We waited an hour and a half, when the lazy driver pulled up he was rude, arrogant and seemed to imply that we should have had the spare off and waiting for him. When he was done, he didn't replace the old tire in the tire carrier, instead, sneakily tossed it on a a bunch of clean cloths sitting in back of the explore 4x4 and demanded we sign off, so he could go! We asked him if he could please put air in the replacement tire because it was low. He blew us off and rushed off. What a fat lazy a$$ S.O.B!
