AAA dispatched them to tow my car and they refused on the notion that nothing was wrong with my car and I could drive it myself. which was absolutely not true. I called for a tow truck as my car was stalled on the side of the 710 freeway. Steve answered the phone and told me that he was on a job but could get to my location in 30 minutes. Since I was with my family I told him I would call another tow company. He called me back after 20 minutes to check up on me and asked if I still needed help. One of the best services ever! Steve was more then helpful, he went above and beyond to ensure I was good. I had ripped tire and wasn't able to remove a stripped lug nut from my car!
