an obvious lack of due diligence. read more

Our battery died at 11:30 pm and we called AAA and they sent out Craig Lumpkin. He asked to see our membership when all he needed to see was our ID. There was a mix up where AAA sent us a membership card with my husbands name and my member number on it so Craig didn't accept it and left. He said we needed to call AAA and figure it out. We called AAA back and that's when we found out the mix up in the card so they sent out Craig Lumpkin again. After waiting 45 minutes Craig canceled. We whet to bed and decided to call early at 5:30 am. Guess who we got agin...Craig Lumpkin. Well we waited at least 1 1/2 hrs and he cancelled again. Mind you he accepted the job and then waited all this time just to cancel. Now we haven't gotten much sleep and we have to move the car before street sweeping at 7am. We decided to get jumper cables at Walmart. Horrible customer service :( read more

They received the call through AAA and didn't show up till 2 hrs later. We called multiple times and AAA put us in contact & also showed they had been dispatched. When AAA put us in communications with the driver he lied and said he never got the call for dispatch. The towing company was in the same city as us and when I asked him if he was going to actually show up and tow the car he said he was only 10 min away. He finally showed up at 2:30 am even though they received the call at 12:55 am (which the driver confirmed via his computer.) read more

I just had the very best and most incredible service I've ever had from a tow company by Javier from Graham's Towing.... I was parked from having an eye procedure at a medical office waiting in the parking lot, for my eyes to be good enough to drive, which took a few hours... and my battery died with just the radio on oddly. When Javier came along, he was so kind and nice and helped me figure out that my car was under warranty through AAA, for a battery still, so he took care of all of the details and replaced my battery and could not have been nicer, I didn't have any cash on me, and I'm fully bummed because Javier really did deserve a nice tip! They caused damage to my car and are refusing service. Got my car towed ,due to needing a new fuel pump, and the driver incorrectly strapped my car placing the straps over the nozzle/sensor of my tires causing them to break resulting in 2 flat tires, they said they would cover it. Alfonzo the driver gave me his number to contact when my car was ready to get towed again to another car shop that'll take care of it but no luck as every call and text to Alfonzo is ignored. I called this establishment and the lady on the phone kept saying Alfonzo would get back to us and call me or my mom about the car but once again no luck it's just endless calls claiming they'll be returned. We will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Called triple a to get battery service at 4:02 pm I got a text that Grahms towing was on it and allow 40 minutes. I received 4 or 5 texts, on route. They are 1.2 miles from me. Received a text from triple a saying we see they arrived. DENIED! Called them back, and they said grahams said they are with me??? Damn lie. I called it off at that lie, at 2 hours, and 5 minutes into my waiting. It's totally unreliable, untrustworthy, b.s. not completely sane Even in a situation where the child has to go to school and the car can be pulled out in front of my garage. While swearing a lot without taking it out... In the end, it was not taken out, so I had to drive the car to the sidewalk and leave, and the child was late for school because he did not take it out for more than 20 minutes. I needed to get my son's van to the shop for repairs. At 1:30, I called Brea Towing and thought I had a tow within less than an hour... By 3:20, I couldn't get hold of anyone at the company. Most of the shop hours were gone by this point and I was getting worried we would lose our reserved spot. I noticed a blurb in the google search about Grahams Towing and remembered that they had helped us before. Within 10 minutes, the truck was here, loaded up the van and took it to the repair shop. Such a wonderful ending to a rather difficult day. Thank yous to both the dispatcher who was so kind to me AND the young man who quickly and efficiently helped us get the vehicle to the shop!
